Great job by tech!! Very insightful. I was in a bind, but $800 for an hours work to replace Faucet and the valve is too much by AP Plumbing. For that Ill have to look elsewhere for needs.**** Update: I called and spoke with a Manager the next day. They were very receptive to my issue. Concessions were made that we agreed to. I suspected the owner reply to reviews were standard statements from the company, but they actually wanted to hear my concern. Customer service goes a long way and for that I will continue using AP Plumbing. Thank you again.

The Plumber that game was Don and he was courteous and polite and honest. I like that he was also respectful, and that was a big one too. He seemed very knowledgeable and aware of what he was talking about and what we needed to do to take care of the problem. Ive had 3 employees from AP come out to do separate jobs (initial visit for a clogged drain, sump pump out spout, and bathroom re-pipe). All three were incredibly personable and informative. In an older house like mine, everything must be done the right way and up to date. The work is clean and they really endorse quality. Its a little pricey but you pay for the assurance that it will be done right.

AP Plumbing was fantastic. Of 4 major plumbing companies that I reached out to, AP was the only one who was able to meet our need for a replacement of a burst hot water tank. The technician (Josiah) went above and beyond to make the repair happen. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the job as he went along. He took his time to make sure the job was done right, was neat and clean. My only downside was this was a bit pricier than I was expecting, but due to the circumstances, I did not have a chance to shop around, but again they were the only one who were able to meet my urgent needs.

My sump pump was running continuously, historically it did not. Needless to say it made me very nervous. I suspected an underground leak in the water supply to the house. I called a number of companies to find out how they would trouble shoot and the cost. Most wanted a service call to come and discuss, with a cost. It was impossible to find out who had the best approach and cost. Until I called AP. I left a message and Taylor called me back. After a short discussion he recommended contacting the town first for them to check from the main to the valve box. He even indicated that they might help trouble shoot beyond that if necessary. Additionally he gave me a contact to locate the leak if it was between the valve box and house. The town did come out, they found the leak on their side, they fixed it and my sump pump stopped running. So happy. And a big thank you to Taylor and AP. If I ever need plumbing services they will be my go to!

We had a difficult job to do, and wanted it done quickly. AP Plumbing sent an expert to assess our job. He scoped it and then worked with his scheduler to make sure we got the best team to do the work. Within a couple of days we had two more experts on site who completed everything and managed to avoid cutting into a wall when it looked like that would be needed. AP Plumbing has top notch people, use only the best materials, and make sure everything they do will last. I know I can count on them. AP plumbing was amazing. Today we had a plumbing emergency where the upstairs bath started leaking into the kitchen table. Water was everywhere and couldn’t be stopped. When I called AP plumbing their customer service was very professional and understanding and they sent a crew out immediately. The experience was top notch up to that point but got even better when Ricky Sanford and Louise showed up to diagnose the issue. These guys were beyond top notch and professional. I was extremely pleased with the service received from start to finish. Ricky was proactive, actually called prior to arrival to ensure ETA provided upon appointment being scheduled would still be appropriate and provided spot on arrival time. He was extremely professional while at the same time being personable and really walking me through what the issue was, why/how it happened, and how it was being resolved. You can tell in his demeanor, Ricky knew what exactly what the problem was (there were a few) and assured he could fix it and provided the piece of mind that despite enjoying our time together, he wouldn’t ever be back and no one would be called back to do correct any work this guy has done, he knows his stuff. Had an issue with another local plumber, and Ricky never once spoke poorly of him or their company, merely said he understands my frustration and could see how the mistake was made; but he guarantees it won’t be an issue again. I really like this guy a lot. If I have to call again I’m calling AP for all my plumbing and asking for Ricky.

Great guy very knowledgeable. I was having a terrible week way to long to explain so short story I had a backup sewer issue. The ladies was able to get a guy out that day once she heard my story once she asked me how my day was. She said at first they couldnt make it out till the next day since it was so late in the day but then heard my story and had someone there in literally a 1 and a half. They fixed my issue. Price a little high but to be expected but not too bad. Only $489 so make sure you got the money first guys.

As a nurse I came home from 3 straight 12 hour shifts- exhausted and dripping with sweat- to a broken hot water heater and flooded basement. The night before the Super Bowl. On Monday I called numerous places to get quotes. No one was particularly nice or helpful, also, they all subcontracted the work out. AP was super nice and understanding, starting with the women who answered the phone as she set a good vibe. Rusty came right out and he is worthy of his reviews. He’s kind, compassionate and respectful. Two installers came that afternoon. Both guys were friendly, professional and understanding of my two large dogs. Just as Rusty promised. The install was finished in a couple hours and honestly I was shocked at how nice it turned out. The new pipes and vent honestly look like art. Seriously talented guys. It works like a dream. They also made sure to explain every step to me. Do not use any other company. I will use them for all my plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone.

Just bought a new house and the shower wasn’t working. I called AP Plumbing at around 7pm Monday night and they were able to have someone come out 8 AM on Tuesday. It was a simple valve they had to turn and the technician took the time to explain what they were doing then even checked my water heater and sinks to make sure everything was in working order. Again explaining everything they were doing and even walked me through what to do if various situations happened (like if my water heater started leaking). Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and will definitely be calling them for any issues in the future

I am a little delayed in adding this post but I wanted to make sure I added this post. We had a clogged main line drain below our foundation. Water backing up on floor. Portable hand held auger wasnt long enough and was too small. Called AP and they came out within a day. Line cleared that day but it clogged again within 48 hrs.After leaving a message for supervisor Jason on the weekend, he actually called me back. He did the right thing by us and sent a truck out again at no addl charge. Line was cleared with a different tip and all the way out under the lawn.Camera tech was sent out next day and he showed me the entire line. He also marked my front lawn clean out which the town was supposed to come back and do and they never did. They are a little pricier than the competition, but, they had much better availability.No further issues.

