Highly recommend! Last night, a friend recommended Tyler when we came home to a leaking water pipe in our basement. He was here by 8am this morning fixing it. He also noticed that our water heater wasn’t installed up to code (yikes!). We did not have a shut off valve nor all copper pipes as required. He was able to replace and correct it all instantly to keep us safe. Fast response, honest, professional and excellent service. Finally found a knowledgeable plumber that we can trust! Lalonde pluming has done work at both my mother and father’s house and they couldn’t be more pleased! They put in a new shower and bathroom faucet at my fathers house and fixed the kitchen sink and stationary tub at my mothers. I had water backing up through my basement utility sink on a holiday weekend. Tyler responded quickly and had the problem resolved within a very brief time period after my initial call. Before calling him I had actually called a different company’s answering service, got frustrated at the long turn around time on the phone call back through that service, called Lalonde and got set up for a visit. Eventually they finally called back, and when I asked for a price quote on a drain clean out the starting price was higher than what I did pay. Tyler did a great job, and I was really appreciative of his help on a holiday weekend!

We received Tylers info through a recommendation and are very happy we did. He was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and got us right on the schedule. He was honest about his initial findings and our best course of action versus wasting hours diagnosing multiple potential causes. When we decided to replace the dishwasher on a Friday he was was able to get us scheduled for Monday afternoon. Tyler was in and out with no problems, he hauled away the old dishwasher, and was professional through it all. We were very impressed and will be recommending Tyler to anyone who asks us about a plumber.

Lalonde Plumbing has been the most reliable plumbing company I’ve used in years.It’s been really difficult finding a good plumber in this area lately. Most of the time I have a great phone call, then never hear from the company again. Last week I noticed a leak in my hot water tank. Called a few places and got quotes from up to $3000! WOW, they all felt ridiculously high. Then talked to Tyler about the job and he gave me a fair price. He communicates well on text and phone. He came this past Monday and did the job in a seamless way. He also explained for to turn the heater on if it turned off for any reason. He’s a good guy and gives fair prices from my perspective. Also just my two cents, always get the quotes for a job if you’re not in a rush.

Tyler was quick to respond to our request to diagnose a loud noise in our plumbing. He diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repair (replacement of a leaky outdoor hose faucet). He also noted a leak in our pressure control valve and we discussed other valve replacements weve been wanting to do for some time. Tyler gave us a quote for the work that was well within our budget, and scheduled a date to return. He completed the work in much less time than we expected....2 hours to replace the pressure control valve with two meters (inbound & outbound) that will make future adjustments easy. He also replaced the valve for the water heater and added a valve for the furnace humidifier water supply. And, he replaced the hot & cold supply valves for our washing machine, which were the originals from when the house was built over 50 years ago. Tyler is very friendly and personable, and he took the time to clearly explain everything. He was was a pleasure to do business with! We highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs, and will definitely call on him for any future plumbing requirements we may have!

I recently had a complex issue with my hot water heater was fortunate enough to get a great recommendation from a FB community page for Lalonde Plumbing LLC.The whole situation involved a long and complicated insurance claim process, but Tyler was a lifesaver.
