Weve had to use Zoom Drain a few times now and every experience has been incredible. Mark and Ryan are great humans who do really good work. Ive recommended them repeatedly to my neighbors who have needed help and will continue to do so.

May or may not have gotten hosed on pricing (not sure what drain clearing costs generally), however Mark was great and thankfully solved our problem after 2.5 hours of unsuccessful trying. They do have a first time discount which was a positive. Process was easy and glad I was able to pay on the spot instead of dealing with bills and mail.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. Im thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Must Read-Leaving Zoom Drain a review because it was simply that good, professional, courteous, and honestly they accomplished the job where other plumbing companies failed.My main sewer line was blocked. One company said it was from roots of trees and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to excavate my yard.Second company said there is a toy stuck in my sewer line but couldn’t remove it and wanted thousands to excavate my yard and replace my house trap etc.Mark and his crew accurately diagnosed the problem quickly and removed the Pex pipe that was partially blocking my line.“My tenant wrote-That guy worked super hard on that, and even deliberately bent one of his tools to get that thing out. Just FYI. “Highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.

I had a clogged tub drain. I tried to unclog it myself but couldnt. The tub had water backed up into it from the tubs last use. The tub was also filling with water from using the bathroom sink throughout the day. This was problem enough. I didnt want the problem to spread to the toilet. I called Zoom Drain on a Thursday evening. I got voice mail, but didnt leave a message. They called me back immediately, and I asked if they could come Friday morning. They said they could, and they did. Mark was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The clog was 30+ feet down into the pipe. He used a snake, and unclogged the drain in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions. He put me at ease with the whole situation. I consider what they charged to be very reasonable. I am very pleased! I will definitely use the services of Zoom Drain again.

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.I will be a customer for life.

Under my house drain pipe Clogged!!!Zoom Drain: What can I say, Great Great Great job. I called & in less than an hour the technician came to my house. Robert the technician asked what the problem was & he explained exactly what he would do to fix the problem. He was polite and very knowledgeable He used a snake to clear the drain, then sent a camera down, after he water jetted the drain. All I can say is it will be nice to do dishes without emptying water outside and be able to use the bathroom sink. Wonderful, wonderful job. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Zoom Drain again. I will recommend to family and friends.

Great experience from beginning to end! Mark was incredibly responsive and communicative and put us at ease right away. Not only did he and his partner work efficiently and fix our issue, his customer service was top notch and he was enjoyable to have in our home. HIGHLY recommend these guys! One of the best experiences we have had with any kind of home service provider in years. Would definitely call them again!

I normally dont write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldnt use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Very grateful. Awesome work!!!! Thank you
