I contacted Leone Plumbing to remodel a bathroom and fix a bad leak in a wall. I had used a cheaper general contractor before for another bathroom, and had a bad experience; this time, I chose a company that had real plumbing experience. Andy, the owner, walked me through the steps of what needed to be done; what suggestions he would make that made sense--without having to spend a ton of extra money; and gave me a fair time frame for completion.Prices were in the middle, but I was looking for skilled, quality work this time around; Leone Plumbing provided value, experience, and professionalism. Andy told me that he could be done in three weeks, but the job was done in two! Jose did an excellent job getting everything done quickly and professionally, and didnt cut corners. We then used Leone Plumbing to fix the sub-par work the other contractor left behind--now, both bathrooms look AWESOME! Thank you!

Matt and Leone Plumbing saved the day! I discovered the hot water heater at my elderly mothers’s house was leaking and was in a total panic as I had to leave for my house in NJ. We had a water leak and we’re looking for someone to repair and fix the damage. We looked at reviews of local plumbing companies and chose Leone Plumbing because of the excellent reviews. Andy from Leone plumbing sent a crew out immediately to assess the damage and repair the leak. Andy worked with us and our insurance company on the the work that would be needed and quickly got the work started. The job was extensive including mold removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, electrical, painting, plumbing, and new flooring. The plumbers did an excellent job in finding the leak and making the repairs. They were very friendly, professional, and timely. Josh was assigned the remodeling portion of this large job and was a real pleasure to work with. His flexibly, ideas, professionalism, and knowledge of all areas of refinishing was nothing less than outstanding!Andy was on top of all work throughout the project and did an outstanding job communicating, securing all supplies in a timely manner, and offered great ideas and suggestions on cabinets, colors, etc. I highly recommend Leone Plumbing, not only for Plumbing work but remodeling as well. I originally contacted Leone Plumbing to address a sink faucet problem we were having at our new home, plus several other items. Jamison arrived on time and he was polite, professional and did an excellent job fixing all the items. I can’t say how much I appreciate his work ethic and that he respected our home as if it were his own. So much so that we went immediately back to Leone when we decided to replace our existing toilets. Andy Leone and his guys are just the best We had an emergency situation with a water leak that made an awful mess in our finished basement. An unknown source had brought down a number of areas of dry wall and ceiling in a basement office and rec area. Water was dripping from the soaked drywall onto the carpeted floors, furniture and expensive wool rugs and sound system floor speakers. A quick call and a short time later Andy and his crew were here and located the source of the leak in minutes. They fixed the problem very quickly and began mitigation efforts immediately. But that was only the beginning….Andy himself served as our legal representative in dealing with the insurance company for the next 8 weeks to insure the restoration of our property proceeded with our interests protected. By using his experience in dealing with insurance adjusters and insurance company procedures we were saved a miserable experience and our basement was completely restored to our total satisfaction. JUST THE BEST !!

We have a well water system. The pump was running too much. When called, Andy Leone took the time to ask the right questions and requested photos of the system so the right parts would be available on the first call.The well needed to be brought up to modern code. Leone Plumbing was so responsive when I called regarding a clogged kitchen sink. I was able to get same day service and Jameson arrived during the service window I was promised. He was friendly and professional, up front about the cost associated with the issue, and the process to get the issue resolved. I unfortunately had to contact Leone Plumbing due to an unknown leak. They came out right away and found the leak was actually a water line in my refrigerator. There was so much damage and I honestly had no clue what to do. Best part about Andy is that he was able to help out with everything. I called Andy after I bought a new house and was unable to start the hot water tank. Andy sent someone out right away, which was much appreciated. I had to call him back a couple of days later because although the hot water was working in the sinks, the shower was only lukewarm. Again Andy promptly sent someone out to solve that problem, and they fixed the reversed hot and cold faucet on my kitchen sink at the same time. The first few days of owning a new house are stressful, and having someone quickly responding to our plumbing issues definitely took some of the stress away. I recommend him if you want a smooth and professional experience. I will be calling him again!

My basement was flooded and it was 6 am. I looked online for a highly rated plumbing company and the rest is history. Within the hour, Jamie arrived and discovered why my basement was taking on water. Then, the owner Andy Leone arrived with John and Michael to further study the complicated plumbing scenario and a plan was designed on the first day. The truth is that this flood opened the door to many other existing problems that plagued the basement ie mold growth, faulty draining, and the need for a new sump pump and hot water tank. Needless to say, the Leone Plumbing team were part of my household for seven weeks to properly repair the numerous issues that needed to be repaired and rebuilt. Jamie was commander of the installation of new pumps and hot water tank. He worked quickly that first day so that I had hot water that day. He was reassuring, warm, and knowledgeable. Just what I needed being in such a vulnerable position. Then, Johnny and Jose tackled the breakdown of the finished walls to start process of removing mold. They were at our house the longest having both tear down and rebuilding responsibilities. They were such a wonderful team explaining to me every day what they hoped to accomplish and communicating with me as to what I thought about certain aspects of the project. At all times, they were hard working, meticulous, pleasant, and sensitive always to those questions that I had. As I told owner Andy Leone many times, what an incredibly blessed business owner he is to have such exemplary employees representing him. I write very few reviews however, I feel as though this one needed to be reviewed. 7am on a Friday and we wake up to a leak with our tankless water heater, literally calling around leaving messages. Andy returned my call almost immediately. We talked through the logistics and he gave me a price and said he could do it same day. (no one else even had one available to do same day!) It wasnt cheap but it was necessary. As promised the boys showed up in the p.m. swapped it out and were gone by dinner time. I never, ever would have known he was handling all of this while on the road bringing his kid home from college. Honestly one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. I discovered my hot water tank was leaking at 6AM. I waited until 7:30AM to call Andy. By 9:15AM, two of Andys plumbers were at my door ready to work with a new AO Smith tank in their truck. Never used them before and had a great experience replacing a water heater. Old unit started leaking, so I called a few places late in the evening, got one service that answered right away but wasnt sure if they could get someone in the next two days (to be fair the were going to try and would have let me know). Andy got back to me before 8AM the next day and said he could get someone out to me within the hour. His price was good enough - not the lowest but certainly not the highest - that I didnt mind upgrading from a 40 to a 50 gallon tank (big family, lots of showers and laundry). Jamison arrived on time, was extremely polite, answered all my questions, and was very conscientious. My vent pipe didnt meet code anymore - had to go from 3 to 4 - so he walked me through what was needed to replace it and made sure I was comfortable. It was very important to him that I knew the what and why behind the work. He busted hump to get everything done quickly and even with the added work I had a working water heater shortly after lunch. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We called Leone plumbing because we had a water leak and zero clue where it was coming from. Our ceilings were full of water and floors ruined!! They came out same day found the leak and repaired it. After all the damage from the water we needed ALOT of work done. New floors up stairs and down stairs the ceiling replaced and new counter tops! Lucky us they are a one stop shop! The next day they had someone come out and do and estimate and had supplies ordered in that week!! We had family from out of state staying with us so our house was a bit cramped and Leone plumbing was more than accommodating when it came to what time they could start and what rooms to start. Very respectful workers and very friendly! Definitely something you do not see that often anymore in that trade!! Very happy with their work!!!

