    Pride Plumbing is the best! I have used their services for a number of years and have always been most impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding work. Most recently, I was fortunate to have Daniel and James H. remove my old hot water heaters and install a new tankless heater. They were efficient, very knowledgeable of the technology involved and most willing to educate me on the operating facets of the new equipment. From our first meeting to discuss water heater options, I felt comfortable with their grasp of the various alternatives and costs. Further, I felt no pressure to select one option over another and I am completely happy with my choice and, even more so, with the efforts of the Pride team to make the installation process a very easy experience. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing wholeheartedly and with no reservations or qualifications. Anyone in need of extremely competent plumbers cannot go wrong with Pride!

    Pride Plumbing was absolutely amazing to work with from the office staff (Ross and Hope) to the plumbers (Matt and Ian). They got me my estimate quickly and were able to schedule the job for when we needed it done . Prior to doing the actual repairs they took the time to answer my questions and concerns . They were quick to get the work completed and at a very reasonable price. I appreciate how thorough they were and Matt and Ian did a great job Cleaning up when they were done. I wouldn’t think twice about having pride plumbing come to my home again or recommend them to my family And friends.     Very pleased with the work your tech Ethan did for us! He replaced a basement faucet and put a new regulator in as the water pressure coming into the house too high. We also had him update our bathtub shower and fixtures! It was a big job but it looks great and no more leaks! Very polite/neat and professional!! Thankyou Pride Plumbing!!

    Ive had to consult Pride for plumbing services a few times now over the years for both small issues and large projects. Every time, they are able to have someone come out quickly and deliver quality work efficiently and professionally. Most recently, Sam came to the rescue of a sudden water stain on my downstairs bathroom ceiling. Sam went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and ensure that it was completely fixed, even though it was the end of the day. Sam is the best!

    This was my first experience with Pride Plumbing. I scheduled an appointment because my main bathroom bathtub was draining slowly. James arrived promptly and reviewed several potential reasons why the tub was having this issue. After providing an estimate, I approved the service order.Approximately 50 minutes later, the drain was flowing freely again. While he worked on unclogging the drain, James was very personable and answered all my questions without hesitation. He also explained the differences between a P-style trap and a drum-style trap. Once he finished the job, he took the time to physically show me what a drum trap looks like, as he had one in his truck.He cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the tub and bathroom looking as though he had never been there.As a side note, I dont use plumbing services very often, and I did feel the estimate was high since I paid a service call fee in addition to the actual job fee for work that took less than an hour. That being said, I have no other estimates to compare it to, so it may be the industry norm. Overall, Im happy with the end result which is a free-flowing bathtub drain. I would have rated the experience with five stars had the price been lower.

Sam V., spent significant effort working out a plan to avoid more damage than necessary….he really used every consideration to make it the least disruptive…..he did a Fantastic job!     I have always used Pride Plumbing. They are simply amazing. Yesterday, Steve Clark came to fix what I thought would be an expensive repair. He was such a professional gentleman. What I like about Pride Plumbing is their honesty and absolute skill. Steve came up with a solution that was honest and amazingly fair. I have had plumbers come in for neighbors and friends who didnt know what they were doing. Anytime Pride, shows up to me or my friends, they are so respectful. As a woman, many are condescending. Pride is just great!! I can not say enough about them, and Steve Clark yesterday, was just such a Christmas and Hannukah present. Thank you Pride Plumbing!!     I contacted Pride Plumbing to help with a rotted out drain line. They were out the next morning to give me an estimate on the work. Their estimate was 2k less than a competitor and were hired. The following Tuesday, Daniel and Zach arrived bright and early to begin the work. Both were professional and polite. Zach was kind enough to help my wife remove an old sink in the downtime. While Daniel was more than happy to answer questions. 5/5 star would contact again if a plumber issue comes up. Great job guys!

    We called and Pride Plumbing responded with a quick turnaround date. The communication was excellent about who was coming and when they would come. Matt, the Plumber, came on time and immediately assessed the situation. He was able to do the work that day and save us the assessment visit fee.     I called first thing this morning thinking that with the holiday there was no way they could come out. I was pleasantly surprised when they said that they could be here between 12-3 same day! At 9:50 my phone rang and Matt asked if he could come now. He was there within thirty minutes and had my drains working good as new within the hour.     Thank you to David V and Nick W for their quality work. They completed a large scale job at our house replacing all the drain and water lines in our only bathroom. They were here for multiple days and the bathroom was never totally out of commission for any extended period of time. They were very efficient and kept us up to date on all work they were doing. Could not recommend them more, we are very please with the work that David and Nick did.

