    First time consumer ... This company provides world class services, from start to finish. Good website, communication available via telephone, email, text. Appointment scheduled, technician assigned, communication throughout greatly appreciated as I dont live in Raleigh. Eddie provided excellent customer service, was thorough, attentive and responsive, respectful. Thank you Eddie, the floodlights are perfect provided much needed lighting in the backyard.     Carlos and his assistant did an incredible job with hooking up a new outlet and installing it for our gas stove. They were so fast and efficient that we actually had them do more work on the spot and replaced some out outlets around the house that needed updating. They even confirmed 2 of our outlets were reversed and addressed that as well. They were professional, efficient, and personable. Whether it was answering our questions about the work or just having great chats about movies and cats, the entire experience was 5 stars!

    Great service! Had a quote done first, then had the work completed! Rudy and Alejandro showed up on time, both men were professional and polite.     I am so very pleased with the work that Rudy at Royal Electric has done for me. I had a 16x24 studio built in my backyard and from the moment I hired Rudy, I knew I was dealing with someone professional and trustworthy. He is very polite, has great customer service, always let me know what time he would be there and communicated when he was on the way. He is very detailed, organized and reliable. He also recommended several things for me to do in my studio that would make it look really nice. Royal Electric recommended that I keep my high ceilings, get a touch screen mirror with lights, add recess lighting and also add a large fan. I took all of his advice and the space looks so nice. The invoice system he uses for his quotes, invoices and payments is state of the art. He provided a link that I could refer back to for a breakdown of the cost, materials, labor and even pictures. I have reached out to him several times to add things and also do some things at my house. He has always maintained the same attitude no matter what the job is. I highly recommend this company. You will be happy you did. Worth every penny!

    Great guys, hooked up 240v for tesla charging. Went from getting 2 miles an hour to 17 miles an hour. 66% cheaper than supercharging.

    Royal Electric was so professional and responsive! They were able to come to my house within the week to give me a quote. I had a few other companies come out and give me an estimate and Royal Electric was by far the fairest.Our house was made without outdoor flood lights. So I needed flood lights and cameras installed and hardwired on all 4 corners of the 2-story house. I also needed 2 extra outlets installed inside the house. It was an all day project and the guys worked diligently.They were patient and answered all of my questions. They were so nice, professional, and helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing electrical work!

    As maintenance manager with a large manufacturer I have overseen some really good electricians . Where I lack the skills I know what good work looks like . I watched the electricians from Royal Electric every step of the way ( they probably wished I would go away ) . They did a great job . I recommend them heartily. I have other projects that will require electrical work and I will look no further than Royal Electric.Note to Royal Electric: Alejandro is a great asset . Your people worked as a team and functioned efficiently. ( I also worked as an industrial engineer. I was mentally critiquing them as they performed . )

    We called on Friday about getting someone to come out to install a 40 amp breaker and receptacle for a new electric range.     The team at Royal Electric went above and beyond helping us isolate the cause of an electrical fire in our house, and walked us through every step of the repair, helping with our insurance claim, as well as how to engage appliance repair and other associated issues. They were very thorough checking other areas of the house to ensure the issues did not extend further. They were timely in response and great communicators. I cannot recommend them enough. You won’t be sorry you called!

    I called several electricians, and Royal was the first one to have a person answer the phone instead of a voice recording or an AI assistant. They were able to come out just an hour or so after I called. The two electricians who worked on my wiring issue were very professional and seemed like nice guys too. Very reasonable price for the work they did, and they really helped me out by responding so quickly.

    Edit 1/10/24Never cease to amaze me how professional Rudy and Alejandro are. Had some more electrical work done to my house. We were making an addition to my house and I needed recessed lighting done. These guys were on time and the lights looked amazing! I cannot recommend them more!Hands down the best electrical service in NC, installed some light fixtures for me and did some wiring repair. They came out perfect!     My power went out on a Sunday, I called several Electric companies that said on Google they were 24/7 4 said nothing available for Sunday 1 said $299 just to come out 1 said $229 just to come out $69 for diagnosis then whatever the repair cost.. I was waiting for a call back from the $299 and Royal Electric called back from my missed call. Rudy asked what the problem was and had me go thru some troubleshooting and low and behold I have power!!! He was great and did not charge me anything, I was without power for over 4 hours. I am definitely having them come out at their earliest convenience!! You dont find companies like this anymore where your needs are a priority.
