Randy was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my heater in less than 2 hours and provided me with valuable education on maintenance and upkeep. I will be using Rochester plumbing and heating’s services again if I need any other work done on my pluming or HVAC.

Exceptional service and response time to emails. We were able to get a water softener installed within days of inquiry. After install there was an issue with the hot water, our email was answered within minutes, and a tech came back and fixed the issue the next day free of charge. The tech that came to do the install was very professional and great to work with, he even offered to pick us up some water softener salt to get us started. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this company. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well.

He treated me as a customer with courtesy and respect. Will always use this company. They know what they are doing.

Cant say enough about Rochester plumbing and heating. Same day service, in and out in about an hour, friendly office and service employees. Would definitely call again if needed.
