My husband and I are very impressed with Major Drain. We reached out to them at the beginning of December explaining the predicament we were in. Our main drain line was starting to settle, causing a much smaller clearance than what is acceptable. We needed a company to come out to fix that. Unfortunately, the pipe was running right underneath our front porch and replacement/repair was going to be tricky. We had been working with another local company that continuously had poor communication and wouldnt show up at the agreed upon times.Major Drain called and spoke with us, came out to scope the drain, gave us a quote and finished the project (without needing to tear out our front porch) all within 20 days.We could not be more impressed with their communication and their timeline dedication. We would 100% recommend them to others.

Quite honestly, a vary reputable company. Showed up early vary much hard working. He got the tree roots out in an orderly fashion and even ran water, though to ensure a great flow of the drain system. This guy is a pro!! He even hung around to clear a floor drain. I cannot say enough about my experience with Major Drain. I recently needed a portion of my sewer line replaced and Major Drain came through. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Technician was super professional and helpful. He not only solved my drainage issue in less than half the time I had tried to solve it myself, but he fixed a leaky sink in the process. He was friendly, informative, and made sure I understood the pros, cons, and limitations of each step before he took it. He even helped me understand how to prevent the issue in the future and what to do if it arises again. And it still cost less than I was quoted from any other company. Cannot recommend them enough!

I usually have to have my main line cleaned about once a year due to tree roots. Major Drain has done it the past 3 years and always does an excellent job. I find they are much more thorough than the previous companies I had doing the job. They leave the area clean as well. Definitely my go to for plumbing issues!

Major Drain came out to my daughter’s house and fixed a drain issue she was having. They didn’t bring a long enough snake and had to call someone to bring a longer/longest one. They did not charge her for the time waiting for the snake to arrive. They also fixed the problem in a timely manner. I am her mother and I live in another state. I always worry about people taking advantage of her since she is a single girl. But Major Drain not only fixed her drain but they treated her with respect and were more than fair with the charges.It’s so refreshing to find such an all around great company. So I wanted to get a tankless water heater and water softener installed so I called probably 4 different plumbing companies to come out and get a quote on just installation. Major Drain was by far the best price and they did not try and push their own products on me which was a nice change of pace. All the other companies I contacted tried to sway me away from using my own water heater and softener. My technician Brad I believe, was super knowledgeable and was able to do the install in a timely manner. Communication was great and we were able to make arrangements as I was going to be out of town during installation but he was able to put my mind at ease with install. Brad reached out the following day and said he needed to check another thing to complete installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have a few friends looking at going tankless and I will gladly recommend Major Drain.

I called another plumbing company and they quoted me $600, That $600 was for the following day appointment . I was desperate so called a friend and they suggested Major Drain- I called them at 10 minutes until 6 even though they close at 6 PM- they had someone out here at 7:15 and they were gone by 7:45. The price was unbelievably cheaper, and Jake was outstanding and even cleaned up the mess when cleaning out drain. he also insured that all toilets were functioning properly. Go to this company they are nothing short of amazing!!!!

I have nothing to say but good. My son called to have them come out to my home due to blocked main drain. I thought it would be several hours or next day but they were at my home in 30 mins and had it cleared in about 30 to 40 mins. Very fast, efficient and left the area clean. Super friendly, informative and did not try to upsell. Their cost to do this was very reasonable. I live in an 1953 model home and this main drain is a thorn in my side. Major flood in our basement, standing water, along with sewer backup covering the concrete floors covered in cream colored carpet and it is a royal mess! I phone a local friend who recommended Major Drain as the absolute Best to contact and it’s Saturday Night!!! I make the call and a sweet lady takes my number and promises a visit the following day since it’s so late Saturday evening. Enter the Hero, “Chad” phoned almost three hours early than the appointed time and went to work immediately, bringing in equipment to open up the drain and get things flowing once again. He used the equipment but could only open the clogged drain in the basement floor a few feet when he informed me that he would like to use the cancer to determine the extent of the damage. Worst situation possible, cast iron price has cracks and must be replaced. Chad explained in great detail the repair work required and he also informed both my husband and myself tgat he must consult with the others and that they would be preparing an estimate for the repairs. The professionalism, kindness and great detail that he provided gave us an accurate accounting of what was required. I am greatly satisfied with this Company and its representative, Chad. We’ve been given videos, pre-estimate and a detailed explanation of what must be completed. We do plan to get this work done immediately but we wanted to let others know of this amazing Company. The houses main drainage line was completely blocked, and they cleared it the right way. They used a large-drain, power-snake and the cable was tipped with blades that spin to scrape the pipe walls. They used that completely clean the walls of the main drain pipe, so its draining water like the pipe is new. Im confident that pipe will remain clear for a long, long time.

Then I had bob from major drain.Bob was confident and reassuring when we talked . Bob knew exactly what he was doing and got my main unclogged in no time . Then he proceeded to make sure all my drains were working correctly . I was amazed . Bob knows what he is doing . I would recommend them to everybody . And they did it for about 700$ . Totally worth it and I got a warranty . Call them there good.

Major Drain is our go to plumber. We have a mid century house that has had several plumbing issues since we bought it a few years back. We have worked with some other smaller contractors but got burnt by them. We found Major Drain online and called. They’ve handled a few jobs for us now and have done a few assessments and all of our interactions have been amazing. The have replaced the stack from our kitchen sink drain to the basement and replaced a line from two separate bathroom sinks that had started to corrode. Everything continues to work wonderfully and I think their pricing is affordable. They are also very sweet to our dog whenever they come over.