    I had to call Pride plumbing when the toilet installed by a different local company was found to be leaking (and likely had been for 2 years) . We were assigned someone and offered a fast appointment. Our plumber (I believe his name was Matt) was absolutely phenomenal! He was thorough in his explanation of what had happened and gave us extremely affordable, up through ideal but mildly pricy options that would all address the problem. He worked with us to figure out what would be the most functional option for our budget. I love that he didnt push anything outside of our comfort range but gave us a good variety of options to work with. Also, what a trooper for changing out our toilet so stoically! The offered sink repair has it working better than at any time before. Thank you Pride! You made an otherwise stressful day come to a peaceful close!

    We have used Pride twice in the last month. We’ve had problems with our finished basement flooding several times. We’ve had two different companies come and snake the drains in our basement floor, the last company giving us a quote to “fix” the issue. I decided to get another quote from a different company and called Pride. The BEST decision we ever made! Within two days, Sam, their underground expert and Mitch came to take a look. Within 20 minutes, Sam had the problem figured out - something two different plumbing companies never even found - made a recommendation to move forward to finally fix the problem. Turns out, our traps were completely shot and had to be dug up and replaced. He also figured out that our underground pipe that drained our kitchen sink had completely rotted out and the sink was just draining under our basement slab. A week later, Sam and Mitch came back and got started. Fixing the problem was not an easy job. Sam and Mitch were here for 3 days, on time, amazingly polite, super knowledgeable and a joy to have in our house. Sam and Mitch literally saved us thousands of dollars in potential damage should the basement have flooded again.Today, we had Kory here to replace our outdoor spigot and shut off valve. True to our experience with Pride, Kory was also on time, super polite and and a joy to have here.A huge thank you to Sam, Mitch and Kory. And also to Pride Plumbing for having such amazing, knowledgeable employees! We will be customers for life! Photos of the great work they did are attached.

    Was greeted over the phone by Ross, super kind and knowledgeable, when I called at 7 am! We noticed a gas smell over the weekend by our valve on the floor near our fireplace.     I called Pride Plumbing to clean my tankless hot water heater. When I set up the appointment, the phone was answered by a person (not a computer) who set up a prompt appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a phone call from Ethan D telling me he was on his way. Upon arrival, Ethan inspected the tank and then preformed the maintenance. He throughly explained the pricing for the work. During his time here he inspected all plumbing fixtures and gave me his opinion on what he saw and any issues. I appreciated Ethan’s professionalism, taking the time to explain what he saw, and answering my questions. I would gladly have Ethan return to do any future maintenance. Great job Pride Plumbing.

    We had David V and Nick W come to install a toilet, and the whole process was flawless. They called ahead to let us know they were on their way, took great care bringing in and opening the packaging, and then the work was excellent. After the job, they were meticulous in their clean up, and demonstration of the work. A pleasure to deal with such professional and personable people.     Our washing machine hose overflowed due to a clogged drain. We contacted Pride Plumbing via internet on Saturday and set up an appt. for Tuesday. David arrived at promptly at 10:15 and got to work removing the clog and also added an overflow alarm to our sump pump. David was extremely knowledgeable in plumbing and detailed in explaining everything to us as he worked. He is a very polite and well mannered young man and will definitely ask for him again - if need be. Thank you, David.

    We first used Pride back in March when we needed a new garbage disposal on recommendation from my parents. Devinn came out and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he was even great with my dog :) He explained all of the pricing options clearly and I ended up signing up for their service agreement as it made more sense cost wise. Devinn and David came back out a few months later to help us with a much bigger job involving our 90 year old galvanized pipes. The job was not at all straight forward and took a ton of troubleshooting from their end to do what was best for us financially and to get the job done right. They were incredibly conscientious and never once rushed me to make a decision. We had recently redone our kitchen and the repairs needed wouldve involved building out a soffit and removing a new light fixture we had just installed. They could see that it was important to me to try to keep the light so they spent extra time racking their brains to find a way to make it work, which they did! I am so incredibly grateful to them not only for their amazing work but for being so patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. While the process inevitably left holes in our ceiling and walls, they did a fantastic job of covering everything up neatly with plastic as to make it look a bit neater. Thank you to Devinn & David for all of their hard work and for always being so positive. Im a customer for life now and truly appreciative of getting to keep my favorite light (having a tub that actually drains again is my husbands favorite part!).

