We were fortunate to get service for our clogged kitchen line and leaking patio faucet the same day from NexGen. The next fortunate thing was that David and Isaac came to do the work.The bottom line is they were very effective and diligent with the work they did and I was shocked at how fair the pricing was. They showed me the issues every step of the way so that I could make and educated decision on the work I wanted to have performed. And they cleaned up after the work was completed.Call NexGen and hope you get these guys. NexGen is now our go to plumber here in Rancho Mirage.

Elias and Anthony from the Anaheim office are stellar, they did the detail work remodeling 2 baths. Smart, fast, honest, and most importantly customer-focused. When something minor was off they noticed (!) and then fixed it (!!) when it would have been easy to let slide.The rest of the crew was great too, redid the water and gas lines for the whole 3b/2b in like a week!Nexgen in general you get what you pay for: work done correctly, with permits. Will call again.

Shon Jarden was the plumber that arrived to deal with multiple issues at our home in Cathedral City. I was advised at what time Shon would arrive and he was on time. Shon was professional and personable. He described what he needed to do and what it was going to cost. Plumbing is never cheap, but I dont want my investment jeri-rigged like the prior owner apparently did...on many levels. I had used the services of NexGen in the past and was highly satisfied with their work (Kaze and Trenton.) On this visit, Shon replaced the lines going into my Noritz water heater as they were rotting due to cheap lines being installed. He also de-scaled the Noritz. We also had the turn-on valves replaced under our kitchen sink as they were old and worn.This is my second interaction with NexGen and I am very satisfied with Shon and his work today. He represents NexGen positively and the company is lucky to have him.I have some other things I need done at our house and Ill be requesting Shon to do the work. Im am a retired United States Marine and LEO, so trust is important when it comes to letting anyone into my home to do work. I fully trust Shon and his work.Andrea Price

I highly recommend Jervon from Nexgen HVAC and plumbing. Our air-conditioner started blowing hot air yesterday, we called nextgen early this morning and Jervon arrived within a few hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to get our aircon working again within a few hours and the cost was also reasonable. I would have no hesitations recommending Jervon to anyone with issues with their aircon.

1. HVAC: Martin Rodriguez was very thorough and patient. He has a lot of experience and has great management skills as well as knows the HVAC system well. He spent much time making sure my issues and questions were taken care of. He diagnosed with the utmost care and was able to explain the issues and solutions. I appreciate all he did to satisfy my wife and I questions and fix the problems and maintain all needed. I rarely meet a worker so caring. Despite some of the time actually needed for the HVAC issues, he went above and beyond satisfying all the checks we asked of him. It was comforting. The extra costs are worth it!2. Plumbing: Kevin Richardson: Courteous and patient and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and flushed out my tankless water heater, and cleaned the screen. However, the company and company’s website says they will also check all the pipes and plumbing for any leaks but the rep stated this is not possible and they did not carry any moisture sensor device to even see if there are possible leaks anywhere. Nonetheless at least my water heater was serviced for the standard maintenance and took his time to do so and with care!

Great experience start to finish. Had an A/C unit that was not pushing out cold air. Compressor would turn on but no fan blowing. The tech (Chris) came out and figured out the issue, repaired the part, cleaned both units. Chris operated efficiently and with integrity. Additionally, Chris and the dispatcher both provided updates throughout the day on estimated time of arrival. Great communication throughout the entire process. Nexgen would be my first call for anything HVAC related.

Highly recommend! We just moved into a new home and needed some urgent HVAC and plumbing work. Dispatch had technicians come out THAT DAY. Bennett fixed our mini split AC in the bedroom so we could sleep that night! Justin Roessler from the plumbing crew came out that day, gave us a quote and got it done in a very timely fashion. He worked really hard, answered a bunch of questions, and even helped with a non-plumbing problem I had! So glad we found NexGen!

