And their prices are very reasonable and fair. Do yourself a favor and call them!

Called to have hvac thermostat wire, that was just buried in the dirt, put into conduit per City of Palm Desert, to pass inspection. Jose and Louis were on time, knowledgeable and made the repairs needed right away. They also found other things that the company we bought the system from had forgotten or done incorrectly, saving us potentially lots of money. They we professional in every way and provided an invoice on the spot. Payment was easy and the entire experience was 100% the way customer service should be.

Chris Wilson HVAC, arrived and serviced my unit and was very knowledgeable and professional. As an out of state owner it’s very important to find honest and trustworthy businesses to see to your systems needs without having to find someone to supervise. Todays service, cleaning and repair was $237.00 total. This was a far cry from the estimate I received yesterday from Erkies Electrical Heating and Air for $1,751.00 …who said my direct drive motor was faulty and needed replaced. Not to mention this included $414.00 just to clean the unit. THANK YOU Chris Wilson for being an honest and ethical business owner. You have earned my business from this point out. God Bless-Rick

Such a pleasure to watch real professionals at work. I had a service contract with another vendor which I paid yearly for when my water heater and AC bottom out and stop working. It was one in the morning and the service for which I paid for not only failed me but didn’t even care to at least try to temporarily fix my problems. I called Vern from Chris Wilson. Not only did he respond to my phone call so late he actually came to my residence in less than 15 minutes and patched the Heater and AC(it was 110 degrees out). I had renters in the house so it was quite the emergency. As a added bonus he was able to install a new water heater and AC unit the same week!! Needless to say he got my service contract. Excellent business and very clean work. Thank you...

I woke up on a Saturday to water in my kitchen. It was coming from under the cabinets for the sink near the dishwasher. I called Chris Wilson plumbing. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and sympathetic to situation. Was originally told my appointment would be 2-4pm. They called back 30 min or so later and said they were in their way; more than 4 hours earlier. Took a while to find the problem but they did and repaired it (leaking main water hose for the fridge) and cleaned up the 2 gallons of water that was collecting under the dishwasher. They were so thorough I really appreciated it. I highly recommend their service. I also hope to never need them again but will use them if need does arise.

Vernon...what a life saver!! I had an emergency a/c problem at my rental property in Indio at 9:30 at night in August and Vernon who had already being working all day came to the rescue. He was so professional, responsive and explained in detail what the problem was and what my options were. Unfortunately, he didnt have the part that was needed to fix my a/c that night and we were worried it would take days to get it but Vernon searched all of California for it and in less than 24 hrs my a/c was fixed!! I thought this type of service was dead but Chris Wilson Plumbing and Heating and specifically Vernon gave me faith again that there is still honest, professional, and great service out there. I have worked with so many other a/c repair companies in the Desert and none have been half the professional Vernon was. Chris Wilson Plumbing & Heating.....you have a customer for life. My home has Rheem Air Conditioners and Erkies is a vendor for that line per the Rheem website so I called them. What a lousy technician. Long story short his solution was to replace the entire system. You can read the rest of my experience on their Goggle review. Bottom line is Im glad I called Chris Wilson HVAC after that as they came the next morning and said it was an $89 run capacitor on the HVAC unit that wasnt working properly. So for John at Chris Wilson HVAC to actually fix the problem it cost the same as it did for Erkies tech to come by just to charge me for their lame assessment. It was my first time working with both companies, but the professionalism and expertise could not be further apart. I did need some additional coolant, but both companies suggested that as my system was a little low, so that $400 was a wash. DEFINITELY calling back Chris Wilson for my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I had Vernon install a pelican water treatment system and he did a good job running new lines, and a line for my tankless water heater. $900 for a full day of work seems right for a large job. Had a leak from the UV lamp housing. I improperly installed the new lamp. Vernon came over and showed me what I did wrong. No new leaks. Now i made an appointment for annual maintenance which seems daunting until Vernon shows me what hes doing. It pays to have a pro. Call and ask for Vernon.
