Had a great experience with Tritz. Had some toilets replaced & plumbing re-done. I’ve had other companies in the past and I know for a fact that they tried to rip me off and upsell me. Tritz is different; these guys don’t up-sell. They are transparent and only do what’s needed. Honestly, they were down to earth, had great communication and a fair price. When they were done they tested everything out, answered any questions I had and cleaned up well. This is the best plumbing company I’ve dealt with thus far, and they are now my go to plumbing company.

I hadn’t used Tritz until this week when my hot water heater went out. I thought they were professional, friendly (plumbers and office staff), and prompt. Jeff was great to talk to and I’ll definitely use them again.

Everyone we interacted with at Tritz was professional and courteous!We purchased our water heater from HD and they arranged for Tritz to do the install. When Mark arrived, he discovered that installation would not be possible that day due to the connections and shut off valves (or lack of) in our house. He quickly explained what we needed to do, so he could replace our old water heater.After contacting the city to locate the main water supply to our house, Mark returned a week later to complete the install.All communication with Kate at their office was friendly and professional. At no point did anyone try to upsell us or make us feel like we didnt understand what was going on.We truly CANNOT recommend Tritz enough!

I called with a water issue and Tritz dispatched Mark. He was very educational! He didnt try to upsell me, that was very nice. He had it fixed in 30 minutes and also had time to help me troubleshoot another sink issue while he was here. Highly recommend Tritz. Great customer service and efficient!

Ive had Tritz Plumbing Inc do repairs at my house twice now. The first time to replace a ball valve shut off and copper piping to my sprinkler system. The second to fix a basement toilet base leak. In both instances the plumber was great. He was punctual, quick, professional and extremely reasonable. The first repair was $164, the second $128. He probably could have scammed me on the toilet repair with a lot more than needed to be done, but he did not. He showed me that he was a man of honorable character, someone who could be trusted to make the proper repair. I highly recommend Tritz Plumbing.

We had Tritz out to install a tankless water heater and water softener. We had both of our water heaters die at the beginning of the week when we had the gas off. We called to see if they could move our install up a week after a technician from there told us it wasnt worth the money to try and replace them as they wouldnt light. Once Mike heard we were without hot water and the heaters were beyond reasonable repair he called right away and moved us up in the schedule. The entire install was done in just over one working day and they kept working the first day until we at least had hot water. Everything looks great and I feel the price was very fair. Would recommend to anyone.

My plumber just left. A part on my water heater needed to be replaced. they were scheduled to arrive Friday. However, my luck was wonderful. They were able to arrive on Wednesday, with the necessary part, and I will have hot water in an hour. Anybody needing a plumber please call Tritz.

We live in the country on a well system & had a shower cartridge fail recently. Unfortunately, we had to shut the well off to the entire house as the bathtub ran constantly when the well was on. Tritz sent a technician the next day at 9am and fixed the issue. My wife & I were very pleased with Tritz and will recommend them to our family & friends and use them again if we ever need plumbing services in the future.

The lady on the phone was very polite and quick to get me on their schedule (within 12 hours). The technician was a few minutes early, and was very efficient. They charge by time worked and I could tell he was trying to get the job done correctly and quickly. My appointment was at 8:00 and he was gone by 8:14. Tritz Plumbing fixed our bathroom tub that wouldnt drain. We will definitely be using them again!

It was the day before Thanksgiving and a repair by another company led to me having no water in my home. I called Tritz and Mike came over to see what was needed and then sent a very nice young man to fix it who did a great job. I couldnt believe how kind they were to help me out and get this taken care of with short notice and saved the holiday! Thank you so much.

Wow! So glad we asked for a recommendation. Tritz picked up my call, Kate helped us troubleshoot on the phone, set up a service call for the very next day, stayed in communication with us about the arrival time, and there was a seamless handoff to the Tech. The Tech walked me through a tricky water pressure issue in minutes, tested, fix it, sent me pictures, and were fixed. Thank you!

I have used this company multiple times over the last year. Although the reviews are mixed I have found they have had excellent quality on services. The one time I had a problem they corrected it quickly. I have never been talked to rudely, but even if I was they still do a great job on my plumbing issues. I do recommend them to family and friends and will continue to use them for my business needs!!

Very helpful. I called for an estimate installing a pressure relief valve, and instead getting the normal well send someone out and look at what you have they gave me a ballpark estimate on the phone. Ill definitely be calling them for any future plumbing projects.

We were assigned Tritz via our home warranty company. Wish we would’ve gotten the gentleman’s name, but we had an appointment scheduled within 2 hours of being assigned Tritz on Friday, our appointment was made for between 9-11 today (Monday) and we received a call right at 9 stating the plumber was on his way. At 9:30 he arrived, fixed two running toilets and a leaky bathtub faucet and we were paid and he was out the door by 9:55. Amazing service!

Tritz has been my go to plumbers for 5-10 years. One call and the job is done. The last time the shower wouldnt turn off Sunday. Rather than call someone else I turned the main water off and called them Monday, they had it fixed by noon.
