Chris Lippi was recommended to me by a neighbor and we cant imagine hiring anyone else./// Honest /// Gave us feedback that we didnt know we needed and made suggestions that were in my familys best financial interests. He treated us like neighbors instead of just customers./// Responsive /// Easy to reach, responds in a timely and professional manner, and arrives on time to appointments. Family-oriented and pleasant to engage with both as an individual and a businessperson./// Competent /// Chris earned the highest plumbing qualification (Master Plumber) which requires years of training and experience to pass the necessary exams and obtain proper licensing. You can observe from his work ethic that he has high standards for himself.Job 1: The 1st floor bathroom sink started clogging then leaking, resulting in secondary water damage on the basement ceiling below it. Chris advised us to cut behind the bathroom wall ourselves to save on costs. We took his advice and then he assessed the damage to determine our options and give us an estimate. For our chosen solution, he replaced the corroded pipes and took several steps to ensure proper installation, cut through the cast iron main stack and replaced it with PVC, removed two unused cleanouts that were protruding from the wall-- all within a few hours and with a positive attitude throughout (friendly, professional, cool composure). We have not had a problem since, and for the amount/type of work required, we found his pricing to be both affordable and within our budget.Job 2: Some sociopath used electrical tape to connect two pipes together that had previously been frozen over and detached. For Chris, it was a simple, swift, and handsome repair job.

Had an issue with my kitchen faucet, was able to schedule Chris promptly to come out a replace. Chris kept me informed of his schedule and texted me ahead of time to let me know when he’d be here.The job was more in-depth than expected due to the nature of the issue with the old faucet, but Chris was able to complete the job at a very fair price for the work done. He also spent the time to ensure everything was clean and expectations were met.Chris will continue to be the first call for plumbing needs.

Chris is AWESOME. This is my second time using him. The first time was when I initially moved into my home. I called Chris and he showed up that same day, and solved the problem. Today I had my hot water tank replaced. I contacted Chris and he fit me into his schedule quickly. He respected my home and did an amazing job. He used top of the line products and ensured everything was working before he even thought about walking out the door. Price was reasonable, quality work was done, and Chris was beyond professional. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I broke my tank lid for my toilet and replacing them can be pricy and he offered me an extra he had at his shop for FREE!! I reached out to Chris in the middle of the day when I needed a sewer cam inspection to sell my house. Chris promptly answered his phone, and made time in his busy day to help me out. Not only did he run the cam inspection, he also made time to service a few of my outdoor copper lines that had broke in the past. Very professional, very respectful, and very honest!

Chris is great! I own a business and he is always willing to get to my office within a few hours to make sure my facilities are up and running (even if it is bright and early at 7am!) He is also honest, has done many jobs for me and once (only once) he did not the right equipment available to do the job. He not only let me know that, where others might have said they fixed it and charged me anyway but he also helped me find someone who could fix it for me! Talk about true customer service and it is always done with a friendly smile!

I had a leak on a hot water pipe near the hot water heater(that I installed). It was a bad soldering job(my soldering job) in a tight spot near the floor joists and some furnace ducting. I did not trust my ability to sweat the pipes in such a tight space so I called Chris at All-Pro Pittsburgh Backflow. Chris showed up right on time. In about 30 minutes, Chris untangled my mess of copper and re-plumbed my hot water heater. I like to do my own repairs, but sometimes you just have to call the professionals. It looks great too! Chris came out the very same day we called. Instead of just going right at where we thought the problem was, he took some time to understand our houses whole configuration, and then he solved the problem at a site that was quite remote from where the problem seemed to be. This was a far cheaper fix than it would have been if a less-capable individual had tried to fix the problem by going straight at it, where it was manifesting. And, by doing it same-day, our general contractor could keep working. Then, Chris explained the organization of our houses plumbing system. That knowledge alone was worth the price. A nightmare situation was avoided, and it could not have gone better.