    Went to the basement to ck on the laundry, only to find our utility sink was overflowing. My call to Pride Plumbing was answered and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician (Samuel Valle) arrived right on the scheduled appointment time of 10a.m. We went to the basement and I explained what was happening and what I had done to try to solve the problem, (with no success I might add). He then asked me where the main sewer line was in the street or sidewalk. He walked a couple homes either side of ours to find where the main sewer line was, and assess the distance from our home he would have to go to reach the “clog/stoppage” in the drain line to the street. Once that was determined, he did some calculations and gave us upfront costs prior to any work starting. Samuel brought in all equipment needed, and started to snake the line. At first the snake was going the wrong way, towards the back of the house, so he pulled it out, redirected it to the front, and went approximately 45 feet and he hit the clog/stoppage! He made sure the stoppage was gone, and when complete he cleaned up the area he was working, resealed the drain cap (on both drains, front of house and back side). Sam told me he had been doing this job for some 20 yrs. I am totally happy/pleased with the work he did for us, and would highly recommend Pride Plumbing if you should ever need a plumbing contractor. I would give this company a definite 5* rating all around. On time, courteous, polite and excellent work ethics!(Footnote: Pride Plumbing was a referral from Nichols Electric & Plumbing, due to their heavy workload, and we thank them very much for the excellent referral).

    Needed my water heater replaced on short notice when my existing one failed and began leaking. Was able to book an appointment online for the same day to have the issue looked at, and had a new tankless heater installed by the following afternoon. Daniel and Ian did the installation and I could not be more pleased. I have experienced no problems with the new unit, and I could not imagine a cleaner/tidier installation. It looks as nice as it works. Ill definitely be coming back for any work I need done in the future.

    Ethan and Owen were absolutely fantastic! My basement flooded Monday at 10 PM due to an old clogged utility sink. They were able to come the next day at 10 AM and snake the drain, haul away the old concrete sink, install new pipes, and install a new sink. I wasnt expecting to get everything I wanted done in one visit, and the new sink looks and works great.

    My experience with Pride Plumbing was great from the start. When my water tank started leaking, Ross walked me through steps to get it to stop. The next morning, Daniel was sent out to triage the issue and we decided to move to a new tankless system. When Daniel and Owen came out to do the installation, they were prompt, communicative, clean, and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions and were on their way before I knew it.     Our kitchen sink clogged again after having a plumber service it twice. So, we decided to contact Pride Plumbing to see if they could help. Making the appointment online was very easy and I received an email confirmation right away. During service, I received a call from the office to make sure everything was going okay.Our plumber James was great. After carefully examining the situation, he reviewed the issue with us, including clear recommendations and pricing. After our approval, James worked very courteously—he made sure we knew when he was using a power tool, and gave us updates as he worked.When the job was completed, James reviewed everything in detail and offered future recommendations without pressure.     Leaking main water shut off. Pride plumbing coordinated with the water authority and came the next day. Jan and David did an excellent job of replacing the valve. They are very professional and personable. The worksite was so clean when they left you couldn’t tell any work had been done. Pride plumbing is the only way to go.

    I cant say enough good things about Pride Plumbing (but Im going to try! ;) - phones that are answered by real people, ready to do service at a moments notice - I guess that would be what youd expect from a plumber, but it still (very pleasantly!) surprises me. We just needed grab bars installed in our upstairs shower, so not an emergency, but they STILL provided next day service! When Ethan showed up, I could tell immediately that we were in the best of hands. :) Turned out the bars Id purchased wouldnt work (Im not surprised, I was flyin blind), but Pride Plumbing had just the thing(s), and much nicer quality, appearance, too. (So probably they cost more. I dont really care, they are way better than what Id gotten!) This took a wee while to figure out, trip back to get the fixtures, but then we had Ethan plus David on the job, and it got finished up in no time, with bea-u-ti-ful results!! My elderly husband is now *safe*, and Id say the bars actually enhance the look of the shower! :) Ethan and David were super to work with: young, bright, cheerful, well-spoken, Excellent at their work. Id have em back anytime! ALL thumbs up for Pride Plumbing and their employees.Update, from visit on 8/6/24: I said I would have them back anytime and I meant it! :) This review is way overdue (but life kept Happening). On August 6 Matt came to assess/fix issues with both the up- and downstairs showers. Upstairs, the little lever that’s supposed to keep the drain flap open had started closing on its own, so one had to hold it down and wait…and wait… for the tub to drain. And no matter how often we tried to clean out the drain, it’s always slow as molasses. But Matt figured out what to do to fix it (in a cramped, weird old-house-situation!!) - and while it may not drain “like a rocket” as he put it, IT NOW DRAINS!! Like it Never has before! (Or doesn’t, if you flip the [new] lever!) Downstairs, the shower faucets were so stiff you could barely turn them, And when that shower was used, water would appear on the basement floor right underneath. We thought it was a tiny pipe leak, but Matt correctly diagnosed it as seepage from where the caulk was, um, “failing”, shall we say. ;) He replaced the faucets (with set that exactly matched the old ones - that Pride P. had in stock, so no waiting weeks for parts to come in!!) - and I have now learned the art of caulk removal and replacing (a new life skill, oh boy? ;) - and *he was right* (well, duh… :). No more water on the basement floor! All this work took hours (something like 8:30–1:30, or more?) - and he never took a break, no “down tools time for lunch” or similar, he just Worked Until It Was Done. Again, I couldn’t be more impressed or happier with the results. Pride Plumbing Rocks!!

