Jake and James did a superb job today! They were both very professional and courteous. They are very respectful and knowledgeable. Efficient with the way they work together and did a great job at keeping the area clean even though it was wet and muddy outside. The communication was great letting me know what is going on and giving notice when power and gas was getting shut off. At the end they cleaned up all their equipment and mess,along with giving me an overview of generator operation. Also explaining maintenance. Overall great guys! I would have them do work for me again.

Se researched several companies and spoke to a former commercial water treatment provider and chose Anderson Water Power and Air. They had the system that should work best to deal with the various metals including a high concentration of iron minerals and bacteria from our well. Nathaniel, the technician advised when he would arrive, and was totally efficient and personable removing and replacing the current failed, inefficient system with a new one. His company’s guarantees seem to insure we will have a long happy relationship with minimal service or cost required. The quality of the water has immediately improved and I’m grateful for their excellent service.

UpdateI am impressed that not only did Anderson send back my installer but also sent a supervisor to double check everything. A few hours later after they were closed I received a call from Kevin to double check on everything and assured me that everything would be taken care of if there is any further damage. All in all I am impressed by the good customer service and I understand accidents happen. Everyone was very apologetic.Thank you so much Kevin.Can’t believe that my newly finished basement flooded after I called to express my concerns about bad reviews I seen about other basements that flooded. They actually still sent someone that was getting trained for just 3 weeks he said.Can’t wait to have my whole complete house water system to be installed in just 3 days. Brian came to my house tested my bottle delivery water, filtered refrigerator water as well as my tap. I could not believe that I have been paying for water delivery for years and it tested horrible, even worse than the tap water. Can’t wait to add clean water as part of my health journey. You need to see for yourself and have your water tested. My bottled water had just as much chlorine in it as my pool. No wonder so many people are mentally ill and there is so much cancer. Brian was amazing.

Anderson did an excellent job with my whole house generator from start to finish. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and discussed what Tom and I had when buying the generator. Once we had gone over the plan, Paul and Mike went over the materials they were using and the time frame to be completed. They did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. After they were done, they went over the operation, maintenance schedule, and monitoring of the generator. They also told me how to contact them if anything was needed. I would definitely recommend Anderson if you’re looking for a house generator.

July 2023 had a generator installation done at my home. The crew was dressed and acted like professionals . Work was done in a timely manner. Update jan 2024. Had my first service done today Mike is very professional. Oil change, valve adjustment and service bulletin from manufacturer done. My first service was $299 plus tax. It seems like a lot. But Mike was here 4 hours and when he left I have that same peace of mind I had when I installed it. That was worth the money. Next service due in one hundred hours.

Nate has over the years (5 plus years) been someone we know we can trust. He calls ahead of time the tracter makes it even better to know exactly when he will be here. He has always fixed, taken care of all our water softener needs. We have had other people and Nate is by far the most honest, pleasant, hardworking, knowledgeable person. I used Anderson Water-Power-Air for my water softening system and to maintain my tankless water heater. I have had no complaints to speak of since starting my relationship with this company. Today, for example, I had my water heater flushed and serviced. My technician, Nate, was just great. He answered my questions fully with a smile. He showed me the components before and after he cleaned them out for my review. Nate explained what he was doing and why. He also tested my water to ensure the softener system and water filter were functioning even though he was only there to service the water heater. In doing so he found an issue with the pressure in my filtered water storage container that I did not even know relied on air pressure. Nate showed me how to test and fill it. I highly recommend Anderson and Nate if you have pleasure to have him be your technician :)

The gas and electrical connections are neatly done. Plus they explained how it all works, including the bimonthly test run and the maintenance schedule. Ed did a good job. Got right to it. He fixed a gas leak and serviced the water softener system. You could tell he knew what he was doing. I just purchased the house so he advised me on the water softener system. Saved me time in reading the manual, so that is always a good thing. Great to deal with someone who knows what he is doing and is efficient in doing so. My only issue and I don’t know that it reflects on Ed was that I called for a gas leak and when he got here he didn’t have new pipe to replace what was there. However, with his knowledge, he was still able to seal the leak which was paramount.

He checked the flow and then told me that he could not recharge the filter because we had an old water main shutoff with corrosion visible and it was guaranteed to leak, if he tried to shut it off. He advised me to have a plumber replace the valve and then he could recharge my filter. He did not charge me for his visit. I really appreciated his advice and no charge, but this another delay to overcome.

It was definitely put on too tight, but he managed to get it open. He was very thorough in cleaning the seal area inside. When he replaced the housing he put tape on the outside as an alignment line to ensure that it was not screwed on too tight. He then had me unscrew it to make sure I could do it. Chris and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and immediately got to work. I was having a (15) year old generator replaced, also purchased from Anderson, only because certain replacement parts were no longer being manufactured and although we never had a failure in fifteen years, we did not want to tempt fate. I’m one of those homeowners that likes to watch how things are done and they were more than willing to allow me to keep watch as they worked and answered any questions that I had. They had some challenges while running the new cabling from the panel to the outside, yet by working together, they made short work of any obstacles they encountered. After the installation was complete, Chris took the time to explain all I needed to know as to self testing times, recommended service intervals, and helping me set up the monitoring app on my phone.
