Called to schedule an appointment on Sunday, job was done before I got home on Monday. $220 was a fair prices to clear out a blockage from my house out to the city’s system. The man even cleaned up my floor for me (which was covered in sewage from my drain flooding into the basement), very appreciative of the way the job was finished! I would use these guys again, although I pray I never have to hahaha

My home had a clogged bathroom sink drain that had been slow for years before eventually becoming entirely clogged. I initially contacted another drain cleaning company in Rochester and they were unable to clear the drain after a few hours of attempted snaking and water jetting which cost several hundred dollars in total. My home was built in 1965 and the drain has a few difficult 90 degree bends.I decided to try Jetter Clean on the recommendation of a relative and was not disappointed!Lee from Jetter Clean and his team did a remarkable job and managed to clear the drain. They recovered a hairspray cap which had been stuck in the drain for years from a previous homeowner. They finished the job in around 1.5 hours and the cost of service was less than 1/3rd of the cost of the other company in town!Im very impressed with their work and wont hesitate to call them again if needed. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

What an AMAZING company. About a month ago we had the unfortunate circumstance of city sewer lines back into our fully finished basement. We called Jetter Cleans emergency line and worked with Garrett. He came down and helped us and was SO kind. Fighting the city has been our next battle and Lee has been a wonderful support with providing documentation that will help us.

Excellent service, the guy is super friendly and fun, also gave me lots of good advice on how to do preventative maintenance to keep things flowing.
