Chatham Electric came highly recommended, and my experience with them this morning was excellent!!I placed a work order on Wednesday and with fabulous communication skills and team coordination they scheduled with tenant for Friday!When I came by the property to touch base Kyle was extremely helpful giving me an update in layman’s terms of what they’d found and what he had planned. He went above and beyond to trouble shoot the problem as well as fix items others had overlooked.I would call them for work at my own home, I will definitely use them again as a property manager!

Chatham Electric came out to my small healing arts studio to trouble shoot a problem that other electricians were unwilling to look at. Joel and his team found the problem and fixed it in no time and did so in a professional and friendly manner. Their rates are reasonable. I highly recommend Chatham Electric for all your electrical needs.
