Our initial issue was a slow-running bathtub drain. Our home was built in 1967, so we first needed to have the drum trap replaced. Our next issue was a potential drain line break under our cement floor. After the staff began working on the underground issue they found that there was another issue causing our problem. We were EXTREMELY pleased with how quickly ACTION responded to our problem. An in-home assessment was made and shortly after the meeting technicians arrived. Every step of the project was clearly, politely communicated to us. We are extremely pleased with every aspect working with ACTION PLUMBING & HEATING. Thank you for your expertise!!

Within two hours, Matt from Action Plumbing fixed a leaky faucet hose, secured the garbage disposal, identified a cracked toilet tank that was about to fail, and carried out general preventative maintenance. Later, he installed the new tank within 20 minutes. He was very polite and friendly.The phone support personnel are also competent and helpful. We were overbilled on our second install, and the extra charges were dropped no-questions-asked after a simple phone call.
