We used All Connected based on a glowing recommendation from a neighbor. We needed a charging station installed in our garage for our new EV. Setting up an appointment was really easy with Brandi, who actually answers the phone! We had called two other electricians previously and left messages. They never called back. Nathan came out first to evaluate our needs. We were unsure exactly what we needed, and Nathan patiently answered all our questions and helped us determine what was best for us. We set up a followup appointment and Nathan returned to complete an installation. It went smoothly and all is working perfectly. Job well done, plus we really enjoyed meeting Nathan. Think the company will be a great resource for our other electrical needs.

Best electrician around! Called All Connected Electric because I was tired of my house being a dark dungeon. Nathan responded to me quickly, got me on his schedule in just a few days, and answered all of my questions. When Nathan came to do the work, he listened to what I wanted and then gave me guidance on how certain light patterns would look in my home. The installation was fast and flawless! While he was here I asked him to add two more outlets in the garage for a refrigerator and future expansion. Once again, 5 star experience! UPDATE to an earlier review I posted last year:We hired All Connected Electric again, this time to replace our 65+ year old electrical panel and wiring. ACE was organized about collaborating with Duke Energy for turnoff/turn on and the City of Raleigh for inspections, and they worked quickly and efficiently from dawn to dusk to get it done.See the 2 BEFORE pics (dangerous tangle of haphazard wirings) and the 2 AFTER (tidy, logical, and clearly labeled) pics.If youre looking for a knowledgeable, creative-problem-solving electrician who can explain why things arent working properly and what we can do about it--without upselling!--get up with All Connected Electric. Nathan and Brandi do a great job communicating, scheduling, getting the work done promptly and correctly, and are so NICE about it. Yall need to connect with All Connected!

I cannot say enough good things about Nathan. Can I give 10 stars instead of the Google 5? I put in a request, he responded within a couple of hours, was here the next day on time, gave me an amazing estimate and had my new EV charger installed in no time. We are on a concrete slab and the main power is on the opposite side. Nathan took one look, proposed a solution that would hide the cables and keep them weather and animal protected. If you want quality work, a dependable electrician, a detailed oriented person, give him a call!!

They had great ideas to come up with new lighting solutions. They revamped our garage lighting, and wired several walls for TVs. And much more. Everything was done perfectly, and they took all trash, old fixtures, and mess with them. They are definitely perfectionists, which I appreciate. Had intermittent flickering power in the house. Had a couple of electricians look at the problem, but their fixes didn’t fix the problem. Duke Power came to check their lines to the house. They fixed the neighbor problems, but it did fix out. One of the utility guys recommended Nathan.Nathan came right away isolated the problem to the outside panel. He came back in the pouring rain and replaced the incoming power panel! All is fixed now and her survived for your job.

Punctual, well dressed, well spoken, extremely knowledgeable and fixed a problem we have had for 4 years in our current home. We couldn’t get power to some outlets in our kitchen and we have had 2 other companies over the time repair it and no one figured out the issues.Nathan came in and fixed a problem that has been lurking for years. There is a reason why you hire a master electrician… now I understand the differences. While we had them there we upgraded our panel and upgraded some light fixtures. I had concerns about some of the original electrical work in my 1980s home. There were several issues that I needed an opinion on and some that required resolution. Nathan and his team were quick to schedule. They were professional, kind, neat, and clean. They evaluated and repaired everything that concerned me. The spent a few hours at my home and were able to complete the repairs in a single day. As promised, they had placed me on a call list in case their schedule opened up. As a result, they were able to come earlier than originally planned. Overall, his team seemed very knowledgeable. However, perhaps most importantly, they treated my money like they would treat theirs. If they didnt think something was worth spending time and money on, they let me know. A lot of vendors would have embellished the situation to make it seem more catastrophic than it was, so that they could collect more money. This was not the case with this business. With regard pricing, the consulted me at every step so that I would know the extent of the work and how much each item would cost prior to proceeding. With regard to value, everyones budget is different, so what seems reasonable to one person may not seem reasonable to another or be within their budget.Thus, I cant say whether or not others will or wont find their pricing reasonable. This is why it was so important that they quoted the work to me prior to performing it. That way there were no surprises for anyone. Given these caveats when it comes to making statements about value, I strongly believe that you often get what you pay for. That being said, these folks were worth every penny I paid them. I also felt good giving my business to a local business owner, rather than a large company with multiple franchises. You can tell that All Connected Electric really cares about their craft and using their expertise to assist people. I will definitely be calling them when I have to run new electrical for the addition I am putting on my home.