Not only did he fix our garbage disposal in 2 minutes, he also checked our water heater and tested the quality of our water. We got the circular in the mail and called. The furnace was having a problem and th system was too small to heat and cool the whole condo. After checking it over the team said it was better to replace now rather than a fix here and a fix there. We agreed and the next day we had a new heater and air conditioner. The cost was what we expected but we never expected to have it the next day. They went right to work. Justin was our first contact. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Yasmin was next getting the system we needed set up and the financing. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Next day the team arrived and went right to work. Excellent job. Cleaned up and checked to make sure it worked. It’s beautiful. Cools upstairs and downstairs now and with the clean vents we can breathe better. Highly recommend!!!

We have a 30 year old A/C and furnace. We also have 110 degree summers and 45 degree winters. Tech Martin came out and checked everything thoroughly then gave us realistic options from cleaning to full replacement and everything in between. We decided to replace. Martin called Jeff and then stayed with us through the same-day quote process. Jeff worked really hard for us and listened to what we needed. Ultimately, he got to a quote that seemed reasonable and we signed our contract that day. Unfortunately, life got in the way and we couldnt proceed with the install scheduled for the next morning. I reached out right away and Jeff was able to cancel our contract with no hassle. He even followed up to make sure hed done all he could to help us. Next, Beatriz took care to be sure our contract and financing was taken care of. Every person was top notch professional. Even though we werent able to follow through with our install, NexGen was great and Id comfortably recommend them to prospective customers. Martin and Jeff were especially patient and helpful.

Needed a garbage disposal replaced and Nexgen sent Julio as their tech representative. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Replacement was done quickly and correctly. Although the estimate was higher than expected Julio was a great and personable representative. Our only concern was wanting a more detailed and itemized bill from Nexgen explaining the final bill. Not really a Julio issue but a home office responsibility! If given the opportunity ask for Julio, you won’t be disappointed.

The first plumber I called couldnt come till the next day but Nexgen had an awesome tech at our house even earlier than they estimated. They were able to come out the next morning, which was a Saturday, to replace the whole system. We just bought our house a few months ago. At the time, my aunt said to wait to do any upgrades until the house speaks. This house said we were going to freeze to death. I was able to schedule an appointment with Nexgen online on a Friday morning for that afternoon. Aaron came out and helped us pick out a unit and set up financing. Pedro and the install team were out on Monday morning. They were super professional and efficient and completed the project the next day. Brand new systems including installing all ducts. The system is great, I cannot recommend Nexgen enough.

Morgan was my technician, let me tell you he is so professional, and he explains everything in detail will even draw you pictures if that’s what you need to understand what’s going on with your system. I love that he gave me options. He immediately looked at prices he drew a picture of how it should have been installed, opposed to how it was installed. Unfortunately, I did have a botched install a couple months ago and I am dealing with the consequences of that at this time. Morgan is an incredible technician who will answer all your questions with a smile on his face. He is so professional he shows you everything he’s done. He took a video showing what he did to improve. What’s going on . I have never had a technician be so proficient I’m telling you you guys can all request him but if I need help, I really need him back. What an incredible job they were here the next day on time called me on his way. I just can’t even explain how incredibly professional he is. My appt was planned for the afternoon but I got a text asking if we were available earlier as they had someone available to come early which was great. Workers arrived and determined they needed a camera and needed to call another truck with a camera. They arrived shortly after and were able to determine what was wrong and clear the blockage very quickly. I was told my pipes were old and could use some further work done to them and was given several options of what to do should we want to proceed. Very professional and friendly service. Would definitely call back and use again.

Because after purchasing one of their High End $$$$$ Air and Heating products right before the COVID 19 pandemic 😷. I called to get on of those $88 dollars summer time service check ups.However, I kept getting the runaround and no response. So I let it side last summer. That was that.Fast forward to today😉😀. I called two days ago to set up an appointment Date nTime. 2 days later Wow 🤩 what a totally difference experience in every aspect of this company’s professional customer service from Start to Finish. The technician that responded was so amazing and helpful I ended up becoming a yearly paid customer for all of my plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning issues. 👏👌. 👍

I cant say enough positive things about Nexgen and John for helping us with-a sewage blockage. From the first contact ove the phone everyone I spoke to was polite and made me feel help was only moments away. In fact John from Nexgen was at my house within the hour. John was just knowledgeable and shared with me step by step what he would be doing , always assuring that he would take care off us. Which is what he did. Within an hour or two he was able to unclog our sewer line. Our sewage main was cracked , they push through a camera and found our issue. Again I would highly recommend them any time.

