    Thermo Direct was great and professional. Let me know everything that was going on as they were doing the installation. Made sure everything was working correctly. There was an issue with the fuse during installation, but they made sure to come out the next morning to fix it. They were really great especially the 2 install guys.

    Thermo Direct provided me with excellent service. Of course, I would discover a leak in the ceiling right before Christmas! Quan came out on Christmas Eve to make the repairs. He was very professional and advised me of what he was doing throughout the process. He even gave me some tips on overall plumbing maintenance considering my house is 20+ years old.I highly recommend Thermo Direct for your plumbing needs.

    I contacted Thermo Direct via Angi, to suck crud out of my bathroom sink pipes. It wasn’t an emergency, but they got me in the very same day. Steve showed up on the early side of the four-hour window, and all was well in less than an hour. Pleasant, professional crew. Overall, an excellent experience!

    From the moment I received message from Angi they were amazing. Hiring a plumber is always scary I felt like I was going to lose my mind. Once the technician arrived he explained everything to me, then fixed the problem while in the pouring rain. When he finished he showed me a break down of the quote for repair and was even able to quote me a few other plumbing issues I had in my “ house fixer up list.” Thermo Direct, Inc are not only friendly professional and on time, they are reasonably priced and completely thorough. Don’t go days trying to fix it yourself call these wonderful folks.

    In November of 2024 I had Royal Electric replace aged electric panels .From start to finish they did an excellent job.They were on time . They keep me informed .They worked as an efficient team .     Christian was the Thermo Direct tech that performed the diagnostic on my furnace. He eagerly explained what he was going to do and went straight to work doing just! When he found the problem he explained and showed me what had happened. I really felt that he was not trying to push a new unit on me like some other techs from two other companies did. I felt I could trust his expertise and was so pleased with all that he did!! Christian is an excellent addition to Thermo Direct!!     My Thermo Direct Tech was very professional and very detailed about his job. He called me ahead of time to let me know that he was on the way. He checked my standby Generac generator from top to bottom and he assured me that the generator was doing what it needed to do. He said the only thing I need to do was to get a new battery even though my battery was still showing good. He said that Generac recommends changing your battery every two years and my battery is three years old. He also emailed me his written notes for my generator. He didnt make up things to enlargethe bill. The bill was what they originally discussed with me. Great job!!!! Thanks.

    Home we just purchased has 3 HVAC systems all over 15 years old. Brian from ThermoTech came out and did a very thorough assessment to help my prioritize my replacement strategy. Very knowledgeable; showed me pictures and videos (including of the expired rodents he removed from the outdoor A/C units!) and didn’t try to oversell me on any unnecessary maintenance or replacements. I’m still shopping bids for the work, but if ThermoTech is competitive, I’ll go with them because of Brian Kelly.

    ON 8/14/2024 we had the ductwork for our HVAC system installed at our home by the professionals at Thermo Direct, and we couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Zach, Israel and their other partner technician were exemplary. From start to finish, the team paid very much attention to all details to ensure the installation was perfect. They were respectful of our home, leaving everything clean and tidy after the installation. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. The new ductwork has significantly improved the airflow throughout our home, making it much more comfortable. The installation was seamless, and the crew left everything clean and tidy.     The initial connection with their office was a bit rough but once I had the techs out here I was very happy with the service. I have to give Tom (the lead tech who worked on my project) a shout out as he was amazing in his customer service. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and explained everything to us in a very professional way. He took pictures of the problem and showed us exactly what the problem was. They ordered the part right away and Rome came out right away and worked extremely hard until the problem was solved. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the service he provided. The price was fair and the customer service at the headquarters was excellent too.     I recently had an AC Unit and a furnace replaced at my home and hired Thermo Direct, Inc. to do the installation. The person who initially met with me now Michael was very informative and presented an offer that met the competitors that I had spoken with. So the unit was installed by Austin and Zack who both did a tremendous job. Well, the inspector came out to inspect the work from Wake County and while doing the inspection he smelled gas and told me to contact Thermo Direct and he contacted them as well. Within an hour Thermo Direct was back out here with one of the managers Tom and his Supervisor. They found the area of concern with the gas smell. That area had nothing to do with what they had installed but they fixed the problem immediately at no charge and if that does not speak to going above and beyond the call of duty, I dont know what does. I highly recommend this company and if you want a thorough job done with professionalism and first-class give Thermo Direct, Inc.: HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical a call and you will be very pleased and glad you did!!

    I have been dealing with Thermo Direct for years and will not use anybody else. I transferred the maintenance service to my brand new home, then had them check for installation issues. They found some, itemized problems in an email to me, so I could document the problem with the warranty division of my homebuilder. Their document was so meticulously described and all issues they pointed out were handled by the warranty.Today they assessed a plumbing issue along with routine maintenance keeping me informed the entire time. Also sending me for a water filtering system.I love this organization, and the knowledgeable technicians they send to my house.EXCELLENT INTERACTIVE TECHNICIANS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!