    Pride Plumbing technician David was awesome! He reported to the job on time and installed new faucets, shut offs and hoses for the washing machine and basement dump sink in my mothers house. He also replaced the copper pipes to the faucets for hot and cold water because there was so much corrosion causing uneven water flow of hot and cold water to both the washing machine and basement sink. He provided information to me in a courteous professional manner so that I knew what options were available for addressing other potential plumbing issues in my mothers house. He provided a thorough walk through inspection so that I know what is currently working well and what I need to be aware of that might need to be replaced sooner or later. David reinforces why I will continue to be a loyal Pride Plumbing customer.

    Monday I had the pleasure of meeting Zach Miller. I emailed Pride Plumbing on Sunday, we needed a new automatic pump in our basement, appointment set for 8am Monday. Zach called me before 8, he was leaving the warehouse and would be here in 10-15 minutes. True to his word he was on time and did a GREAT job installing the new pump, so I asked could he replace my bathroom faucet ? His answer was ...sure. Zach was here for close to 4 hours, and made my life a whole lot easier. I will always use Pride Plumbing and for sure I will ask for Zach.

    As with any emergency need especially right before a holiday with guests arriving having a plumbing problem is always one of the worst. James arrived on time as per the system said. I liked I could set it up all online. I liked that they did a full scope of my system. I feel bad for him as Im sure when James got my call it was supposed to be a standard snake and clean but my piping in my house didnt want to play nice. In the end he was able to clear it. He showed me and my daughter the scope of the pipe and we all learned a lot about the piping in my house. James spent the time to do things right especially to help the next person by also adding an entry point near the main drain as opposed to where it was installed. Thats the type of work I expect from my service teams in IT (Im an IT manager), always make it better for the next person and James 100% delivered. The service was timely, personable, and in the end, I got what I needed which was cleared out pipes. I 100% would recommend Pride Plumbing and if I have any future issues, they will be my first call. Great customer service, reasonable pricing (not cheap, but fair IMHO, you always get what you pay for and cheap dont always mean good), timely, and overall considerate of the situation.     This is a shout-out praise for Pride Plumbing. They worked hard to schedule a visit and sent Steve for what was to solve a variety of mounting problems such as a shower controller, seized up faucets (four of them in a double sink bathroom), a seized up tub drain, a basement copper pipe that had developed corrosion and more. The replacement parts were circa 1960s. Steve solved all of this in les then one day and it included a lunch break and a trip for special parts.     I recently had Pride Plumbing come out and install a carbon whole house water filter and a Tankless Water heater install as well as some bathtub stopper fixes. I live in Webster, NY.Overall, I recommend PRIDE for their customer service and quality of work (with some small exceptions). Personally, I feel they are a bit pricey but they do great work and you pay for the quality. Im a customer that is willing to spend a bit more for great quality and if your the same, I recommend PRIDE. I know fly by night plumbers can do these jobs for a bit cheaper but I wouldnt sacrifice the quality I feel I get from PRIDE for a slight savings.Keith was my Tech. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and polite. He didnt try to upsell me. They got out to my house quickly and brought alot of techs to do the work efficiently. I have babies in the house and they were informative, respectful etc.Some negatives: (reason for 4/5 stars, not 5)Total job was around 10k, they still charged me the cost of the Tech to come out to do the estimate ($50ish). I found that odd as most companies would either provide free estimates or waive that cost when you spend 10k with them. I found that a bit overkill/cheap. Leaves a sour tasteThey broke a ceiling tile that Ill have to pay for out of pocket that they didnt really mention to me after the job. Small in importance, but I noticed.They left my Furnace switched OFF after completing the job and leaving which heated the house up to 80 degrees. Didnt really like that was missed. Thoroughness miss there.This one is the biggest issue. They also clogged my sup-pump floater with a drainage tube that nearly flooded my basement, I woke up to the sup-pump alarm at 1am night following the work. I called that night and no return call until the next morning.Reported these issues back and just got a sorry. They fixed the block but felt additional compensation would have gone along way based on the size of the job and how much $ they just made off of me.Overall, I like this company and will plan on using them again as long as Im not price conscious. The $50 service fee call will impact my decision making on having them quote future jobs. Ill get other free estimates first and then go to PRIDE based on cost/quality analysis.However, I still Recommend them over other companies Ive used in the past.

