I called for a sewer line issue and they had someone out the next morning. We encountered several issues (old house) and they worked quickly to find prompt and affordable solutions. Everyone we spoke with or worked with at the company was kind and courteous. We will recommend them in the future and use them again ourselves as needed.

Our technician David was amazing. There was an emergency with another client and he kept us informed and updated on his change in arrival. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He wrote us up quotes for the replacement cost if he supplied the unit and labor and gave us comparisons of how much it would be if we got our own unit from a box store and he just installed it. We ended up going that route and even though he wasn’t installing their own equiptment, he still was helpful giving us advice and information regarding which brand and unit he would recommend from the box store. Very helpful and would highly recommend.

My mother is in her eighties, lives in Rochester, and had a couple of plumbing problems. I live in Florida, identified Paul Bunyan Plumbing as potential trustworthy plumber, and hired them. I have no regrets. They did a great job. One problem became quickly complicated, but their team fixed a badly plugged drain effectively and efficiently. I would gladly do business with them again and recommend them to a friend.

Matt Cernoch came out to my home in Lonsdale to replace my existing corroded washing machine plumbing as well as clean up some other plumbing in my utility closet. From start to finish the experience was top notch including before he even showed up.I received a text notifying me who was coming to do the job and a call letting me know he was on his way.As far as the service goes Matt explained everything very well and gave me the pricing up front. They’re definitely not the cheapest, but for the professionalism and quality of work Matt provided it’s worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Had a guy come out for our kitchen sink on December 27th... Clogged up after Christmas dinner was all done... A nightmare... After me and a couple of coworkers from maintenance snaked the drain with 25 feet of snake it was still clogged so we used a 50 ft snake that got stuck... Finally after getting it unstuck forgot to run the water... So today thats what literally happened... The guy that came out was awesome we both had a laugh.

Answered all questions we had since we had just purchased house. Showed location of all water and gas shutoff.Anthony was very professional and personable. He emailed a complete profile on everything he did/seen and included pictures.We purchased the Care Club Maintenance program. This program is very reasonable and pays for itself when you add up all the services you get. Totally recommend it!

None of the 3 windows you have available would work with my work schedule. I had to have someone be there for me. Water heater and water softener were installed shortly after a phone call to have a technician figure out our problem. 34 year old water heater and 20 year old softener, yeah we knew it was coming, but still were amazed at how efficient the company worked. Beyond satisfiedThe appointment set up process was easy and straightforward.They came to my house at exactly the time they projected and called me in advance to let me know they were on their way.I had a water spot in my basement ceiling from a leaking toilet pipe. David and Anthony came out to fix it for me. They were both incredibly professional. My home is in disarray from a recent flood but they still put on shoe covers every time they came in and out of my house. They took time to thoroughly understand my problem. It took them no time at all to confirm they had everything they needed for the fix. They gave me a price before starting any work. They completed all the work in a very short amount of time. Paul Bunyan plumbing came out on an emergency call and cleared my clogged main line enough to keep using during the weekend. The Monday after they were there to offer jetter services and clear all of the roots from my main line. Dustin, Erik and Jake were all excellent to work with. Very knowledgable and professional. My detailed receipt was provided digitally right away. Cannot recommend them enough. Made a good thing out of a crappy situation by getting to the root of the problem.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain for the past 2-3 weeks now. There is still flow but the water trickles down very slowly. I tried some over-the-counter tools and liquid drain removers, no help at all. Finally, I decided to call for the professionals. Luckily for me, I got Michael and Erik (who normally works in the cities). These two guys spend nearly 3 hours going back-and-forth, including inserting the cable that they have four times all the way down to the absolute last inch. And still, it was not going well. But these guys Insisted that they can fix it. Ultimately, they found the problem which was a clogged drain/vent Up in my roof. Michael went up there and cleaned up the vent really well. And before you know it, The water started pouring down the drain Which is not something I’ve ever seen since I bought the property. I’m so glad I called and I want to personally think Michael and Erik For their excellent and hard work for helping me with this sink drain issue. I would highly recommend Paul Bunyan, specially Michael and Erik, for anyone who’s having trouble with any plumbing issues.

Team quickly adressed a water leak from my upstairs bathroom sink which was causing water damage to the ceiling downstairs. They fixed all the plumbing that had been poorly DIYed by the previous home owners, and brought it up to code. The team also took time to explain everything to me in an understandable way, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. They even went above & beyond to overview other areas in the house that will need attention in the near or immediate future, so the problems can be proactively addressed before they cause active issues like the current water damage to the ceiling.Excellent experience all around, will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

Andrew came out to our house for what should have been a simple valve replacement on our shower. Due to an excessive amount of limescale buildup it turned out to be a much bigger job. However, Andrew crushed it. He was diligent and worked hard to find a solution for us. We are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend working with Paul Bunyan and their team again in future. Thank you for your efforts!....A short time later. Limescale is a tough cookie. 24 hours after my first service call the spigot in the shower began to trickle. I reported this to Paul Bunyan and Andrew came back the next morning to dive into the mess again. He diligently ground off all of the remaining limescale and reinstalled the shower hardware all free of charge. Paul Bunyan and Andrew were very helpful, responsive, and professional. Mike and Owen did a great job, they replaced a regular anode rod with a powered anode rod in the water heater and this eliminated sulfur smell in my hot water. What a relief! We needed to replace the hot water heater, so we chose the right one for our house and budget. And David did a great job in removing the old one and installing the new unit.
