Carlos did a fantastic job. He detected a slow leak in the wall between back-to-back bathrooms in my home. He worked diligently to stop the leak and once all the work was done by a mold remediation company, he came back and put in new pipes. He then had to come back to install new bathroom fixtures (sinks & faucets). This was a major job and Carlos was up to the task! He took care of everything. He is my go-to plumber. I will definitely use him again if I have a plumbing problem. I highly recommend Desert Rooter Plumbing & Leak Detection.

He met with me to explain what he had done and to go over any questions or concerns I had, before he accepted payment. This was several days after the job was completed! Carlos of Desert Rooter Plumbing is the best plumber we have ever had. Carlos is very competent, fairly price, and considerate of your needs and time. Carlos did some work at my condo before its sale. It was purchased by a flipper who had his own plumber come out for the inspection. I was there and his plumber told the buyer that the work done was exceptional. Now my mom uses Carloss services. Shes 97 and needed a new toilet. Carlos knew just what to get that worked for her (higher and easy to flush.) Carlos is a quality plumber and a gentleman.

There was a leak next to my garage that was coming from under the concrete slab. I called Desert Rooter Plumbing and Carlos showed up right when he said he would. He found the leak within the first hour of being on the job site and had it fixed by late afternoon. I couldn’t be happier with the job Carlos did and will 100% use him again in the future. I’ve used Desert Rooter on several occasions and he always does a great job! Carlos has replaced all the plumbing pipes in a house, changed toilets, installed water heaters, faucets and installed gas piping and appliances. Nice people! If you are looking for a plumber who honestly strives to solve a problem with the drainage of your house, Carlos is the one! I had not seen anyone before who worked methodically and with great efficiency in the area of plumbing services like Carlos. Honestly and to the point, because of how he does things it seems that he does not like to waste time. In a couple of hours he solved a clogged pipe of my house that two plumbers previously could not solve. Carlos is a very well equipped and experienced guy. Take advantage of Carlos he wont let you down!

He also gave me tips on how to do easy fixes and how to maintain my garbage disposal and dishwasher working properly.
