I hired them for a 159 unit’s remediation. They worked closely with me, manager, and unit owners. They saved us over 500K and saved our insurance policy. Even when some unruly tenants and owners would not cooperate they stayed with us. I highly recommend them for commercial/residential electrical work. Thank you to the whole staff.

Israel & Catherine are awesome. They installed ceiling fans in our personal home as well as electrical outlets on our patio for our outdoor lighting. Were also going to have outdoor landscape lighting installed in the front yard, once our home is painted. They installed light fixtures in our rental property as well. Quality work! They are super professional, very reliable, extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We recommend them to all of our clients who purchase homes. Great customer service, friendly and fair. You cannot beat that! Look no further, this is the place to call for your electrical/contractor needs, theyll take good care of you!

I originally was referred to CNI Electric by the Head of Electrical with Orange County Convention Center. With his advice I contacted Catherine and Israel to see if they were interested in providing a quote to me for commercial electrical work. They provided excellent turn around time and competitive pricing with their proposal. The high profile job was completed on time with no excuses even with complicated access and scheduling issues. Since this time I have used CNI for all of my commercial electrical needs in the surrounding Orlando area. Reliable, on-time, and work extremely hard to meet all of your needs.
