Mr. Electric of Chapel Hill helped us in many ways, including suggesting a lighting store. There are so many light fixtures available, especially online. Our discussion with a lighting expert ending in our being very pleased.Mr. Electrics electrician came to our home, provided a free estimate, and provided very fast service. Their team was skilled, smart, friendly, helpful, efficient and went above and beyond. They recycled boxes, removed old light fixtures, helped us select the height of our new pendant lights.We highly recommend this company for electrical needs.

So glad that I was able to hire Mr. Electric of Cary. I was presented with a few options and went with my gut feeling. Bobbie came out for the estimate and was attentive when I explained my overall future plans. He offered suggestions to think about and present a few estimates. Bobbie gave me a few days and checked in with me to know if I had questions or concerns. He followed up which I appreciated. Never felt pressured on anything.Office staff was friendly and helpful. Got it scheduled and I have no complaints.Have a phase 2 of the overall project and I am excited to see this through.Very friendly and reasonable rates.Bobbie and his assistant was always professional, courteous, and treated the house with care.

My attic fan was repaired 2 hours after I called. Amazing! I guess today was my lucky day!I found Mr. Electric on Google searching for Cary Attic Fan Repair.Bobbie was amazing! He came to diagnose, tweaked my thermostat, now, all is well. My Fan is humming again.Also, thank you for sharing your watermelon secrets! 😁I am a fan!Errata: Bobbie came 2 hours after I called because he was finishing an appointment nearby.Another company gave me an appointment 2 weeks out for a diagnosis.

I saw positive reviews for Mr. Electric of Cary and Im here to add another positive review. I needed my outside lights replaced with the identical fixtures as I live in a condo association. Tom took the time to remove one of the fixtures to provide the Serial Number to me so I can order new fixtures. He and his associate came back to my house, replaced both fixtures with the new ones and even took away all of the boxes/wrappings. They were right on time, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. Highly recommended and will call them again for any electric needs that we have.

We needed an outlet moved in order to install a new double wall oven. The electrician, Bobbie Jones, recognized that additional voltage was needed for the new oven in order to prevent it from shorting out (any time both ovens were on). He also updated some switches on our panel, which is original to our 1968 home. He was very professional, prompt, and explained everything.

Got 110v socket installed for my Microwave. I only had 220. Mr Electric Of Cary was extremely professional and Tony came on time, understood the work in no time and finished everything in less than an hour. I was worried about how difficult it would be to get this done and it was done in no time. Thank you Tony & Awesome job! I was also given all details of mr Tony before he arrived and I knew what to expect.

We were able to get an appt faster than we expected (same day!) - we got an automated notification in advance of the electrician on his way, which was followed up by the electrician calling us as well! Dewayne quickly assessed the problem and fixed it onsite with no issue. He was very thorough and described exactly what had occurred and how he would fix it. Great working with them!

They both went above and beyond in not only making the repair, but also in explaining in detail the root cause of the issue (a leak in the roof).
