    Bryan was absolutely amazing at locating the issue right away. He went to get the parts needed and came right back to complete the back flow issue within the same hour. Diego was also easy to work with in setting up the appointment and even was able to get him here five hours earlier than expected.     I had a major issue with pipe blockage at a residence. Saul responded within one hour, identified the problem, and got to work!!! This was not an obstruction that the snake would be able to clear. Saul utilized a pressure technique which ultimately cleared the blockage. I was very happy with the quality of service, quick response , and customer service. I will definitely repeat!

    Cant say enough great things about this company. We had a horrible back up on our sewer line and when I called, the nicest receptionist answered and was able to have someone come out that day. However plumber Joe was able to come out 2 hours earlier than the quoted time given! One of the nicest guys I have met in a while and went over everything he was going to do in detail . I had requested a scope service too, since I suspected our 1964 sewer line might have issues.Good news, was able to unclog the line but scope showed several issues in the line. Joe went over all the issues and gave us possible solutions with various cost estimates. He also showed us the scoped data in real time so we could also see what he was seeing. We decided to fix it the right way and have a sleeve inserted in the existing line underneath the home and to the city sewer line. With the sleeve they shoot in epoxy to seal and incase the line. They also installed a clean out so in the future will have easy access to the line.Amazing they were able to get all this done in two days and Joe ran the scope again after the epoxy dried and show us the end results again in real time. Best news we have a 20 year warranty on the line and they will also come out for the next 5 years for free if we have any issues. The price was fair and fell in the middle range of what other companies charge for similar work based on price per linear foot.Finally they did this work while it was 120 degrees and never complained about it. The entire crew was fantastic and very professional.You will have no regrets using Mr. Rooter.

    I have used Mr Rooter Plumbing a couple of times, the latest was a large job to fix my sewer pipe which due to the age had tree roots inside the metal pipe which were causing it to continually back up. The job took 2 days last week and they did an amazing job. Lance and the rest of the crew had to work outside in 110 degrees digging a trench to get to the pipe and then shooting a liner inside the pipe. The customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend them. Thank you!