The young man that came out this September 2022 was so polite and so professional. He did a fantastic job.They have a very good value in terms of what they charge because I have compared them to others in the past. They always give a fair price. And like I said they were happy to honor the warranty and come out to address an issue.They were great about booking that quickly when I told them the drain was bubbling up, to make sure that I did not have any overflow issues damage my floors .That worked with my schedule and arrived promptly. This morning my kitchen sink was backing up. Called Major Drain and Chad was at my house in less than an hour. This is an emergency plumber, so it does cost more, I appreciate that he was respectful of that and was extremely effecient. He got immediately to work, figured out that my line had a quirk within minutes, knew what the problem was, adjusted his approach and cleared the drain from the roof. He did a great job, and still managed to complete the job in an hour, and provide a 90 day warranty on the line. I will absolutely use Major Drain again.

Kitchen sink was backing up and garbage disposal wasn’t working. Estimated they could come out around 4-5 pm the same day. Chad was able to come out much sooner than that around 1 pm and quickly fixed the issue! It was a simple fix that the garbage disposal needed reset so he just charged the maintenance fee of $50! He noticed I didn’t have the right tool to reset it myself so he left me one. Had he needed to fix the sink the quoted price was less than $200, and I think that is very reasonable.Chad was very professional, courteous, and timely. Leaving me the knowledge and tools to prevent it in the future goes a long way with me! Major Drain will by my household’s go to plumbers.

My main basement drain started backing up late Thursday night. I was recommended by a friend to contact them as they do work for our business. I called about 10am Friday and had an appointment at 12:00pm. WOW. Quick! Tyrone and John let me know 15 minutes out of their arrival and they were friendly, and got right down to business. They diagnosed, explained my options, and remedied the problem quickly. They found that a clean out pipe had never been accessed before (even though I had a different company hour just a year prior for a back up). They opened up a hole in the wall to access it and cleaned out decades worth of crud out of it. They let me know where I could find a door to purchase and cover the valve. Now, it will be easily accessible in the future. They cleaned up after they left, which is always appreciated. I am very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend them! Well, that entire experience changed as we just had an emergency on 2/23/22 and were told by the receptionist they do not have emergency hours or rates even though Im pretty sure we had used their emergency after hours service a couple years ago. We had a leak that needed looked into and couldnt figure out where the leak was coming from. She gave us the soonest time of 2 weeks which is about the same appointment time frame was for just standard week like we had 3 weeks ago. Emergencies are not the same as standard work. She also couldnt give any recommendations as to who would do emergency work.Major Drain is a great plumber as long as you do not have emergencies. BEWARE, they do NOT have emergency services.

The gentleman was prompt, kind, and professional. I thought it would cost much more than it did and I appreciated the fair price. Will recommend and will use in the future if another problem arises.

Very happy with the work I had done. Bought an older house a year back and slowly finding more and more frankensteined fixes throughout, particularly with plumbing, so finding a reliable plumber I can come back to is key and I feel I have found them.Needed a few pipes in my basement replaced as they began to rust. The gentlemen who came to do the inspection was very thorough and listened to any concerns I had. All said and done by the time he was finished I had a clear picture of the extent of work needed and my worries alleviated concerning some minor things. They then emailed the full price quote shortly after and it was more than reasonable for what needed to be done.Definitely looking forward to working with them more on other issues and some of our renovations in the future.

I received a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to the service. Upon arrival the team was courteous, and explained, in detail, all the work they would be performing on my sprinkler system. The bid came in at only about half of what I expected the cost to be! They replaced four sections of pipe and recharged my sprinkler system in only about an hour. 100% will be using them again if the need arises.

These guys were a breath of fresh air. My bath/toilet drains were blocked, and I called Burton prior to calling Major Drain: They walked through the house and talked at me for 90 minutes about all my options, (ranging from $350 to $1200 + monthly membership fee haha). They insisted on a $250 toilet removal fee and had no way of removing the fee if I popped it myself, so I kicked them out. Complete waste of time. Then I called Major Drain. They showed up on time, decided on a course of action in 5 minutes, and unclogged the drain within 20 minutes. All at a fair price. Awesome. 10/10 would call again.

After having a different company spend over 6 hours at my house trying to unclog the kitchen sink they told me it would have to be hydro-jetted at a cost of $1450.00, I called Major Drain and the lady on the phone (I cant recall her name) was extremely knowledgeable and said she was confident it didnt need to be jetted after I explained the situation. A few hours later Ryan showed up on time and was in and out of my house in an hour, and he only had to use the snake at a cost of just under $140.00. Ryan was extremely professional and genuinely a nice person, Major Drain is now saved in my phone and will get all of my plumbing business going forward.

I was referred to Major Drain by another high quality local plumber, so that told me something positive about the company before I ever even dealt with them.I made had an appointment for Tuesday at 10:30am and by 10:15 the plumber was on the job! We called and they were at our house in less than the 45 minutes they estimated.They were done in an hour, courteous, clean and very reasonable pricing. The job was done for about $139, compared to $250 - $600 for most other companies.There are other reputable and affordable plumbing companies out there, Major Drain had availability and fit the bill. I would recommend them to others.The only thing they could do better is bring plastic sheets to cover flooring to protect from small splatters. I had some, so it worked out ok. Overall, 5 stars.