Last summer we had a number of estimates for updating our bath. We needed a shower replacement, toilet re-seating, new vanity top with new mirror and light fixture. There was a wide range of $$ estimates and quality of work amount the six estimates we got. We decided on Leone Plumbing because of Andys knowledge of the work that needed to be done and the realistic $$ estimate we received from him. It took him a couple of weeks to order the fixtures needed before the work commenced. His employee Mike did the remodeling work. Mike was prompt and worked diligently to completion and to our satisfaction. Its been six months since the work was completed and we are very pleased with the final outcome. Our submersible sump pump must have burned out a three or four weeks ago and didnt realize it until I noticed wet areas in cracks in the concrete floor in the unfinished area of our basement. I removed the cover of the pump well and the water was up to the top. We immediately started calling plumber companies and Leone was able to dispatch a plumber out the very day we called (4/14/2021). Mike was able to replace the old pump with a new Liberty Sump Pump. Once it was plumbed and a new check valve installed, the new pump worked great to to remove all the water in the well and additional incoming water from the drains. Nothing got wet in the basement. Mike did a great job quickly installing the new pump. Potential catastrophe averted!

Two different days of service included a severely clogged bathroom sink drain being cleared of decades of accumulated sludge. The action needed was more than a simple drain clearing with chemicals or a plunger. I was and am very satisfied with the degree of efficiency and persistence on the part of the two individuals who worked to resolve the clog. Water has continued to flow without any delays in the sink emptying. No leaks occurred under the sink after everything had to be pulled apart to clear the clog.The second need for service involved a basement water back up resulting from days of heavy rainfall. Water was coming in from the floor drain and through the concrete floor. In addition, the old sump pump was working but severely deteriorated and near ready to fail. New larger drainpipes replaced old ones and a sump pump was acquired and put in place. Water was extracted with a wet vac and all areas were mopped up. Subsequent heavy rainfall has not been problematic.I am grateful for the immediate response in both instances. The need for plumbing services happened just a couple weeks apart. In both instances, service was immediate, efficient, effective and courtesy was exemplary. I am grateful for all kindness and efficient service.Great job! Thank you, sincerely.

Andy has been taking care of all plumbing work at my parents house for 20 years. Last weekend during the horrible storm, my mother in law’s basement started to flood, so I knew exactly who to call. Andy called me right back and was at the house within 2 hours to stop the damage. He installed a new sump pump and drained the basement. Unfortunately water was also pouring into a foundation crack. Andy identified the source of this leak underneath the garage and outlined a plan of action and fair price for the service. While it was bad news that we need to undertake significant work, Andy delivered the news with with sensitivity and understanding. Of plumbers advertising 24-hour service, Leone was the third I called. The first two couldnt get there for several hours. Andy Leone, said he could make it within the hour and did. He attempted to restart the furnace, and when that failed, drained all the water from the house. First thing Monday morning, his furnace specialist was over to diagnose the problem and Mike, one of his plumbers, arrived to make repairs. Over the course of several days, all problems were resolved. Everyone was competent, quick, polite and very good at communicating what the possible problems were at every step of what turned out to be a complex situation. I give Leone Plumbing and Heating the highest recommendation.

I called Leone because I had sewer water in my basement. Two guys came to my house and spent a couple hours snaking my sewer drain, but unfortunately couldnt clear it. The next step was to install a lot line clean out (which was an entirely new concept for me). Andy took time to explain it and answer my questions, and we decided to go ahead with this project. Andy handled getting the utility lines staked, acquired necessary work permits, coordinated the inspection with the City, and when the job was done he communicated with the County to ensure they would come back to my house to unclog the sewer. The crew that handled the work (digging up my yard and installing the lateral pipe) showed up when they said they would and worked with great care and professionalism to ensure the job was done right and within the timeframe that was explained to me. They took pictures of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. The County did show up later that afternoon, as expected, and cleared the stoppage.

Very competent and patient, always ready to hear our suggestions and concerns and willing to make changes. Our bathroom was finished in a timely manner and the work was top notch.
