Plumbing service from Superior is well.... Superior. They have done several jobs for me with great results and professional service. What finally prompted me to write a review was my water went out completely on a weekend evening, and Jayden was able to diagnose the problem over the phone/text and talk me through an easy fix, saving the day. They will be getting all my plumbing business in the future.

Excellent customer service and communication; I will not use any other plumber/HVAC vendor in the area! They sent tech John out to repair a problem that was a result from a previous plumber that our homebuilder had contracted with. John quickly diagnosed the problem and addressed the other issues that I had brought up that we were encountering (all from the previous contractor). He was mature, knowledgable and explained everything thoroughly. Took his shoes off at the door without asking and was very considerate of our home.A+ to John (and his manager Levi) for an exceptional job!

We needed our AC unit replaced after a tree fell on it over the winter. Superior Mechanical was prompt in giving us an estimate. Kyle was the installer and he did a great job! He had to come in and out of the house many times and was very diligent about taking off his shoes and making sure the door was closed. He was here all day, worked hard, kept us informed about what he was doing and was extremely polite. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone needing AC installation.

Found a small water leak by the downstairs shower and with leaving for vacation soon I call Superior plumbing to get it looked at before we left. They were able to fit me in same day, Joe showed up at my door within an hour. He was friendly, respectful, explained everything to me as he did it, he even wore boot covers over his shoes, and set his bucket on a towel to protect our new floors which is always a huge bonus in my eyes! I recommend this company and Joe to anyone!

Superior handled all the plumbing work for our bathroom remodel. Everyone we had the pleasure of working with was on time, polite, and super knowledgeable. We even had a pinhole open up after hours and they were quick to send out their on call guy. We had it patched quickly and they showed us how we can patch in an emergency if we run into the same issue in the future. They fixed the area permanently a few days later by switching the old damaged copper pipe to pex. Highly satisfied with all their work and highly recommend them. They’ll be our first call for any plumbing issues in the future.

Simply amazed at the commercial side of Superior! We (Roasted Bliss) had a contractor that bid us a quote on our new building and drug the meetings on only to then give another quote months later that was 4 times the amount. Joe and Mike, the plumbing and mechanical project managers met me on site two days later and worked up a quote immediately. They eased our stress and were very communicative. Joe has been helping us stay within our budget by recommending cost savings items. On top of it, Andrew V, who is an on-site plumber, went above and beyond to make sure our job was done right and always took the time to answer our questions. Could not recommend this company enough.

I had Superior put a new furnace in with the April air humidifier and new thermostat.They were in and out in less than 8 hours. I was at work and they showed the wife how to use the thermostat and April air. I would recommend Superior to all my friends and family!

From start to finish Superior Mechanical was professional, responsive and helpful. Levi Bock, a division manager, came out promptly to assess the work that we needed (natural gas piping in on various applicances, etc and operation)and spent considerable time discussing my options. Every time I contacted him to discuss dates and cost estimates he responded quickly and professionally. The crew he sent were equally professional, helpful and personable. They were neat, considerate and did an outstanding quality job. I highly recommend Superior Mechanical.

Called after hours service around 12:30AM when our furnace stopped working. Received a call back within 15 minutes. Matt was able to fix our problem over the phone and did not even charge us! He was very professional-we were extremely pleased. Will definitely use Superior Mechanical again!

Called the company on a Saturday night for help repairing a Lennox furnace that had stopped working. The on-call person was really friendly and walked me through troubleshooting a few things for a half hour. When it was clear that a part likely need to be replaced, he wasnt sure if he had it in stock but he referred me to another local HVAC company to replace the bad part!

Awesome to work with! Replaced my furnace, water heater, a/c, and half of the plumbing in the basement. They moved everything so it was less cluttered and made room for a laundry tub and softener. Everything looks wonderful and finished in a day and a half. The price was well in our budget and very reasonable!

My ac went out right before the 4th of July. Everywhere I called said they could come but I would pay after hours or it would be a week. Superior said they would put me on their waitlist and if they can get to me they would call. At 4:40pm the night before the holiday Travis called saying he could be there. Both Travis and his lead (I think Matt?) were there for 2 hours and got everything working. They were fast, professional, courteous and most of all reasonable. I will be calling Superior for my future needs.

Always have had a good experience Every time.....and to the complainers about a service charge driving to your house lol I guess you think they get free vehicles, free gas ,free building,free insurance etc and utilities and dont pay taxes or benefits or a salary to everyone lol....better call a guy who is the owner and only employee mabye he will come for free cause he has no overhead or employees

Superior was great to work with. Our water heater went out on us. I called Superior, the sale guys were great to work with and offered a more than fair price. The plumbers were here within hours and took the time to answer all my questions. We called Superior Mechanical for an emergency plumbing job. When Joe (the drain guy) arrived, we explained the problem with the basement floor drain. Joe knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to work to unplug the main drain. Throughout this 1.75-hour job, Joe was very professional, considerate, thorough, and taught us a bit about drains and plumbing. I truly appreciate Joes expertise and knowledge about his profession. I highly recommend Superior Mechanical for your plumbing jobs.