    As always the gals that answer the phones are friendly, respectful and polite! The guys that service my HVAC are honest, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, reliable, responsive and take their time in ensuring me that I’m well informed of the service they have provided as well as keep me informed of the health of my HVAC. They don’t push customers to get something they don’t need but rather suggest and make sure you understand the importance of the service or equipment so you as their client make the right decision for your home.This time I used Thermo Direct’s Plumbing service. Steve was able to diagnosed my water pressure problems within minutes! He asked me to show him the water shut-off was for the house. Just by looking at the PRV valve or valve that regulates the water pressure, he could already tell that the pressure was set way too high and was never properly adjusted by the original plumbers who installed it! I’ve have plumbers come to try to diagnose it and try to temporarily fix the problem! Steve and Mike knew right away! And couldn’t afford such an expensive fix right then but we were able to work out something so they could put me on the schedule right away. For a reasonable price, they came back to replace the valve adjust it correctly to the right pressure! My water faucet in all my sinks now has regular water flow and my toilets are flushing with no foghorn sound or sound like they’re about to blow up! I’ve had this problem for 10 years! These guys diagnosed it in 10 minutes and fixed it in an hour! That’s experience talking!Thanks Thermo Direct for taking care of my home!

    From beginning to end of this process, Thermo Direct was outstanding! I had 2 other estimates done. My first choice, based on Nextdoor reviews, Arctic Air showed up smoking a cigarette. Continued to smoke while looking at my HVAC. Very unprofessional. Never received my estimate. Said their email was having issues at the time. Its been a month now and Ive never heard back. 2nd company had a great salesman and prices but, they were referred to me from Angis list and when I checked their reviews, they were terrrible. So, I called Thermo Direct. Eddie Blanchard was very informative and thorough. He made sure to follow up via calls and texts and was always available if I had any questions. In fact, I almost didnt use Thermo Direct as Id found reviews for ThermoAC and they were awful reviews. When I told Eddie this, he pointed out their 4.7 star rating. I soon realized that I had clicked on the wrong name. But, I still didnt have 3 comparison quotes. Roto Rooter cancelled the first appointment AFTER they were supposed to be there and no showed the 2nd time. I called Modern Mechanical, due to excellent ratings. I was told I needed a larger system and that they would have to cut a 10x12 return in my floor. After some research, I realized I did not need a 2.5 ton system. I opted to go with Thermo Direct. Austin and his team arrived on time, were well-spoken, clean-cut and installed new system, new lines, some ductwork and the thermostat. It was all up and running within about 5 hours. I am very pleased with my experience and HIGHLY recommend.

    I am pleased with Christians visit today. He provided excellent service in diagnosing my issue. Unfortunately, I am very displeased with Thermo Direct as a whole. From day one its been terrible. The entire unit had to be replaced soon after installing a new one. Not long after that, I had to pay $1500 for repairs on the nearly new system. Now the reason for this visit today is that it keeps icing up. Cost to repair and by new refrigerant $971.00. Im so very disappointed with this company. The staff is fine but the equipment and units are horrible.

    Thermo Direct installed a new HVAC system and encapsulated my crawl space almost two years ago. Now they are providing routine maintenance and, while their monthly fee and service fees are on the high side they seem to know what they are doing. The system works well and they cleaned it up for me. A different one of their technicians installed a bathroom vanity light, which left a fair amount of dust, but the light works beautifully!Had to have the air conditioning repaired when it went out. They fixed it, but couldn’t find the cause of the problem.Latest service on 7/10/2023 was provided by Brian, who taught me more about how my HVAC system works. He seems very knowledgeable and professional.Maurice provided today’s service for my air conditioning system. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me new information and recommended additional equipment, a UV light, that seems costly, but he was not pushy about selling it to me. All in all a satisfactory service, 06/11/2024..

    Been using Thermo Direct for a few years now, they always have top flight techs show up and do thorough work, the latest was a furnace check by their tech Luis. Not only a pleasant man but very thorough in what he did along with information he provided.Ive had Thermo Direct do PMs on my systems and were the most thorough of any company Ive used, with pictures of the work along with readings from their test gear. They encapsulated my crawl space a few years ago and it was done exactly as the quote stated, ductwork they replaced 4 years ago also was done well. I highly recommend this HVAC company.

    Thermo direct did an outstanding job installing our mini split. From Eddie, who gave us a quick quote and led us all the way through the loan process and to his final on site review.     I had an emergency electrical problem today. id did not have a previous experience with Thermo Direct. This company was very quick to respond with two very sharp and professional Technicians. Markell and Gage were excellent with their knowledge and their skills to solve a difficult problem and in a timely manner. Everything was explained well and completed very quickly.     Thermo direct was the most responsive to our situation out of three other companies, and was able to replace our entire hvac unit within 4 days. David, our salesman, was very helpful without being pushy, and honest about pricing and quality of equipment. Their pricing is definitely considered high middle range, but I would consider it worth it based on the timeline of installation, customer service provided, and the great warranties included.