Art listened attentivly to me as I explained what was going on. He then proceeded to inspect the AC unit. He explained what needed to be done to fix the issue and showed me how much the parts would cost. He was not pushing a new unit on me, even though I could tell I needed one. Of course the procedure he had the most faith in was hydro jetting that was $500 more than the “clear your drain for $58 special” that I requested, but when I explained to him we didn’t have the money he was not pushy and assured me he would still do his best to clear the drain with only his regular snake. Aaron did try his best and worked on my drain for almost 2hrs. After which he explained to me that his snake would not reach any further and told me there would be no charge. NextGen Air is everything that they claim to be and Aaron is a great representative of the company. I would refer (with confidence) NextGen to my family and friends everytime.

After working with the Nexgen agents and their technicians my concerns of the system operation was verified with the manufacturer and understanding of the operating equipment is that it is working as designed. I’m not excited about the designed operation but Nexgen technicians did a great job getting this resolved. Daikon systems are different and anyone purchasing it should check how it works completely prior to purchase.The crew worked diligently to remove and install the system and completed the installation in one business day outstanding job. All employees were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about their work and the equipment. I’m very satisfied with their performance and they made sure everything worked properly before leaving.However the agent that sold me on the system was asked to provide a breakdown of what I was paying for since the system was so expensive refused to respond back to me. I did speak with one of the agents answering the phone at the office and was informed that they didn’t give a breakdown of the cost but instead she sent me a copy of the invoice that I already had. I’m not sure if I overpaid for the system or not but it’s not so comfortable not knowing what you paid for. So far the system is not switching off when it reaches the desired temperature it keeps running waiting for the technician to check it. Still having issues with the system working properly and the resent technician was making excuses for communication errors for a $21,240.00 system. Hoping that eventually they will fix it correctly.After getting the technician involved with the Daikon system representative it is now known that the system was operating as designed and from that time until now I have not had any problems with the system. It does work as advertised and I have no issues with the system. Thanks to Nexgen for supporting my concerns and getting down to the bottom of my lack of understanding of the system operations.

He not only serviced our system, but also explained what he was doing each step of the way. He also shared simple practices we can perform ourselves to maintain our system. We highly recommend NexGen, and will use them in the future. When we do, we’ll be sure to request Art.

Jesse from NexGen arrived promptly today to do an initial inspection for our main sewage line that needed some attention. He was very knowledgeable of what he was looking for and provided us with an assessment that made sense for our situation. After a couple of other plumbers came out, this solution came out to be most cost effective one as well as the least invasive option too! Were looking forward to solve our plumbing issue with NexGen.

Our AC started making very loud noises on Sunday and I had to shut it down. I turned to the trusted search engine to find a company. Many showed they were closed, it was Sunday after all, however Nextgen was open. I called and spoke to a pleasant person who listened to my issue and asked me some questions. They then told me they could have someone come out on Monday between 12-7...that wasnt an issue as I was going to be home working and I needed my AC! Monday the team from Nextgen called me to say they were on the way. They arrived on time and listened as I told them what happened. They immediately said let us take a look. A bit later they came and told me it looked like there were parts missing and that the system needed cleaned. I told them to go ahead and they got my AC back up and running within 30-minutes. 10/10 will use them again.

Little Ceaser was the best technicianwe ever had. We have an old house with a new washer. Old plumbing clogs after 50 yrs. Water everywhere. Had to replace some parts too. Wow!!! What a pleasurable experience for once with a sewer inspection company!!! Their technician Clemente, sent out by Nexgen to do a camera inspection on our seepage pit line was very professional and on time.
