    This was my first experience with Putman and Sons Plumbing. Becky was very helpful scheduling my appointment via email. I was given a 2-hour window, and Heriberto arrived early. He was thorough and professional. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what needed to be done. He went above and beyond for me, which is so rare these days. Next time I need plumbing work, I will use Putman and Sons without hesitation!

    The entire process from the first phone call to schedule an appointment to our plumber,Ari, diagnosing the problem and completing the work extremely professional.The pricing of the job was most fair and reasonable.Every single item needed to complete the work was priced out on the final work invoice…how professional is that!     Jack figured out the problem I was having with my water pressure. He noticed the filter on the water softener was all clogged up and also too small of filter for the large house I have. He figured it out right away. He took care of putting a larger filter on and water pressure was back to normal. I’ve always use Putman and sons and had a good result everytime. Thank you again. 😊

    Darren from Putnam and Sons saved my house from flooding. Broken main shut off valve at 3:30AM. I had to call Putnam emergency line as I tried to hold the valve together and bail water. He answered my call!!! Darren and his helper are my heroes!!!! Best possible experience and service from Darren. Such a PRO!!! Thank you Darren sorry didn’t get your helpers name.     Recently had Putman and Sons out for a larger job involving excavating a new dump drain line. The previous system was quite a few levels of wrong and the gentlemen made sure to explain what was existing, what they were doing, the differences and also explaining any findings or changes along the way. I am happy to have chosen Putman and Sons for the job and every single member of their teams I have interacted with has given the impression of doing job right and with integrity.     Great to find an honest and reliable local plumbing company.Ralph and Brent (Putman and son) came out for an initial review of my project, for which I had already received an astronomical quote from the place I normally used. They not only beat that price significantly, but saved me from some unnecessary work and spotted a few other things that should be corrected.They did a walkthrough of my entire basement and gave me their advice, but I never felt pressured on the recommended work. The final scope was replacing a gas line, replacing a main waste line to the septic, reseating a toilet, replacing some water line valves and capping a gas line to a fireplace. Tony and his partner came out the next day to do the work, and did an excellent job. They were quick, clean and respectful.Putman & Sons will be me go-to for any plumbing projects in the future.

    This was my first experience with Putnam & So’s Plumbing and it won’t be the last. I had a list of items I wanted addressed and John was here for the whole day. He explained everything as he went through. Unexpectedly, John identified and corrected the recirculating pump’s function and I am very pleased that my tankless water heaters are correctly operating now, after almost 10 years of questioning the actions of the original installer. Having companies perform to the standard of service that a homeowner expects only ensures you will continue working with them.

    2024: My hot water heater needed to be replaced and I called Putman and they were able to get someone out a few hours later to replace it. The one I had lasted 14 years so I replaced it with the same Bradford White model. I’m happy with Putman.2021: Ive been living in Oakland Township since 1999 and I have tried using a few different companies for my plumbing needs but Putman is the best out of all of them. I dont bother calling anyone else now. When I call the office, I always reach someone friendly and helpful and the plumbers they have sent to my home were great and didnt have any attitude problems, they were all friendly. I recommend Putman for any plumbing or gas needs.

    I had Putnam and Sons put in a new faucet set with dual knobs for hot and cold for my old fashioned tub. After the installation the knobs were not working exactly how I wanted.     I did not not actually hire anyone to come out - however, on tasks out of my ability, I most definitely will in the future. I came home to a spraying water heater hose. I called at about 9:30pm and, as promised, I received a call back from my message within 10 minutes.     AWESOME Service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Today I had a situation, our kids bathroom tub was leaking and creating problems in other areas of the house. This leak came out of nowhere because we live in a newer home. After a called Putman & Sons they assessed the situation over the phone, told me what to do to control it, and told me that a technician would be here promptly. I received a text minutes after our call saying that my technician was on his way so, by 9:00 AM Chad was knocking in my door, extremely polite, saw the problem and start going at it.     Ice maker water line started leaking so got it fixed. Took out existing saddle valve and put in a new T joint with hammer stop valve. Ran a new plastic line. Greg is very good at his job. From plumbing a basement, installing a second water meter, troubleshooting leaks, to second floor laundry install, they can do it all. Reasonably priced, and very good availability, I highly recommend for any plumbing need.
