Can’t say enough GREAT things about his company, and Ezra in particular. Our septic alarm went off (first time ever) and when we went out to silence it…the sticker of who to contact in case of emergency had faded away so we had no idea who to call. Googled EnviroTech and since they were so close (with a 4.6 rating with 34 reviews), we called them. Got a hold of Ezra and he troubleshot our situation over the phone!! Worked like a charm. Solved our immediate problem which was very comforting. After talking with the manufacturer of the warning system (and understanding a little more about how the system works), we decided to have EnviroTech come out and do a basic inspection of the system just to make sure everything was in good working order. Day of our appointment, Ezra showed up and went to work. He quickly and efficiently inspected our system, told us everything looked good and we did not have to have our system pumped, which was very welcome news. We were probably good for another couple of years since its just two of us in the house. All the while, he was cracking jokes, sharing good information about what to know about our system, and in general just being a very friendly, courteous professional. I wish the world had more contractors like Ezra!! If you ever need any septic work done…..We would HIGHLY recommend Ezra and EnviroTech as your team.

They saved the day! One of the septic tanks in our park had backed up Monday and we called our typical septic companies to emergency pump, but we waited 3 days with still no assistance or ETA. So I called EnviroTech this afternoon and they sent out a crew to come solve our problem in only a few hour. The office staff was very kind and quick to answer the phone. And Ezra was extremely helpful, communicative, and explained our septic issues to us and even informed us how to prevent future issues.Highly Recommend!

If youre looking for a septic company in Lewis County, look no further.!! Ezra , our technician, was beyond amazing. Emergency service was needed as we had liquid bubbling from the lid on a Friday late afternoon just shy of 5:00. I called many, many septic companies in the area, nobody answered , some were even closed earlier than their advertised hours, and the couple who did answer couldnt help until Monday, if then. ... Even those who market 24/7 Emergency repair!!!! . Ezra called me and was able to come out Saturday. He was relentless with his work , pumping our tank and finding we had a broken output line which he repaired. It was no easy job, the digging until finding the break. He was professional, very friendly and his level of knowledge highly impressive. This company is seriously blessed to have him. Call EnviroTech first and above all others. You wont be disappointed!!!!!!🙂

Ezra came out to pump and inspect our septic system on 8/25/2020. Very professional, personable guy who didnt mind all our dogs. He pumped the full tank super quick! He took the time to explain our system to both me and my wife. He noticed some issues that he was able to address same day and stayed late vs scheduling another trip which we appreciate. I would highly recommend their services and if all their techs are as good as Ezra then youll be in good hands!

Had septic alarm, Ezra called me back same day and worked me in for the following day and gave me an idea of tech arrival time. The tech who came out, Matt, was very professional, friendly and took the time to answer my questions. The final bill to replace my septic pump was a shock but thats life, they are expensive and I was thankful he had a pump on hand and he replaced it immediately. I recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future for my septic needs.

Ive used EnviroTech to service our septic system for years. They are always on time, provide helpful information, and perform great service for a fair price. Today I called for emergency service: our septic line wasnt draining. Ezra was super helpful. He said he could come out and fix it, but he also provided me with advice that allowed me to solve the problem myself and avoid the service call! Not many companies would do that!

We were in a panic one Friday evening when the toilets in our house acted strangely. The water was not filling back up properly after a flush. I reached out to Envirotech not thinking I would get to talk to anyone on a Friday evening, left a message, and hoped for help by Monday. Ezra, the owner, called me an hour later! We discussed the details and he stated there could be a real problem, and the system could back up in our home! He said he would change their schedule around to fit me in on Monday...but if anything started happening during the week end to call his cell. He would be out immediately! Nothing happened, but just knowing that Ezra would take care of us in an emergency was amazing! So early Monday, Ezras crew arrived early, drained our tank, and stated that we were on the verge of the system backing up! Needless to say we recommend Envirotech and Ezra to all of you. It is rare these days to find this kind of service let alone somebody who cares!

I have had the pleasure to meet EZRA, he is an Awesome man and very knowledgeable about his job. I have used Enviro Tech Septic Solutions 2 times in 7 years and they are phenomenal, if they see an issue they tell you and give recommendations for how to fix. Besides the recommendation they will also fix the issue. I will always use their service for my home.

My septic system failed after hours and I had to have an emergency pump out after hours. At that time I didnt know that Envirotech does do after hours pumping and repairs. I initially had the tank pumped by a different company who sent their septic repair expert. While the other guy pumped the tank he told me that for an additional $287 He could diagnose the cause of the failure and then for an additional fee and another service call come back the next day and fix it. During the pump out the other guy made mention that he saw multiple things wrong with the system and I needed to agree to pay him to diagnose the system. I declined. My normal plumber had warned me about the other guys and told me not to let them do any repairs, to only have them pump it and wait for Envirotech. I am so glad I listened. The next morning I called Envirotech and they came out the same day. I was not home at the time, but about 45 minutes after Mike arrived I got a phone call...he said he had good news and bad news. Bad news he was going to have to charge me a service call. Good news....it was a fuse in the control box and I had a spare in the box. He switched the fuse. He inspected the whole system, cleaned all the wires and check all other components. Total cost of the service call $150. He said all other components were working just fine. Mike asked me what the other guys charged me to pump it, I told him. He cringed and apologized. He told me that Envirotech is in the process of setting up an after hours number for emergencies and gave me his card with his cell phone number. I highly recommend Envirotech. Reputable and honest company with quality service and exceptional customer service!

This will be the second time weve used Envirotech. The first time to repair an existing septic system; this time to install a complete new system. As always they were on time, did more than promised, and for a great price. Everyone on their team is professional and deserve recognition for their responsiveness on the phone and by email. No one wants to deal with septic problems. No one. When the septic alarm sets off panic sets in. We called a few other companies but no one was able to come out anytime soon. We needed help ASAP. Diane with Envirotech told me they were booked for a week out but took my info down and said a tech would see if they could squeeze me in. The next day Matt called and was able to schedule me in a few days later. He was so kind and knowledgeable and walked me thru where to dig to find my septic doors. This help us save a big on the bill! In fact he had a cancellation and asked if he could stop by to look at the situation at hand. Wow! Who does that anymore!!Matt was in on time and fixed our problem. We absolutely love his positive, upbeat attitude. We were very please with the financial part of it too. We will always use Envirotech for any future septic work.
