Walk-in-tub install was second project done for me by 1st Class Plumbing. Paul and his crew went above and beyond to get my project done in detail. Paul installed a new water heater to accommodate the new tub. I knew from the outset I would not have to worry about the quality of the plumbing for this vital project. Connie at the office is part of this elating experience. 1st Class all the way.

Super impressed with this company! They were able to quickly fit me in for an appointment within a day of calling. Tyler showed up and completed a faucet install and drain hookup. Knowledgeable and friendly and one of the best plumbing experiences I’ve had since living in Rochester!

So happy with 1st class plumbing - Paul and Austin did a great job! They came to install a sprinkler supply line and they were friendly and happy to route it whenever I thought would look the best in the garage. They even dropped $100 off the price since I was able to help them find a more efficient way to route the plumbing and save them materials. I’ll happily call them for my future plumbing needs! Prices were extremely fair!

I wont be going anywhere else for a plumber or plumbing company. I needed help repairing two toilets and a garbage disposal in my home and this company sent out Tyler for my appt. He was professional, understanding and gave me the best advice on what to repair vs. what to replace. And how to move forward from there, like yes buy a new toilet, well install it. Thatll save you money. Ill be recommending this company and their tech Tyler anyone/everyone who asks :)

Evan did a great job! I had to make a last minute appointment. Called at the end of the day on a Wednesday and they were able to get someone to our house at 8am the next day. All other plumbers were out 2 weeks! We had Evan install a new kitchen faucet, reverse osmosis system and garbage disposal, he also reinstalled 3 bathroom faucets!Thanks for the fast and great service!

Paul and all the technicians are friendly and professional. Unfortunately, Connie in the office is neither of these things. We had a billing issue and when my wife called to talk about it Connie was confrontational and rude. The work done was excellent and we still like them, but dang this experience was off-putting.

They quoted a fair price for our bathroom rough-in for our basement, and they delivered high quality customer service throughout the whole planning and installation process. They patiently answering all my questions and worked with me directly since we didnt have a contractor. Would highly recommend! We will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Install was impeccable and cleaning up after , you would never had known they were there. Have used 1st class plumbing for almost 30 years and will continue, top notch!

1st Class came at short notice and helped with a broken water pipe in the basement. They apparently knew how to turn off the water from the street when another RochesterMN plumbing company told me they couldnt. They also installed some stuff for me like toilet, faucet, and dishwasher, suggested some places for me to try to get dishwasher when big box stores here didnt have good selection/prices. They also came a few months after installing a new dishwasher and cleared a drainage problem for me without charging. The guys are always friendly, willing to explain, and more or less on time. I will only use them now.
