The day our air conditioner went out, Raul was able to come out to our house. He immediately noticed that a power surge had burned out the system. Thanks to Rauls expertise, it was determined that lightning had struck our outside air conditioning unit, traveled through the wiring and took out our entire HVAC system. Raul suggested we contact our insurance company and it turned out that our home owners policy covered lightning strikes.Rauls commitment to his customers is second to none. He was able to order and install our whole new system in two days. He even worked until 2:30 in the morning during the June heat wave to get our a/c working. Raul also carefully covered and protected our floors during the process as the old furnace was removed and the new equipment was installed. Raul is the best!

They’re absolutely amazing! I’m a new homeowner, so I had a lot of questions about maintenance, how things worked, etc. Raul was more than happy to answer questions and walking me through everything about my system.
