They came when they said they would, they answered all questions, and did a great job on all the different things we have had them do for us. They have done small jobs like installing a faucet to bigger jobs, like installing a new hot water heater. They will be my first call for any plumbing needs in the future at my house and my mum-in-laws.

GT Campbell responded quickly and fixed the shower without opening the wall. He also installed a new faucet in my utility sink. Everything was neat and professionally done. Great job. We had them come out to replace our leaking spigots outside. We were expecting a full replacement for at least one of them. Instead, George fixed both and the cost was WAY below what we were planning to have to pay. They also have up front pricing which separates them from most. He showed me how I could do it in the future if needed as well. He could have very easily just replaced them and charged the initial estimate. The honesty is one of a kind and we will never have another company do any plumbing work at our house and you shouldn’t either. A++++

As it turned out, after thorough search and analysis, the stain had been there for a few months, much to my chagrin! I had not noticed it before when it had simultaneously occurred in my kitchen. The problem had been a leak around a roof vent pipe.I have only raves about Campbell Plumbing. They are my go-to plumbing service, whose rates are modest and services honest.

I wanted a Bradford White (Made in USA), high quality hot water heater. There were other plumbers who I have used in the past, but when I went to the Bradford web site, this place was highly recommended. I decided to give them a try. I loved everything about the experience. From inquiring online, to an immediate response. I talked to the office, gave them my concerns about size and space requirements. Some offices say yes yes and brush you off and say the crew will handle it. That was NOT the case. They wanted all the information I could give them to ensure my installation would be seamless. Very friendly. I received a text when the crew was on their way to my house. The installation crew came in. Laid down drops cloths down on the entire path from front door to installation area. They wore boot covers so my floor would not get dirty in case they stepped off the cloth. They told me what they were going to do before they got started, installed the hot water heater, and tested it. They made sure I was satisfied, gave me all the paperwork and explained it to me so I could activate the warranty. They cleaned up nice, I paid via credit card on the spot, and they were gone. No problems, no mess, great experience, top quality job. This is the first time I used this company and I highly recommend them. Look at the quality picture. They even use a high quality ball valve instead of those nasty faucet valves. Im happy. So everyone knows I am not affiliate with them, and I am not paid for this review.

GT Campbell is my go-to plumber! I have used them for many years I think now its been 7 years. The most recent job they did was installing a hot water tank for us after we discovered our old one was leaking. We initially thought it was only leaking from the top but when they moved it we found it was leaking from the bottom. They were very responsive and thorough. They had some issues and they were here for longer than expected but made sure the job was done well. They cleaned up after themselves because there was leakage from the tank which was appreciated and always explain things well. I plan on using their services as long as I can because I know that they are honest trustworthy and responsive and that seems to be hard to find these days.

We have used this small family owned company many times before. This time it was to replace a corroded, broken shut off handle to our washing machine. When my husband and I went to repair our washer, we broke the shut off handle trying to turn the water off. Thomas came the next day, squeezing us in even though they had a full day, so we could do our laundry! He was pleasant, efficient and gave us options on how to replace it. This is an update to our previous review. We hired G.T. Campbell to repair our sink drain; this was the second time we have used their service. They are prompt, professional and neat. They let us know they were on the way to our home, which was very considerate. Two thumbs up! We recommend them highly.We own a home in the Walworth/Macedon area. We hired G.T. Campbell to remove an old sewage ejection pump and a deteriorated steel tank, and to install a replacement. It was an involved process that required 2 days of work. Concrete floor had to be jack hammered, old corroded tank removed, new tank/pump installed, and the floor had to be repaired where it had been dug up. We were very pleased with the job G.T. Campbell did. George and Thomas were very neat, cleaned up after the project, and were able to answer all of our questions. We had previously obtained several quotes, and George beat the price we received from the other contractors. We were so impressed by George and his team when they installed plumbing in a new kitchen/bathroom addition. After reaching out to multiple plumbers, GT was the only company to get back to us. The scheduler, Muriel, was so pleasant to work with when we called to schedule the initial visit and with all other scheduling/billing communications. We were sent texts when the crew was on their way the day of the job, emails to share invoices/estimates. When the men were working, they showed extreme respect for our house- they wore booties, laid down protective sheets over the basement stairs/carpet where they were working, knocked before entering the house… We had a newborn at the time and they were very quiet, courteous and trustworthy. They also worked with our contractor to figure out any issues. We will definitely be recommending them.

I had a hot water heater fail over the weekend. I called them Saturday morning and George was at my house a few hours later. We discussed different options (tank vs tankless) and he gave an honest assessment of the pros and cons. In the end I stayed with the traditional tank unit. George installed the tank that afternoon and did an excellent job, including replacing the old and failing shutoff valves at the tank with quarter turn ball valves. A great experience overall at a fair price and all done at short notice on a Saturday. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!
