    The crew who came to rescue me from sewage insanity, Paul and Will, were courteous, friendly and informative.I was notified of their imminent arrival by the helpful woman manning the phones at headquarters.These guys are knowledgeable, equipped and experienced. For 100% certain they helped me safely avoid a huge expense which, on the heels of Christmas, was most appreciated.Dont think twice about calling this company for their services .These are the kinds of people you want when you have issues with your utilities. Would I go so far as to say gold standard when characterizing my experience? In a word, yes. Yes, I would.

    I submitted a request online late Sunday evening. 7:30 Monday morning someone got in touch and I was able to have our issue looked at within an hour of the call! Both Will and Joe were respectful, polite, well-informed and thorough. They treated the urgent issue and got a quote for the long-term work well need to get done (old house issues!). I picked this company based on positive reviews and Im happy to add my great experience to the pile of excellent reviews that were already here!

    Plumbers Joe and Will did an excellent (and intrepid) job unplugging my drain. They explained upfront the two methods they would try and the cost of each. When the first method did not fix the problem, they consulted with me and received my approval to do the second procedure. It was difficult work and took longer than expected, but their skills won out in the end, and they successfully unplugged the sink. The charge was exactly what they had quoted me at the beginning. They provided me with an estimate for reworking the pipes to prevent the same problem in future, without an aggressive, uncomfortable sales pitch. I highly recommend these family-owned, responsive, upfront plumbing experts. Thank you, Wischmeyers Plumbing Plus, especially Will and Joe!

    Joe T. came to help with an issue I was having that wound up not being a big deal at all but took his time explaining it to me and helping fix the problem! He was very kind and professional, and then offered to check out any other plumbing or issues I had while he was here. He discovered rust and a small leak on one of my pipes in the basement and had his boss follow up with me to give me a quote for how much it’ll cost to fix. The rates were very reasonable! I can’t swing that kind of project right now, but I’ll definitely be returning once I’ve saved some up!

    Called Plumbing Plus to look at my furnace issue and they arrived at my home within 3 hours of my initial call! Pat and Dan were both very courteous and helpful. My furnace and water heater were well past their expiration dates, so Pat gave me quite a few options. The estimate given was very fair and explained thoroughly to me. To my surprise, I was told they could do the work the next day! Dan, along with Josh (?), returned the next day at the exact time I was given. They installed the furnace, humidifier, and water heater in a very timely fashion. They thoroughly cleaned after they were done. Once again, both techs were very courteous and helpful.     11/1/24Dan and Josh replaced my hot water heater this am! I could not have imagined any better service! Now I understand why people do DIY plumbing jobs - because they can’t afford to have them done correctly!     We had Paul come out to fix a leak in the basement, hes a very nice man and obviously took pride in his work. I own a golden retriever who I crated prior to his arrival and he asked if he could be let out so he could say hello, which was super sweet of him, as my dog really loves people. When he came back to fix another issue a different day, he had a treat in hand at the front door. Paul offered his opinions on what we could do and what work he thought we might also need done, but did it in a super clear, not sales man way.     Highly recommend! Fast and friendly service, fair price, excellent workmanship.First time calling Wischmeyers and I am so glad I did! They answered the phone right away, and I spoke with a very polite and friendly person on the phone who sent Erik to my house within the hour. Erik was able to try a few different things until he figured out how to fix my problem.Erik was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and didnt give up on the problem until he found a solution. In all, he was here for under 30 minutes and fixed something Ive been trying to fix for two months.Thank you Erik and Wischmeyers. I love that the technician was courteous and careful with my things in my home and that he was punctual and engaging.
