They replaced the accessible lines in the house with PEX, replaced a water heater, installed a new water softener, and took initiative to address a few preventative items they noticed needing attention. We discovered a slow leak in our water heater. Many of our friends and neighbors recommended Jason Elsmore Plumbing, based on repeated experiences with the company.We called and Jason came out to look at the problem within an hour or so. We discussed options and finally settled on an electric replacement for the present electric one, because of the difficulty and expense of replacing the heater with a gas one.Jason was very knowledgeable about the building codes and details of an installation.One thing he did not do, was to try to up-sell me, or any other “shifty-contractor” kinds of things.He was just an honest, easy-to-talk-to man.Within 45 minutes of the same day, two of his crew were here, hard at work.They took pains to protect the house, the carpet, and the utility room where the heater was. The work was done in a couple of hours. The water heater was neatly installed and the room cleaned up.His crew was friendly, polite (Yes Sir and No sir polite), and efficient.I will definitely be calling Elsmore Plumbing in the future. And I will recommend them to friends without reservation.

Jason came to my house and realized that my install of a new garbage disposal was going to be more complicated due to a preexisting plumbing issue. He did not charge me for the initial consultation but did spend almost an hour talking through the various options and costs. He came back a second time and did a variety of services: removed a toilet (for new floor install) and then reinstalled preexisting toilet; secured dishwasher to countertop; installed a new disposal in the least expensive way of the two ways he mentioned as options (it was left open ended since he did not know if it would work - but he made it work). He was punctual, honest and communicated well.

Leaky faucet in kitchen. Needed fixed ASAP. Elsmore Plumbing recommended by son and daughter-in-law. Called but got recording. Sent a text to the number on the internet. Jason called back within 30 minutes and said he could come by in an hour. Diagnosed the problem which required a new faucet. Since we plan to remodel our kitchen, Jason recommended an inexpensive replacement. Sent his apprentice to pick up and replaced in about 1 hour. Cost less than I expected and workmanship was excellent. I will use Elsmore Plumbing when I remodel! Thank you Jason.

We recently used Elsmore Plumbing to fix some bathtub drain issues that led to water leaking into our basement. Jason and Ben were both exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. I had dozens of questions for both of them when they visited and they patiently answered each one. Furthermore, Jason made suggestions for a minor update to our plumbing to make it less prone to leaks which saved us a lot of headache down the road. Billing was fair and it was easy to pay online.