    I recently called Pride Plumbing after seeing their trucks in mu neighborhood and thoroughly reading their reviews hoping that I had made the right choice of plumbing companies to address my plumbing issues. In short, I did. Ross, the owner, answered the phone, assessed what I needed and sent out Ethan on my requested date. Along the way, I also spoke to Hope, who was equally as personable as everyone else I interacted with. Ethan got right to work and was very efficient. He was not able to open a clogged drain in my basement after trying many options, so the sewer/drain specialty team was called in the next day. In the interim, Zach came and and installed a temporary cap on the unusually sized drain. Also, a very nice guy. Sam and Jaimie then spent the next two days tackling the floor drain issue which required locating where the problem was under the concrete basement floor, then jackhammering it up, and then redoing the plumbing. My dog, Charlie, the mini goldendoodle, checked up periodically on their progress and when they left they brought him a Pride Plumbing scarf which he proudly wore for a photo session. The job was done so neatly, I would hardly have even known that the floor was dug up.All in all, Ethan, Zach, and especially Sam and Jaimie were so nice to be around; each of them did a great job and my plumbing needs got addressed. Yes, it was expensive, but you get what you pay for. They were all true professionals. Regarding Sam and Jaimie, Charlie and I felt like I had made new friends. I would definitely recommend the Pride Plumbing team!

    We are SO happy we had a second opinion from Sam with Pride Plumbing! Another company recommended we tear our deck apart to replace the pipe draining into our septic tank. We thought it was going to be a nightmare job and cost thousands of dollars.     To say that I was happy with my experience with PRIDE PLUMBING would be a vast understatement. My plumber of 40 years recently retired, and noticing a PRIDE flyer in my mail, I gave them a call. The women I was speaking to was very helpful in explaining their service policy and scheduling, and set up an appointment for my first availability. I went on line to check some ratings and reviews, and was delighted to see how good they were. My technician (Steve Clark) arrived at 8 AM for a 8-11 scheduled arrival time. He was FANTASTIC in every possible way. Totally professional, well informed, checked out my problems (Sump and Toilet) and gave me the advice I requested. He helped me decide on the route to take, gave me a wonderful price for everything, did the work and when he left you would not have been able to tell he had been there. I would never even consider using any other Plumbing Service, and the fact that they are located just minutes from our Condo is an extra bonus. The only reason I gave PPS a five star rating is that you dont have a 6 star option!!! While we primarily dealt with Shane, the pairs work was exemplary top-to-bottom; we really felt valued with the quick turnaround in getting us hot water after our initial estimate and they got the job done in a day, and on the day they stated they would arrive (even arriving on time and such).Shane himself was extremely personable and its obvious he takes..pride...in his work. Pun aside, he was courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the work. It was great to not feel talked-down-to about things we knew nothing about; would hire him/Pride again in a heartbeat should we need it!

