Yesterday, Kyle made a service call to address an issue with our water system, the cause of which was not immediately obvious to us. Kyle was extremely pleasant, he investigated our issue, diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it at an extremely reasonable cost. This was our fourth time calling on Bens Plumbing and all were handled quickly, professionally and economically. Great company to work with! I called and got a same day appointment and my issues were resolved in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Isaiah did a great job and he was the same tech that resolved an issue at our business location earlier this year. Please consider having an after hours emergency service because I would love to be able to get your great techs in an emergency situation too.

I moved back into a condo that I own and found that the water heater which was many years old was not properly working. I called some different plumbing establishements and found Bens. I was impressed immediately with the promptness in a call back, in the efficiency of the people I talked to. Isaiah came out, pointed out the reasons I was having trouble and carefully explained why I needed to replace my very old water heater. The price shocked me, but I checked around, determined that they were using the top brand of water heater and found other quotes were comperable or even more. They were prompt, did an excellent job, pointed out the advantages of the newer equipment in ease of operation or trouble shooting. The area was cleaned and neat when they left. I am impressed, gratified, and would recommend Bens plumbing to anyone wishing to find an honest, reliable plumber!

Kyle has helped us fix all the plumbing issues in the house we just bought, very professional and friendly. Explains everything and answered all my questions. In total he replaced all of our supply lines, stop valves, new toilet fill valves, new valve in shower, 3 hose bibs and new pressure regulator on main line, now we’re scheduling for a new water heater install. Highly recommend! We have found our forever plumbers.

Isaiah came by this morning to clear the bathroom drain that a handyman failed to clear yesterday. Isaiah was very upbeat and confident after I told him about the attempts made the day before. The blockage was very tough. But he broke it down and had the drain cleared in 20 minutes! Great Price too! Bens Plumbing/Isaiah is in my contacts now for Indian Wells.
