    I am so pleased with the service that I received from Taylor heating. We have been with them for years and always receive such exceptional service. When I had no heat yesterday, they were over within two hours and the part was brought back to my house later that evening and installed by their technician Ryan. Give that man a raise because he went above and beyond, and he was truly a wonderful guy. A few years from now, when we purchase our next heating and cooling system, we know that we will be doing our business with your company. I’d like to also say how nice the reception/customer service area is as well, both girls that I dealt with were phenomenal!

    I can’t say enough good things about Taylor Heating! Our old furnace died and Adam came out & diagnosed the problem the next day. Unfortunately there was no saving the old girl so he got us in for a new install in record time! Our installers Erkhan & Allen came promptly at 8:30am & began work. Come to find out because of our old equipment & old air conditioner we needed a new air conditioner too. We decided to make it a package deal & Adam gave us a great price. Erkhan & Allen worked hard all day and did a fantastic job on the furnace install. We’re hoping to get Erkhan back to finish up with the air conditioner soon. All in all it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Taylor for all your heating and cooling needs! A++++++

    I have used Taylor heating several times for my home and my rental properties and they are always amazing. I needed a new boiler installed and ended up going with the combination high efficiency unit after going through a very detailed explanation of each with my salesman. My four installers over the 2-day period were absolutely exceptional and couldnt have been more professional. I dont believe Ive ever seen contractors move as fast and with as much purpose and efficiency as they did. Thank you so much, Gerome, Jonah, Colin, and Taylor!

    Our furnace died on Friday evening during our January freeze. Taylor was able to come out and inspect it Friday nightand were able to schedule a replacement for Monday. The Taylor team showed up at 8am Monday morning as expected and completed the AC unit and furnace replacements in one day. I was expecting two days. Everyone I talked to from the first call until completion have been very polite, conscience, and considerate. We were very pleased with the service and will be switching to Taylor for all our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

    I was very impressed with Willis. He was on time, explained everything very carefully, explained options. When he had to leave to obtain a part he returned earlier than expected. He said the work would probably take 2 hours but he was finished in an hour and a half. He answered a)l my questions and gave me some excellent advice about care of the furnace. I would definitely rate him an EXCELLENT PLUS.

    We were very happy with Les. He is the best at his job and very knowledgeable. He is training someone who will do a great job with Les as his mentor. We have the service contract so we get a call twice a year for maintenance of the furnace and air conditioning unit. Well worth it. Thank you for good service!!!

    Taylor takes care of my HVAC. Well, our sump pump died and I remembered that they do plumbing as well. Gave them a call which went through an after hours call service and a tech gave me a call back right away. He talked through everything I including the initial fee. We dodged a bullet and there wasnt a bad flood but I also didnt want things to get worse. Within the hour the tech arrived and took a look at the sump pump. He then explained the cost which so was fine with because, again, I didnt want things to get worse. Tech was very respectful and respectful of our home. Once he was done, he talked with me about the replacement and advised me if any other information I should know and asked if I had any questions. Tech was able to accept Credit Card payment and everything was sent to my email. A+ service 👍

I’ve dealt with them all these guys are the best and I was sent garret and the man was professional and could fix anything he deserves a raise for sure .     Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working one morning when the temperature outside was in the low 30s, and we had no idea what was wrong. Based on a recommendation from the Rochester Reddit, we decided to try Taylor Heating—and it was definitely the right choice!They were able to send a technician out the same afternoon. Garrett, the HVAC tech, was fantastic. He listened carefully as I explained the issues and then got straight to work diagnosing the problem. As a first-time homeowner, I appreciated Garretts focus on teaching; he took the time to explain how my furnace works, how he identified the issue, and how he fixed it.It was a pleasure working with Garrett, and I’ll definitely be using Taylor Heating again for any future needs!

    Taylor Heating is a life saver, and the technician Garrett was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a furnace control board issue and were without heat for about 24 hours. They took our concerns very seriously and were able to get someone (Garrett) to come out on an emergency call. My wife and I are promptly canceling our services with ISAAC (the contracting company that installed this furnace) and switching to Taylor. We would rather do business with a company that we can trust and know that they will be there for us.

