I had yet another fantastic encounter with our go-to plumbing service. Emails were swiftly responded to, and Avery arrived on time as arranged to fix the leaky pot filler and shower head. Im grateful to this team, as Harrison had previously advised me to get in touch with the supplier since they are one of the few that offer limited lifetime warranty on parts. After providing the supplier with photos and a detailed description of the issue, they sent the replacement parts for the pot filler and the shower head for free. Avery was able to rapidly install these supplied parts, and the labor costs were very fair. The customer service, as always, was top-notch. This team in Omaha is the only plumbing service Ill ever contact. Theyre consistently friendly, polite, and professional. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Other firms were not available to promptly set up my mothers water heater, but, thankfully, Alexiss Finest Plumbers came to our rescue swiftly. They sent Earl, the most professional plumber Ive ever encountered. He was extremely communicative about his arrival time and was there to initially assist with turning off and stopping the leakage. After we purchased the new water heater, Earl returned post-lunch, ready to get to work. The completed job was highly professional and efficient, with Earl installing new pipes and tidying the area. The work was so artful, I wish I could upload a picture for you to see. Overall, Im highly satisfied with our experience and will request Earl next time I need a plumber in Omaha. Earl from alexiss finest plumbers delivered an exceptional, polite service to unblock our almost half-a-century old lead drainage pipes located beneath the slab. this has been a persistent issue for about a decade and a half that finally necessitated serious action. doing laundry would cause the outdoor toilet to back up. in our situation, a jet-pressurized cleaning, a standard commercial service, was the solution. by attaching the jetters at the most distant point in our house, the outdoor toilet, to the clean-out or the city sewage connection, the entire drainage system of our 2.5 bathroom home was cleared. the job took two visits to finish and wasnt inexpensive. the cost was $100 to remove and replace the toilet and $591 for the jet-pressurized service. the basic service, involving clearing out the pipes and inserting a camera into them, had been $296, but when it became evident that it wasnt going to work, they only charged me $140 for it. so, all in all, it was quite expensive...ouch! the warranty for the commercial jet service is only 30 days. however, the standard service comes with a six-month guarantee. im totally satisfied for the time being and im confident that we wont face an issue of this magnitude for several years. if something does happen sooner than expected, ill definitely let you all know. i would highly recommend alexiss finest plumbers.
