Strategic Plumbing and Tomas are now our exclusive plumbers in Palm Springs. We’ve used him three times now. He came immediately when we had an outdoor plumbing leak and found the leak quickly. Next, he put in a new longer gas line for our new dryer, and then we had an urgent need to replace our toilets, as one was leaking… and Tomas advised that ours were very old and replacement parts would take long. We ordered our own toilets and he came the next day and installed them both quickly and perfectly. He is super friendly, very affordable, and very thorough and helpful. Not sure what else you’d want in a plumber! Can’t recommend more.

We had a previous bad experience with another local plumbing company and called Strategic Plumbing hoping for a better result. We got one! They showed up and understood the job immediately and got to work. Two hours later the job was done perfectly. Great communications, excellent knowledge and quality work. Plus they were really nice and charged a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Had a minor bathroom leak and had sent an estimate request on Yelp. Tomas was the first one to reply, came out within the appt window, and was reasonably priced. Tomas works for himself so theres no secretaries to deal with or unnecessary markup, highly recommend this guy in the Palm Springs area.

Tomas is hands down the best plumber I’ve hired. Our shower valve broke off and we couldn’t shut the water off and he came out right away. I called about seven other plumbers and none of them could make it. He fit us into his schedule and quoted us less than the other guys. He showed up and was a total pro. Got everything done very quickly and I can tell he runs a really tight operation. He is the only guy I will call from now on. Really impressed with his services!

Tomas and Strategic Plumbing were awesome. Came out on a Home Warranty call. We had a number of issues and not all covered by the bare bones warranty. He fixed what was under warranty and gave us honest recommendations and pricing for the rest. Highly recommend Tomas and Strategic Plumbing. Stayed true to his word and made it happen like a true professional. We have found our plumber for life.

I was in a pickle and needed a plumber fast for a small job. After numerous calls to other plumbing companies who wanted to schedule me for an estimator to come by in two or three days, I lucked into finding Tomas. He told me he would be near me in about an hour and could drop by. He showed up, looked at the job, got his tools and did the work on the spot and them charged me a very fair price.While on the job he noticed another issue and told me how to fix it myself rather than try to ratchet up his our bill.Definitely my plumber from now on.