He was polite and knowledgable but basically, other than blowing out all the drainage lines, we’re not sure the problem which happened once before a few months ago won’t happen again so I appreciated his getting the visit to be at no charge.     I called Taylor Heating and Plumbing because I could not shut off the water line to my outside spigots( that is the correct spelling). The same afternoon Ben, my favorite tech, came gave me an estimate and was able to replace the old spigots with cold weather spigots.     New to the area so I had no plumber. On a Saturday smelled gas. Went to my phone for emergency gas leak help. Taylor Plumbing came up. Called them and in an hour Ben came. He was wonderful.     Ben showed up, worked through the steps to finally clear the clog in the drain, made sure things were were working, installed a new closet ring on the toilet, made sure IT was working properly, and then made sure the work area was cleaned up.     I cannot speak highly enough of Taylor Heating. I’d gotten a quote with another company that just seemed like way too much, so I continued shopping. Joe was excellent when it came to working with me to plan my furnace replacement. He was practical, respectful, easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell me on everything under the sun, though he took time to explain options and benefits. The installation went perfectly and the technicians did a great job, even took a moment to reattach my basement handrail just out of courtesy.     We have a two story house and we had a water pipe leak on thesecond floor that was leaking through our kitchen ceiling on the first floor. Thankfully, Taylor Plumbing provided emergency plumbing services after normal business hours. Billy, the Taylor service person, arrived promptly to our house. Billy located and shut off the water flow to the leaking water pipe. Our water damage could have much worse if not for Taylors (i.e. Billy) prompt and effective service.After the restoration company dried out the ceiling area, we called Taylor Plumbing to repair the leaking water pipe. Nick,the Taylor service person, was able to timely and efficiently locate and repair the pinhole leak in the water pipe.Both Billy and Nick did a great job and were both polite and professional. I would highly recommend Taylor Plumbing toanybody who needs plumbing work done.

    We had a mysterious leak between the sink and the fridge, and a leaky toilet. Billy showed up very quickly and was able to discern that the plastic line feeding the fridge water dispenser had a leak. He replaced it with copper.     My hot water heater unexpectedly started leaking and was creating damage and havoc all over my basement floor. I called Taylor and asked if they could send someone out to my house, they responded immediately, and someone was out to my house WITHIN AN HOUR! The service person, Nick, was kind, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, skillful and even replaced part of my gas pipe for safety issues, in addition to installing the new tank.     Taylor was the only Heating/Plumbing company who was able to send a technician after hours to change a faulty natural gas shut off valve. The technician. Bill, got to the house within 20 minutes. He handled the situation safely and quickly. The other 3 companies called either did not answer (leave a message and we will get back to you) or , one well known 24/7 company would not or could not send a technician until the next day, even though there was danger of a natural gas leak.

    Edit: Ki came today to complete our first Furnace maintenance and was super friendly and communicative through the whole process. He sat out front of my house with me for probably 20 minutes after completing the service to ensure I knew how to take care if my system, how frequently I should change my filters and any other tips he could offer. He is yet another reason we will continue using Taylor for our HVAC needs.     Weve used Taylor for heating and plumbing for over 30 years. We recently had an annual furnace inspection done and the tech identified an issue. Joe came out to follow up and recommended a new furnace. I got an opinion from another firm who thought the issue was potentially not urgent enough to warrant a replacement. However we decided to go ahead with Joes recommendation. The install was quick, the techs were courteous and kept us in the loop about what was going on. They found the potential source for the problem with the old furnace and installed some new pipe and drainage valves to make sure the new furnace wouldnt have the same issue. When the tech was installing the new smaller thermostat on the wall, I joked about having to redo my new paint job. He installed a plate around the thermostat so that wasnt an issue; looks great too. The guys answered all my questions and let me know what I needed about switches and filters and such. Weve had about 12 hours with this new furnace. Its quiet and the heat just seems so much more even. Glad we decided to go with Taylors recommendation!
