We were having a lot of issues with the old plumbing lines in our home, we thought we may have had an interior leak. Kevin Fish spent an entire day with us assessing the whole property for leaks and was able to narrow it down for us and confirm we had no water damage to worry about. We did have a few faulty angle stops and he swiftly replaced those with no fuss. Really thorough work, and constant communication made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend Kevin and Roto Rooter for any future plumbing issues!

We had a very difficult plumbing situation regarding old lines and a phantom leak and Kevin Fish spent the whole day with us making sure there was no interior water damage, accessed the leak and swiftly replaced the faulty angle stops. Great service and a stand up professional, highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

Brian was out here and got our plumbing going right away. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. We had 2 other people out here and couldn’t get our toilets flushing and Brian was out here for maybe an hour and now we know what we need to do. A Vietnam veteran came to me explaining that he was having extreme financial hardship and was in need of a plumbing company that would allow him to make payments on a septic tank service. He apparently did not have a working drain system in his home for over a month. I called around and no one was willing to help this Veteran. Until I spoke with Raul who is the manager at Roto-Rooter. He heard me out and said he will help him! He said he will send out a truck to service this Vietnam Veterans septic system the next morning. Raul provided excellent customer care, and showed humanity for a hero in need. Thank you to everyone at Roto-Rooter Palm Desert,CA. I would recommended this company to anyone for plumbing or septic tank needs. They really went above and beyond to help someone in need.

Our Atrium was flooding during Hurricane Hillary, 2 gentlemen promptly showed up and knew exactly where the buried drainage pipe was after asking 1 question. Cleared the pipe and the atrium immediately drained. We would have been replacing water damaged tile floors and carpets if it werent for their prompt, efficient services. Instead they are coming back to completely unblock the entire drain and clean up the yard. Cant recommend them enough!

The tram at Roto-Rooter is always extremely quick to answer work orders when I send one over. They are typically on-site taking care of issues within just a couple of hours and their pricing is worthy of the work they do. I trust in them to get the job done right and on time, every time.