    I had a leak from the ceiling down in the basement. It wasnt an emergency but Pride Plumbing had someone here within 2 hours after I hung up.     Life around our house is CRAZY what with 4 adults (three of them working from the house) and three 3-yr old boys (yes! Triplets), so when there is an issue with anything involving the plumbing, that issue is FELT!     Tuesday evening my 2 week old double sink with new disposal backed up - into the dishwasher. Two applications of Draino Max failed to produce release of the blockage. Early Wednesday morning I phoned my plumber I was told that they had no availability and referred me to Pride Plumbing (my new plumbers). They scheduled at 12-5 window and Daniel arrived at 12. He assessed the situation (the dishwasher had leaked onto the carpet in the dining room) and explained the process and pricing options and began work.     Excellent and responsive service! Called Wednesday evening around 7 PM to see if they would do an estimate for replacement of a tankless water heater. Phone person was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly; we later found out he was the owner! Keith and Bryce showed up the next day, on time, were efficient and competent, answered all our questions. No high-pressure sales tactics, showed us the itemized estimate on the spot. Although our plan was simply to get an estimate, we ended up completing the purchase, and they gave us an install date just a couple of days hence.     Sam, Jaimee and Kyle came to our home at around 11am today after we called yesterday (Christmas morning) about our water heater leaking. They explained all of the options and we opted for a tankless water heater. Sam was very knowledgeable in explaining the difference between sizes and did not push for any one specific option. They worked until completion so that we could have hot water tonight. They were respectful of our home and their work was clean. They were very personable.     I had the pleasure of having Matt & Ian come to my house to address a couple projects- installing a new kitchen faucet (touch faucet- love it!) and identify the mystery running toilet issue (resulting in a new toilet installation that was delivered and installed same day!). Matt provided me a detailed overview of the current state and multiple formally quoted options to review and choose from. I am extremely happy with their work, they knocked out the tasks swiftly and worked cleanly taking all the debris and packing materials with them. Then 1 weeks later, as luck would have it, Matt came to my parents house to help identify and fix a leaky pipe and broken humidifier shut off valve. Again, Matt conducted a thorough review of the current state, provided me with multiple formally quoted options to choose from and outlined the pros and cons.     Daniel was very professional and fixed a leak that could have been a much bigger deal. A small section of pipe in the basement had started leaking and when he took that section off it was soo plugged the opening was the size of maybe a quarter. So thank you Daniel my husband ( Michael) was happy with the work and he does not praise anyone easily.

    Matt arrived promptly at the appointed time to review why my home did not have hot water. The hot water heater was only 7 years old. I had already done a preliminary assessment, failing to determine why it wasnt working.After a relatively short time, Matt determined that the gas regulator failed. Matt was clear and concise in informing me of my options, for which I am grateful.This part cost almost as much as a new water heater. Since hot water heaters rarely last 10 to 15 years, my decision was simple. Install a new one. Matt scheduled an appointment for the very next day and by the following day, I showered with hot water.Very nice!

    Today, I saw James C for the second or third time and today he came with Brandin W. They are both wonderful people that you have working for you. They both helped me understand what they were going to do in detail. I decided to put a new faucet in my bathroom sink and when they called the warehouse they did not have one in stock. They did apologize and told me someone would call me when it came in and James would come back to install for me. Pride Plumbing is a wonderful company that I have been using for many years. Great employees, even Ursula that answered two phone calls from me the same day. She was very helpful and was great to talk to. Pride Plumbing hires quality employees!

    Nick A. was on time and very professional explaining my options when it came to a dishwasher install. I needed an extra valve installed under my sink to install the new dishwasher which he handled very quickly.     We had a clogged main drain. Ethan from Pride came by, troubleshot the issue. He had to cut the main drain access cap cover to gain access and quickly and efficiently cleared the blockage. He then ran a scope about 50 down the drain heading to the sewer to visually inspect the insides of our pipes to make sure nothing else was wrong. Ethan was very professional, polite and efficient.

    Excellent service from David V., and Jaimee F of Pride Plumbing. They recently replaced my hot water heater, home pressure reducing valve, and installed a water heater expansion tank. I replaced my 21 year old AO Smith water heater before it failed.I had a prior price quote from another company, that was slightly lower but Ross matched the price. I am very happy with the installation performed by their technician Kory.The entire job was performed neatly and properly in a matter of a few hours.     I don’t need a plumber often at all but Pride is my go-to. My old water heater started leaking during Thanksgiving Day but it wasn’t an emergency so I booked a visit for first thing Monday.     We were very pleased with our service. This was our 2nd time using pride. We were able to get appointments in a very reasonable amount of time. Daniel C was our first tech and our initial appointment. He was great. He diagnosed our problem ,and saved us a ton of money, by being honest and explaining we could fix it ourselves. David V was our 2nd technician and he was great as. well. He was able to fix our plumbing issue, which was tricky with our older plumbing . Both techs were professional, pleasant and neat. They addressed our issues without upselling us. ( which happened with another company!)We will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs!