I called AP plumbing for assistance with a sump pump issue with sewage backup. Ricky arrived and stated that it was not a sump pump and that he would need to call someone else for sewage. He quoted me cost for almost $700. While speaking with him he advised I get a SumpJet sump pump as a backup to my current. He said I should get this immediately and that he would give me a good deal. I asked if I could think it over and get back to him and he said he wouldn’t be able to give me the deal. Needless to say, I declined as anyone that pushy to “give a deal” isn’t giving the best deal.Cody arrived and was more than helpful. He was able to determine the main sewage line was clogged at towns responsibility and informed me that I wouldn’t need to pay for the service as the Town of Greece covers that job. Cody was awesome, truthful, and professional. I would only call and ask for Cody in the future!

Man, when I tell you this was the best plumber experience Ive had with a plumber in Rochester,NY Manny V. was awesome. He was patient and I felt heard as a customer. He was very knowledgeable and straight with me. He explained in detail what I needed done and what options I had to choose for service. He was so nice he even help me get my cat off the roof. They dont make people like that anymore. He took his time didnt rush on the job and was just clear on everything he did. I felt that I could trust him. After getting ghosted and disrespected by another Plumbing company, I came to AP plumbing.My shower was out of commission for the third day and my wife and I were staying clean with wet wipes which sucked. The price quoted was reasonable for what he had to do. (I had a very bad experience with one of APs competitors on price for what was a much simpler job). He was also very personable and explained what he was doing as he went along, not minding that I was observing him. He checked for leaks and made sure that I knew that a 90 day warranty was in effect and that if I needed to call back to fix something, it would be done quickly. Glad I called them.

This is the 2nd time weve used AP Plumbing since moving to the Rochester area a few months ago. Both times we have been impressed with their high level of performance and professionalism from start to finish.Reception is always polite and was able to schedule a diagnostic evaluation quickly, both times, same day. I love their transparency as they always let you know who is coming to your home, approximate time and any upfront costs.AP offers financing for larger jobs which is convenient for those on budgets. We were able to apply and be approved quickly and conveniently from our home.I am most impressed with their technicians and would like to put a special shout out to Manny V. and Louis V. Their level of professionalism is exemplary! They are very friendly, polite and respectful for starters. Mannys knowledge and understanding of the plumbing world is evident in what he says and does. He was able to explain the issues and solutions in terms that we could understand. He was able to schedule service in a timely manner, told us what to expect before the project began, showed us work throughout the process and explained the workings of our new tankless water heater once installed. Manny was thorough and always checked for questions and concerns.Manny is also mentoring Louis. From what I observed, he is doing a great job. He gave Louis opportunities to interact and speak about the process with us as well. He creates a friendly working environment. Its evident they both work well together. I was equally impressed with Louis level of professionalism. Louis did much of the hands on work himself! It is clear he is well on his way to becoming a top notch plumber. We wish him well in his new career!Lastly, I wish to mention that the finished work was phenomenal. I even venture to say pretty. They took extra care to make sure everything was done as well aesthetically as it was functionally. When they were finished, they cleaned the space up better than how they found it!Again, I can only make positive remarks about AP Plumbing from my experience. I waited a few weeks to post this review so I could comment on the function of the water heater. We are well pleased. Everything Manny told us about this Smart Water heater is working well. But if something does go wrong, it does come with a warranty.We are now lifetime customers and encourage everyone to give AP Plumbing a call for any plumbing needs.

Manny did an excellent job replacing and installing my new dishwasher. The job was difficult as to the previous owners of my home had been stacking additional flooring rather than removing and replacing new. The lines were sawtered together. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. He even made everying level and fixed part of the flooring that had buckled up. I can’t even begin to say how happy I am with the experience! Manny, you are the best!

Service was great. Guys were friendly. I failed to check the slower valve operation due to long time to get hot water with our tankless water heater. This resulted in not finding that Moen had shipped the value with the hot/cold reversed. Second tech fixed the problem FAST. No complaints. Will use AP Plumbing again.

Called AP Plumbing with what we considered a bit of an emergency, an open pipe with sewage fumes left by another company we had hired to do some work. AP technician came out same day to assess and on same day completed a temporary fix to restore us use of our water and also seal off the fumes. Plan in place to further scope the larger issue and deliver permanent comprehensive fix. We cant be more grateful. Jonathan was friendly and capable. Id definitely recommend.

AP Plumbing was very responsive to our needs and evaluated what our problem was. Unfortunately our problem required extensive work but after it was pointed out to us and shown that our copper pipes were corroding we understood that we had a serious problem. The pipes were very old. We worked with three people, Rick, Tyler and Manny. Manny was the major person in coordinating and leading in making all of the repairs. All were very professional. Manny kept us informed of everything that was being done every step of the way and wanted to make sure we understood how things were being done and why. He and Tyler did an excellent job. Manny of the leader of this team and they spend a total of about 14 to 15 hours on this job. I would highly recommend AP plumbing and Manny as the team leader.

Cody, a technician did an outstanding job giving me options and the best decision Ive made. I highly recommend him. Evert and his team of two guys, Christian and Daniel cleaned out my 105 feet long sewage drain pipe leading to the lateral sewer in the street. They used a generator plus picote applied to clean out the 63 years of grease and debris clogging my drain pipe. I saw before and after video, and it looked like a cleaned out very long and winding artery. The stainless steel 105 feet drainage pipeline was cleaned out in 4 hours. I was thankful to the AP Plumbing professionals.
