Not sure on a review how to give enough praises without someone calling BS. In this case however scheduling was a breeze, different options and costs were explained. Technician arrived ahead of schedule which was great. His Performance was top notch, was able to explain what he did and why. He referenced the tech manual for settings specs, provided additional explanation that I could understand and relate to. I feel 100% confident in the quality of the service I received and without any hesitation or reservations recommend Hawks service’s.

Where do I begin, our daughters furnace went out in the coldest part of Jan 2024. They came out right away & looked at it & ordered the 1 she needed. Very nice & polite people all around. They even offered space heaters but she already had them. Who does that? We asked another company & he wouldnt even come look at it. And he was very rude. I/we will be calling them from now on. I highly recommend Hawks Services. I had a suspended ceiling removed and needed to have the heating/cooling duct cut back to the wall and a ventilation fan installed in the wall (concrete ceiling). Love these guys! I can’t say about great things about them. They are kind, responsive and professional. Every tech that has come through has been top notch. We had a vent failure and since it was under warranty, they replaced it with no problems. So far we have only had an estimate completed of work we need done. We have accepted the bid and look forward to completely replacing our ductwork, having it sealed and having a new thermostat installed. In addition we will be having a air exchange system added along with a bath/light fan and dryer exhaust. We will also have a stove hood installed.I appreciated the amount of time that was taken to review our needs and discuss possible options. I was also impressed that the technician asked to be present when our electrician came for a walk through. He was able to explain his exact electrical needs so no work would need to be undone due to poor planning.

We selected Hawks based upon a friends referral. They replaced a 30yo toilet with a new Gerber fixture. Having multiple master plumbers in the family tree, we were familiar with expected trade norms. Hawks surprised us with a faster than expected quote turnaround time, even though we had a model number available. An installation time slot was only a few days out. The young man who installed it was polite in his communications, respectful of our house and furnishings, provided a competent service in a reasonable time and cleaned up afterwards.We were pleased with the entire experience and plan to use them again in the future.

We moved to Rochester last summer with three young kids, and immediately started having problems with our plumbing system. The day we moved in, there was no water pressure in the bathrooms and the water at the kitchen sink was coming out orange. We called Hawk’s on a Friday afternoon and they got there within a few hours. We needed some new equipment and significant repairs, but they implemented a temporary solution (for free) so we could live in the house for the weekend. We ended up needing them for several projects and a few other minor emergencies in the first few months, and have had them back a few more times over the past year for some basic repairs, a bathroom remodel, and a new HVAC system. The first few times, we got quotes from other plumbers and Hawk’s was always reasonable. We stopped bothering with that because they’re so reliable. They’ve always been available immediately for emergencies, and pretty soon for stuff that can wait. Patrick Hawkins and everyone else who comes to our home is always friendly, knowledgeable and does quality work. I’m always surprised at how quickly they finish the job and how well they do it. I strongly recommend Hawk’s Services!

Residential AC repair: I had tried working with K&S twice to fix my AC twice in the last year. Both times they came they barely looked at the units, didn’t fix anything, and charged me $200+ for the service call. Called Hawks, explained our issue, they got me scheduled as quickly as possible, and even for me in after hours. Diagnosed the issue very quickly, got me scheduled for full repair and all is done. Repair is guaranteed for a year, too! They were awesome, highly recommend calling them FIRST!
