    I needed plumbing issues to be addressed on all levels of our home but had delayed contacting a company for some time.One concern was how my husband who has dementia would respond to someone unknown to him working inside the house .Having read reviews of of your company I made my choice and was not disappointed .From the initial contact to schedule a service visit until completion of the work my needs were fully addressed.Joe was the plumber who came to do the initial assessment.He was respectful and a knowledgeable professional.He listened to my priorities,described the solutions to my plumbing problems ,and recommended a timeline for completion of the work during 2 service visits.He first completed the work in the bathroom which resulted in a reduction of water usage by 75%.The remainder of the work.The work done during the second service visit was more comprehensive.Again Joe completed the work efficiently and left the area where he had worked in clean condition afterwards.I cannot recommend this company enough for the quality of service and the cost is very reasonable too.

    We chose Cuccaro Plumbing to add shower and remodel bathroom in basement. They also added shelving in laundry room, updating plumbing, electrical and paint.Doug, who did most of the work was great! But, each person involved, including Ken Cuccaro, was respectful and responsive. Overall, We are very pleased with the completed project.

    I hired Cuccaro plumbing to map my drain and sewer lines because Im having a contractor come out soon to install new footers and posts to support a skewed structural beam. I wanted to make sure the footers wouldnt disturb my drain line and I needed to confirm that fact quickly because of my other contractors timeline and availability.Cuccaro was by far the most professional and timely plumber I contacted. From first contact Jessica worked with me to schedule a visit as soon as possible and she was very polite and kind.Matt the plumber was also awesome. He had a lot of good stories to tell and always made sure to talk me through what he was doing and why. I had him estimate another job while he was there and he was very clear and upfront about the scope of work and the process.Really happy with the whole process and the value I got from this plumbing service.

    Joshua was very professional and explained everything in detail so that I understood what he was doing which was reassuring and very helpful. He was very thorough in his assessment and was able to solve the problem. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and honest. Thank you so much for your assistance in unclogging my basement drain, bathtub drain and also simply tightening the bolts on the base of one of my toilets when that was all that was necessary. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends and continue to call on you for my plumbing needs in the future!

    Update: 10-21-22 Company contacted me to apologize for the miscommunication, and I was told the charges would be voided for the trouble. Grateful for the follow-up and professionalism.Hired Cuccaro to come and help us with a leaking pipe into our basement. We were told it would be $95 an hour to come and diagnose it. Josh, who was sent out, cut into our ceiling and wall, and poked around slowly in our crawl spaces for two hours. At the end of two hours, told me that our issue was going to require the eyes of a more experienced plumber, Matt, and that someone would reach out to us to schedule it. When I asked about their schedule and when we could expect a follow up, he said a few days. On his way out, he surprised me by saying that we were welcome to call a different plumber.Over a week passed, and I did not hear back from them, but I did get flooded by automated emails and text messages asking me to review them on Google.I called to follow up with the front desk, and was told that someone needed to come out and diagnose the problem. When I asked if we were going to be charged in addition for the time that Josh had come out to diagnose our problem, I was told that she would check with the owner and get back to me. Weeks passed, and no one ever followed up.I did indeed call another plumber, who came out the next week and fixed our issue. A month and a half later, I got a bill from Cuccaro for services rendered, which included leaving holes in our ceiling for us to fix and zero follow-through on our issue. I called them to ask about it and got their voicemail.Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

    Everything about this company was top notch. I had 3 plumbers in my house before Cuccaro Plumbing came and they all told me it was going to cost around $10,000 to get fixed and they did not even try to get the clog out of the sewer line and charged $500. The whole experience with Cuccaro was great, the service tech explained everything to me and was there maybe an hour or so and line is free flowing again for $200. Going to have do some other things for in a couple of weeks. I will never call any else for my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

    Kurt installed a new faucet in our kitchen sink. He was very professional, courteous, and his work was top-notch!Matt has assessed and repaired a number of plumbing projects for us, and he has done fantastic work for us! His acumen and ability to trouble-shoot, find the source of the problem and repair it in a high quality way has resulted in great outcomes for our plumbing system.I subsequently had Matt work on a project for a company in the PPG Building, which involved a high end faucet, motion-sensors and solenoids, and as he always does, he delivered fast, high-caliber work and got the job done very effectively!Kali, Jessica and other Cuccaro team members are equally fantastic!     Everyone that I have come in contact with within this company has been more than personable and understanding. Im a new home owner and having plumbing issues so early on was stressful in its self.     Firstly, let me state that I am a person that reads all the negative reviews of a company BEFORE I read the positive ones. And, before I even call a company for that matter. Why? Because the companys response to the complaints provides me with their level of integrity. That said, Cuccaro Plumbing has helped me in resolving an issue that is still ongoing....not because of them. The problem is, water leaking into the basement, so I had to do a step by step process of elimination to determine the origin of the problem. Matt came out and unclogged the downspout along the same wall that is leaking into the basement in hopes the leaking would stop. It did not. I wanted Matt to come back and camera the sewer line to search for a broken pipe. He did not want to charge me for something that he believed unnecessary. Integrity! I called back and had quite a few conversations with Matt & Jessica regarding my options. They were so kind and patient, and answered all of my questions. They provided guidance and suggested a waterproofing company to look at the problem. So now I am on to the next step in this process, but wanted to write this review because I really enjoyed talking with them and will be very happy to have them come back for other projects.     I had the pleasure of working with Matt in getting my plumbing stack unclogged. He was very diligent in diagnosing the problem and explained everything to me very simply. His work was done very timely. I had a question about my water heater and he answered it on the spot and set me up with an appointment to get it taken care of. Very fair and reasonable pricing. The best part is I called Monday and Matt was here 8am on Tuesday! I reccomend!!!

    Matt unclogged basement floor/sewage drain. I had 3 different plumbers come here and none could figure out the gurgling in my tub when we flushed the toilet. Cuccaro was recommended by another one of their workers on a job I was also working on in Fox Chapel. 4 plumbers in less than a yr I had here and they did not fix the problem. I called Cuccaro and he sent out Matt. Matt did a through job, was very knowledgeable and trouble shot the job. I am pleased with Matts work & his personality. Matt checked and exhausted all avenues to make sure he got to the root of the problem. Right now I sit here with a sigh of relief. Thank you Matt!!

    After another plumber left my house abruptly on learning that a dog was in the house (locked in his room and quiet) without installing my new gas stove, Cuccaro was able to schedule a plumber for the next day.     Two leaking faucets are replaced by new ones. The gentlemen showed up on time. They are very professional and kind. Explained in details when I asked. Charging is not low, 2 new faucets for almost 700$, but I dont know how other companies will charge, so cant compare the price.

    I hired another plumber to fix a number of problems that I was having. This other plumber showed up and fixed some things across two days, but cancelled a number of times in between. After the first plumber cancelled on me three times on a row, I gave up and called Cuccaro Plumbing.I wish I had called them from the start. Someone showed up the next day and fixed my problem (a leaking toilet) for less than the first plumber was going to charge.

    Two previous plumbers had only made the problem worse. The shower in my bathroom is complicated and was installed 20 years or more ago. A new part was needed, requiring tricky installation and adjustment of several nozzles. This plumber understood my shower, knew exactly what to do, and fixed it. It operates like new now.

    Great run business. Owners actually care about their clients and deal with them directly. No middle man here. I don’t even live in the Pittsburgh area but I only deal with Kali and Paul with all rentals. One phone call and the issue is handled professionally and at a fair price.
