My wife and I hired GI Plumbing to repair our gas line. They were the definition of professional and prompt. Virtually no wait time to schedule an estimate. Adam and his team arrived during their time window and were transparent with any and all issues they ran into during the project. Highly impressed with their work ethic and responsiveness. G.I. Plumbing was called to fix a gas leak i had which Columbia gas immediately shut off my service. They gave me a date and time to come out and check out the problem. Arrived on time, explained EXACTLY what the process and cost would be. Hired them. Adam, Dave and Jacob came to the house and could not have been more knowledgeable, courteous and professional in their approach and the work they performed. Even though Columbia gas made their job difficult, they handled it without complaint. Cleaned up every bit of trash and rock. EVEN PLAYED WITH MY NEW PUPPY!I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing ANY gas line or plumbing work needed!

I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe and reached out to G.I. Plumbing for help. The team handling appointments was incredibly responsive, giving me peace of mind by scheduling me for the first available slot early in the week. Dave, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He completed the repair so quickly! Jacob went above and beyond by following up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly. I was impressed, and will definitely rely on their services again in the future.

GI Plumbing was great from the start. They did a rough in for a basement bathroom. They communicated well and did great work. Jason came out to give the quote and explained everything very well. Adam and his apprentice did all of the plumbing work. They were friendly and the plumbing looks great. Jacob helped coordinate the times everyone was coming and getting us on the schedule. We will definitely have GI plumbing come back. The prices were fair and they were the only company that could actually get back to me with a quote the same day!

We had 2 non-emergencies in the same bathroom (although urgent) that G.I. Plumbing was able to schedule quickly. I especially appreciate their shorter than average arrival window (2 hours vs. 4+ hrs), GPS updates in real time and lots of communication via email & text.Dave was assigned to the job and was top notch! He was respectful of my home & time. He diagnosed the issues, drafted estimates with options, and was done quicker than expected. Dave also provided me with a quote for a potential future job which I appreciated.I then had a follow up call from Jacob. A+ for customer service! He wanted feedback on the service appointment and to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He was very courtesy & genuinely seemed interested in what I had to say.

I highly recommend Adam Kissel and Jacob they worked hard to fix multiple gas lines so that we could get our heat turned on quickly! I had called for some plumbing work and Jacob was very timely in getting back with me and setting an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Jacob kept me informed on when the driver was on the way and scheduled to arrive. Upon arrival, Tim was courteous and knowledgeable of the work that needed completed. He was informative in what would be done and the cost of the repair. Tim also answered some other questions regarding other plumbing projects that I will be needing. He was very polite and did not rush me do to his next appointment. When the work was completed, the area was cleaned and Jacob called back to ensure I was pleased .just a really good customer experience and I will be coming back for future plumbing projects. I am a novice who is diy-ing a full bathroom remodel with a tub to shower conversion. I asked GI plumbing to come move some pipes around (best to get a professional for this stuff), so I could install my shower pan and walls. Joe Fleming was a God sent technician! He was so kind, so courteous and went above and beyond in helping explain things I should do during my remodel (like helping me find the exact right drain). I couldnt have had a better experience with this company and plan to use them on all my plumbing needs! Thank you, Joe! You are absolutely incredible!!

The team at GI Plumbing are customer-focused. I thought I had an issue with a newly installed water heater. Jacob was able to get a service technician, TJ, out the same day. TJ was friendly and immediately diagnosed the issue which was actually being caused by the HVAC system. TJ even went as far as to help fix the HVAC issue without hesitation. Exceptional and responsive service!

Was very pleased that after trying 5 other companies this one actually answered their phone. Jacob set a date and gave me a 2 hr window (most others are 4 hrs). Dave gave me an estimate with several alternatives depending on how much I was willing to spend. Jacob followed up to be sure I was satisfied and set up the day to do the job. I cant speak highly enough about GI Plumbing! From my initial conversation with Jacob on the phone, to my consultation and booking the job with Joe, the entire experience was phenomenal! They were professional, communicative, efficient, thorough... Ive never felt so comfortable with a plumber! Joe was absolutely fantastic. In fact, thats an understatement. He went above and beyond from start to finish every step of the way. He laid out and took time to clearly and honestly explain the various options that were available to fix my issue(s) and the cost of each one. He was able to complete the entire (major) plumbing job the next day in less than a day. He offered and assisted me with whatever I was unable to move or take care of on my own because my foot was in a boot, and he answered any plumbing questions I had (related to the current job or not). I called G.I. plumbing, and Patty provided us with excellent service - getting us an appointment almost immediately and sending emails to keep us up-to-date. We were assigned Brad as our plumber. We had Brad do a significant amount of work to our home, including adding a water softening system. Brad is extremely professional, did great work and cleaned up when he was done. Brad comes across like a friend who’s just helping you out. For me, having a friendly and knowledgeable service provider makes all the difference. We had our water heater go the other day. I saw G.I. Plumbing on one of the community sites and figured I would give them a try. Matt came out that day and went over our options to replace. We ended up going with the tankless unit. The crew that came to do the install were very professional, they used drop cloths and mats for tools etc. They did a very thorough job in finishing everything up and clean up as well, Matt was there at the end to explain everything that they did and how to use it. Was very pleased with the work from start to finish!

Called GI plumbing because I had a pinhole leak. They were able to come out first thing the next morning and gave a heads up text when they were on their way. They took a Quick Look with no trip charge and were able to identify where the leak was and the best course of action to get it fixed right. Had a similar issue in a similar area about a week ago and the plumber made a good recommendation to repair an entire section rather than just put another bandaid on it. Quoted multiple options for me, and didn’t pressure me into picking. Had the job done in about an hour, cleaned everything up so it was the same condition (honestly probably better) than when he first arrived and was on his way. 5 stars highly recommend and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I can not recommend GI Plumbing enough! I was stressed when I discovered we had a main drain clog that was backing up. After reading so many wonderful reviews about them I made a call to GI Plumbing to schedule an appointment for service and it was definitely the right call. From the time they answered the phone when I was scheduling the appointment until after services were performed at our home, it was an extremely positive experience. I was scheduled in a timely manner (for first thing the morning after my call) and when GI Plumbing arrived at our home they were professional and courteous. I was clearly showing signs of stress about the clog situation and they went out of their way to be reassuring and calming. They took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing and why they were doing it as well as taking the time to answer all of my questions. I can say with certainty that GI Plumbing is who we will call for any future plumbing needs and I will be recommending them to anyone who may be in need of a plumber.

Ive been in the service industry my entire life and can honestly tell you that I have never given, nor received better service than I have with GI Plumbing. Not only was their owner on the phone with me the day of my major issue, despite being on vacation and out of state, but he also made sure to clear his entire teams schedule the following day, pull some favors to get digging equipment out last minute, and completely fixed my problem before a bridal shower we were having at our new house. All of that without breaking the bank, despite having to dig twice and replace a snake because of our issue. It honestly doesnt matter what your problem is, give these people a call. From their employees in the office to their employees in the field and their owner, you have professionals everywhere that are entirely committed to helping .
