I would absolutely recommend Hugo and Electric All Pro! When my house breaker kept tripping, Hugo spoke to me over the phone and helped me try to troubleshoot the issue for free. He looked at photos and videos I sent him, and spoke with me many times about trying to fix the issue. I appreciated his efforts (again for free!) to try and fix my issue without making an unnecessary costly repair. When none of the tips worked, he came out the next morning and replaced the breaker. He was incredibly transparent about his pricing, which I appreciated given my experience with the bigger companies. He also took the time to explain everything to me, which I also feel is lacking with the bigger companies. I will absolutely call Hugo whenever I have another electrical issue and have already recommended him to my family and friends!!

I had asked Hugo to install a car charger (NEMA 14-50) in 2017. He did an excellent job with great care and very promptly. Due to the excellent work, Ive referred him multiple times to others. And then recently asked him to install another charger outlet. It was a much bigger job (see pics) and he took great care and time to complete the work. He was at the site until 10pm completing it and was very attentive to his quality of work. If you have any electrical issue, I have great trust in him and would hire him without hesitation, especially the complicated ones!

If you are like us and have tried the rest, now is the time to hire the best! Hugo was so personable, professional, knowledgeable, capable and did a wonderful job hanging two ceiling fans and one entryway light. All were on cathedral ceilings from 16-20 high, with one on a 45 degree pitch. His communication was top-notch, his work excellent and his pricing fair and reasonable. He was so honest, too, in giving input to us as the job progressed. He is definitely our new electrician (we are having him back the coming week to install a whole house surge protection system). We would highly recommend him and found him by checking reviews online. There is a reason that he has so many 5-Star reviews!

This was a great experience! I called on a Sunday after troubleshooting an electrical issue with an outside electrical box I unseccessfully replaced. Electric All Pro was very honest and straightforward and took the time to help troubleshoot the issue over the phone. They could have easily just sent someone out to my house and taken my money... however, within 20 minutes they have resolved my issue. I had a very minor problem that I could not diagnosed after a little goose chase. I reached out to Electric All Pro, and though they missed the call, he called me right back. I mentioned my issue and asked if I could have him and come out and give me an estimate for repair. The gentleman offered to help over the phone and asked several questions to help me diagnose the situation and my issue was resolved within a few minutes... OVER THE PHONE! Knowledgeable and professional. The questions and instructions were explained well and simple enough for someone with no eletrical background to understand and follow. Saved me money and frustration. In an emergency situation (fallen tree pulled the meter box off the house) he arrived very fast, and hand-held me through the whole process of getting the power back on. I have worked with many different trade and electrical partners in the Raleigh area at my personal residence and rental properties. Hugo and Electrical All Pro are absolutely one of the best!Hugo and team worked tirelessly and for a fair price to get our power restored after 11 days without. We had a complicated situation where 3 condo homeowners were all without power and no repair could be made unless we all agreed to replace the meter bank that supported all 3 properties. Hugo originally came after hours on a Sunday to investigate the situation. He was prompt and knowledgeable. However, in talking with the other homeowners, we decided to have the HOAs regular maintenance/repair company (and electrician subcontractor) do the work as they knew the property well and theoretically should have been very efficient - plus the HOA could coordinate all the work. However, the HOAs regular maintenance/repair company (and electrician subcontractor) quote took 4 days to get us a quote and it came back very high. We immediately reached back out to Hugo to do an estimate and he pulled it together between 8pm and 10am the next day calling national suppliers to locate a part that had escaped the other electrician and then getting it rushed in over the July 4th holiday. He started work the next day and worked until 830pm to accomplish the job, even meeting the city inspector at 745pm. Hugo genuinely cared that we were without power, and he did everything he could to help us restore power quickly. He did not take advantage of the situation financially and offered a lot of value for high quality work. In addition to all of this, I also have to mention that Hugo kindly let us borrow his fuel powered generator to power our condo enough to run a fan and dehumidifier to try and avoid mold - for no fee, just to be helpful. I mean WOW! And he let us borrow it from the very start before we even agreed to do work with him 5 days later!I would absolutely recommend Hugo and Electrical All Pro and am already lining up them up with future work for us! Hugo has also earned future business with the HOAs regular maintenance/repair company who was very impressed with his work.

