Minimized complex water shut off to an amazingly short time by preparing parts prior to starting the project.Would definitely recommend Righty Roo and plan on using them in other work I need done at another property.

This company is amazing. Ive used them a few times and they are not only friendly and come out quickly but they are the most reasonably priced Ive found. I was so impressed because my husband couldnt be home when they arrived so he was a little concerned Id be having a stranger in the house. Before the guy arrived, the company sent a picture and write up about the guy that put me and my husband completely at ease. Plus they always our problem perfectly. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.

We used Integrity Plumbing to clear out our Patio Drains. They use Hydro Jetting equipment which is extremely effective. We were impressed their team that came out to our home. Very professional, efficient and communicated with us every step of the process. Very pleased with their work and we will certainly use them in the future.We used Righty Roo to replace our old water heater (3/19/23) with a tankless water heater. They did an outstanding job with this as well. Recirculation pump is built into unit and we are already seeing the savings to our gas bill. There is a state rebate and federal credit that made for an easy decision to move forward.

I had a very good experience with Righty Roo. Heinrich came out to replace two shower faucet cartridges. Setting up the appointment was easy, and it was nice to get text reminders and updates before the appointment. Heinrich was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a nice touch that he put some covers on his shoes to protect the carpet. He knew exactly what he was doing and made quick work of the job. Overall a five star job, but with one glitch: the price. $600 is a lot to pay for less than an hour work. I guess this is the world we live in now.
