I recently hired Right Electrical to install a level 2 EV Charger for my home. Weve been interested in getting this done for some time and wanted to take advantage of Duke Energys customer credit they offered for having this work done.After exploring options and pricing with Jason we proceeded and are very pleased with their work. Our job required them to get a permit so we apply for reimbursement from Duke. This was no issue for them and they did their part in that.Scheduling was easy and their electrician, Jerry, arrived on time and completed the job as expected. He coordinated with my wife as she works from home so as not to interrupt her. And he was able to quickly adjust/correct a slight discrepancy between the plan and his work. (We wanted the charger hardwired, not connected with a plug and receptacle.)After the fact I needed them to add a little more detail to their invoice (per Dukes requirements) and they happily rewrote to meet the needs. I am very happy with their work and will definitely call them again if I have further electrical needs!

I don’t usually write Google reviews unless I feel either completely disappointed or very satisfied with a company. I can’t say enough good things about Right Electric! I hired them to install electrical outlets in my pantry, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the quoting process to scheduling and the installation itself, everything was seamless. Jason, who provided the quote, and Jerry, who handled the installation, were both wonderful to work with. They were professional and genuinely wanted to ensure that I was happy and that everything met my expectations. I would definitely recommend Right for any electrical project, and I plan to use them again in the future.

Starting with whoever called me from the office to the owner, Jason, with his swift responses, diligently communicating with me I felt like I was his only customer by not being rushed or made to wait He was quick in offering me an appointment that tailored perfectly to my schedule and reminded me to book it when he had seen I didnt yet I was so grateful for that because I did get sidetracked with other things They were so reasonably priced I couldnt believe some of the quotes I was getting out there but this company was hands down the most affordable AND with quality work to boot They were extremely knowledgeable and didnt try to sell me Services I did not need yet I was very impressed!! Office staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous!I called Raleigh Electrical Services in a panic because my dryer and kitchen lights were not working. He had to do a little more than expected but figured out a way to make our new bathroom vent fan fit correctly and nicely in the old spot. He communicated what he was doing, was very friendly throughout and was even kind enough to find a new wall plate that worked with the new size receptacle. Took his time to do it right and went above and beyond providing the new plate. I had an issue with blinking vanity lights after a bathroom remodel. Right Electrical Services was highly recommended, so I hired them to investigate the problem. They sent Carlos out to my house. He is a very experienced electrician. He was methodical and conducted a complete inspection of all the electrical work that was done as part of my bathroom remodel. He was extremely thorough and identified several problems with the electrical work and he fixed all of them. Carlos is a very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous young man. When I called Right Electrical I was disconnected but they called me back immediately. They had someone at my home within the hour. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and got to the odd cause of the outage and repaired it. I need various electrical work done and now have my go-to company in Right Electric.

Rudy Montoya and Alejandro Mejia Garcia at Right Electrical provided outstanding, friendly service. Rudy came to my home to give me a quote for installing several outlets, some on dedicated circuits, and for bonding our gas line to the electrical ground. He spent a good deal of time discussing details and possibilities and answering all my questions (and I ask a lot!). He asked me please to contact him if I had any issues with the quote and he would work with me. I got another quote from a company recommended to me; they would not come out without a fee, but quoted based on a detailed description of the work I sent them. Rudys quote was considerably higher, so I called him as requested and he was able to bring it down to just a little above the other quote. Because he had come out, seen the details for himself and discussed them with me, and Right Electrical guarantees their quotes and the work done, I thought it was worth paying the slightly higher price, and I engaged them.Rudy and Alejandro spent the better part of a day doing the work together. It was clearly a high-quality job done by two experts; both of them came up with ideas and explanations that were helpful to me. As an example of the quality, the outlets they installed in the garage were flush-mounted, rather than surface-mounted junction boxes with conduit showing, so they look better and more like they were part of the house from the start. They discussed any issues that arose, giving me choices, and again invited me to ask questions and answered them all. At the end, Rudy gave me a tour, plugging his tester into each outlet and demonstrating that/how the GFCI worked for each one.It was all a very pleasant experience, and I have confidence that I have a top-quality installation that wont give me trouble down the road. I left a message with them and they quickly called me back and set up an appointment. The technician, Adam, reached out to me and let me know exactly when he would arrive. Super personable and knowledgeable, we discussed options and before he left I had a quote in hand.On the day of the service, he arrived promptly and worked quickly and diligently despite the constant interruptions from the dog and family. He also inspected a scary space under our front stoop (that we dubbed the kill room) that even our contractor wouldnt dare go near. He was able to assure us there were no dead bodies or other things residing behind the creepy wood mini door.Right Electrical took care of the permits and set up the inspection which happened the very next day.Sadly we said goodbye to Adams smiling fact, but now we have a basement and deck that we can thoroughly enjoy (with no dead bodies). I purchased a lighted vanity mirror for my wife and I had Right Electric install this mirror. They had to wire an outlet to the middle of the wall behind the mirror so the mirror could plug into it. Jason also made some recommendations about adding the switch and also another wall outlet as part of the installation which we agreed would be a good feature. I moved into my home two years ago and had two motion sensing flood lights that were not working. I only got around to addressing this issue now.My assumption was that the bulbs had fused or the floodlights had gone bad, but I realized that there was no power going to the floodlights at all when I attempted to replace them with security cameras. I tried interrogating my breaker box and GFCIs throughout my home to no avail.I then called Right Electric and even they initially struggled to find a solution, but were persistent in helping me.Right Electric had to figure out the illogical way the electrical layout of my home was done, but ultimately figured out a simple solution. They were professional, kind and made sure I was a happy customer. I dont think I could have had better service with another company and will definitely look to Right Electric again in helping me with future needs for my home. The technicians were amazing. They showed up on time, were polite and very professional. The services they performed were of much higher quality than other comparable services from other companies I’ve seen and honestly much cheaper.The technicians also went above and beyond what was expected. They minimized dry wall damage, by making the smallest of cuts, and replaced the removed drywall when complete. The only thing that needs to be done to completely repair the wall is to tape and mud the small seams. Other services make much larger holes and do not replace the drywall.This company (and hopefully these technicians) will definitely be used for any future electrical projects/issues.

Last night my main beaker went out and I couldnt get it back on.