Hugo came out to install a ring doorbell for me. He was able to make it out the day after I called. I did not have a doorbell previously so he had to run the wire to where we planned on mounting the ring doorbell. Going into it we expected to have to cut some wall open which would have required me to repaint the whole room. Hugo spent an extra hour at my house running a wire without me asking just to avoid cutting the wall open. He was able to make it work which saved me time and money since I did not have to patch a hole or repaint. I would definitely use again!Great service! Would highly recommend!

Hugo is amazing. Simply the very best.It was Labor Day weekend and all the other electricians in the area shut the phones off. My friend lives in a neighborhood that had a huge lightning storm and his house was the only one struck by lightning. It blew out a lot of there electricity as well as almost started a fire. The insurance companies were saying that they wouldnt be able to see them until Tuesday. This was a Friday. Theres no way a family of four could wait the entire weekend to try to find housing because insurance agents and electricians were on vacation.Hugo to the rescue. We called him because I found an obscure number through Google and let him know the situation my friends were in. We were scrambling to try to find someone, anyone, who could help. Hugo picked up and said he would take care of it and comforted us by saying hell take care of their safety first because thats what mattered, and that he would square up the finances later. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. My friends later told me how this was more than generous with dues for services.If you ever need anything, even a light bulb changed, call this man. The electrician was very professional in his work. He made us understand everything he did to make us agree at his work. He was very friendly. He seemed to have the proper knowledge of his work. This is the second time we used Electric All Pro to do some work for us.It was night – 2 AM – and I was downstairs watching TV. I started hearing a strange sound. At first, I had no idea what it was. Then, it happened again, and again. I went to investigate and discovered it was the smoke detectors low battery notification! Of course, it was in the babys room, who was starting to stir from the more frequent chirps. One would think that itd be a simple change of a battery but the ceilings are vaulted and 14ft high! With no ladder in sight I had to wait until tomorrow - So I moved the baby downstairs and we camped out on the couch together until mother could relieve us at around 3:45 AM.The next day, we went and bought a 22ft ladder. This was high enough to reach the detector. After swapping the battery out, the beeping was still present which indicated the unit was dead (it was very old). This was at 5 PM. It was then, I knew we were in trouble! Who would come out at 5 PM to install a new detector? Not your typical electrician!I remembered Hugo from when we had our ceiling fans installed. He was so amazing. I quickly called him and explained the situation to him. Hugo said hed be right out (it was actually an hour drive from where he was!). Sure enough, he showed up an hour later and installed the new unit in 5 minutes. Hugo really saved us and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who wishes to have high quality work done and for someone who actually cares about your well being! He is kind and wants to do the best job he possibly can! We plan to have Hugo switch out our other detectors in the near future and some outside light fixtures. I am sincerely looking forward to this.

I contacted Electric All Pro about an issue with my breaker box. I selected them because I saw they had great reviews and I can see why. They didnt have any availability the same day but when I said it was urgent they made a priority to fit me in the day I called. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. When I showed him the problem he was able to diagnose it immediately and it was not a malfunction with the equipment but user error, and he said he didnt have to charge me since he didnt have to do anything. I will definitely use them again when I have an electrical problem in the future.

We’ll let me tell you something folks, if you want an electrician ELECTRIC ALL PRO is your best choice. I had 3 outlets in my kitchen that have not been working for over 2 months now, thanks to my blender that spilled my shake over one of the and all stopped working. I have been contacting the last electrician that work on my work a couple years ago the guy has been not responding to my calls and text. A whole month went by the dude never calls me. Today I called ELECTRICAL ALL PRO, can you guess what this professional did? We’ll let me tell you, he flat out told me let’s see if I can save you some money. He asked me to go to the kitchen to troubleshoot, find one of the outlet that had a prong with a red light and reset it. Boom like magic 3 months of suffering just gone in the wind. I thought my wife was going to divorce me if I didn’t get these things working cause I’m the corporate.I was ready to pay my other guy or anyone to come and fix it. But ELECTRICAL ALL PRO new that too based on how desperate I sounded on the phone. He could have easily stop by my house to make a quick buck just like the plumber who came here to reset my garbage disposal in less that 2 seconds and didn’t care I had to pay him his service fees.ELECTRICAL ALL PRO has integrity, good morals and honesty.
