On Friday afternoon the water line to our house broke. Paul arrived about dark and later was assisted by Jack. A couple of hours later they found the leak and completed the repair. All this just a few days before Christmas. They only charged me for one person.I’ve been with Randal’s Plumbing for about 10 years now and they always provide the best service possible.

We had a gas leak in our garage and I called Randals to help resolve the issue. This happened late Friday morning and despite being booked up for the remainder of the day, they were able to free someone up to come fix the problem. This obviously addressed the main issue, which was the gas leak, but also helped us to avoid any after hours premiums for the cost. They were also just very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and responsive plumber.

I wish I could give Randals (and Aldo) 10 stars!! We experienced a water leak from the water purifier while away from our home. Aldo responded quickly, called and explained all the options. Over the course of the following week, Aldo fixed the issue and updated the system to current code, including new water heaters and installation of a new water shut off valve. All the while, Aldo would call and give updates on the project. Then, upon our return, Aldo met us at the property and walked us through the new equipment and the workings of the new shut off valve with phone app. Simply amazing service and very reasonable price. Randals (and specifically Aldo) get an A+ and 10 gold stars!!! They will forever be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

I have used Randals plumbing for over 10 years. Recently I had a water main leak and Jack came out and fixed it and put on a new water shut off valve. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and did a great job. This week I decided to have all my shut off valves under sinks and toilets replaced as they were 25 years old and not working as they should. Kevin was the technician for this and he also replaced a faucet in my garage utility sink and put new cartridges in my dripping faucets. He was also very knowledgeable, professional, super nice and makes you feel like family. No matter who they send out to do the job you can be sure you will be getting the best service and the best result at a fair and reasonable cost. I wont use anyone else.

Our water tank went cold and I called a firm other than Randall. All they wanted to do was sell me a $1750 new tank. When I called Randall, I was greeted by Kevin and was told all I needed was a new thermocouple. The entire cost to install the termocouple was $125. All you snowbirds out there, give Randall a call and avoid all the dishonest firms that only want to rip you off.We just had reason to use Randals Plumbing again to install a water pressure regulator and to fix our leaking toiletWithout hesitation, we consider the staff and technicians to be first class, and professional.
