Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Omaha are incredible! We closed on our home and later that night found that our hot water wasn’t working. I called them the next day and they came out the very same day, inspected, and installed the water heater. Not only were they completely convenient, but the customer service was top-notch. We plan to use Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Omaha for all of our plumbing services going forward for the simple fact that they cared about our situation, they did everything to be convenient as we were traveling out of town and were able to just give them the garage code and trust they’d get the job done. They kept us updated throughout the day until the project was finished, sent us several photos, and we walked into a clean area and hot water! Thank you, to our AWESOME technicians, Izzy and Ron, for all you did to make this a seamless and stress-free situation that started out as a big worry for new home owners. And to the guy who answered the phone with a smile on his face, as he was so kind and reassuring and set the tone for an amazing experience right from the start!

Could not have had a better experience with Mr. Rooter! I called because I had a stopped up garbage disposal. I was shocked when they said that they could have someone out within the hour. The plumber, Izzy, was communicative and friendly. He was clear about pricing. He fixed the disposal and didnt try to cut straight to replacement. I felt valued as a customer and felt that pricing was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company!

We had a kitchen sink that had been draining slowly for a long time and finally became plugged. We called Mr. Rooter and Ron came out within 30 minutes and had the sink unclogged in 20 minutes. Watching the water drain down the sink was a beautiful sight. He then proceeded to do a camera inspection and hydro jetting of the tile line to the sewer and took care of some tree roots. In addition, he diagnosed a wet spot in the drywall in the garage below the bathroom and discovered some damaged insulation and drywall from a previous toilet leak. He was quick, professional, thorough & friendly. The price was reasonable. We are very happy with the service.

Bryson and his team were amazing. I had a floor drain back up and it turned out to be an utter disaster of roots and destroyed clay piping in my sewer line. I needed a replacement.The team came out, gave me assurances every step of the way, and went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. They worked with me on financing to help ease the cost. When it came to the technical aspect of getting the job done they chose routes that were harder on them, but more beneficial to me (such as finding a way to work around my retaining wall so that the whole thing wouldnt have to come down). On top of all of that Bryson and the team approached the whole job by caring about me, the home owner, first. They answered any questions I had, listened genuinely and intently to my concerns, and were up front and honest through out the whole process. They acted with such integrity that I know for sure if anything happens in the future I will call on them again as well as refer them to anybody who asks. I cannot recommend them enough.

I will always be calling Mr Rooter when I need a plumber. I always am greeted with a courteous person on the phone and theyve worked so well with my schedule to get someone out as soon as possible. I had Ronnie come out this last time. He was just so knowledgable and professional as well as a nice person. I’ve had 3 different occasions where I called Mr Rooter and one of those was a late night emergency a few years back. I’d give them a solid 5 stars for each interaction. I highly recommend them.

Ron Peterson was dispatched to our home two weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, to fix a clogged toilet. My husband and I were impressed with his work ethic and how personable he was that we special requested him to replace our water heater today. The coldest day of the year, -37° windchill, Ron showed up and finished the job. We are already planning for him to come back in the Spring to run a camera through our pipes. I highly recommend Ron and Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs!Edit…(12/28/2022) Third call to Mr. Rooter. We had a sink that wouldn’t drain in a bathroom. We called around 7am this morning for a leaking garbage disposal and were told someone would be out between 8-10. Bubba showed up, informed us that the disposal would need to be replaced and confirmed if the price would be okay before going to the supply house. He was able to get it all replaced before 10 am and I am very happy to have that fixed before we have family up for the Holidays. Friendly and helpful!

I recently hired Mr Rooter for a mainline backup/emergency call and had such a good experience I wanted to summarize it and call out my tech by name.This backup occurred on Superbowl Sunday and I called Mr Rooter right away.Izzie was able to come out within about 30 min, provide a detailed estimate upfront, and spent extra time resolving the issue with his snake pushing this flange cover out to the street!Izzie really went the extra mile in my opinion. The problem was that another contractor had installed a new toilet and flange in my bathroom during a home remodel. During the install they dropped the new flange cover into my plumbing and didn’t retrieve it. The flange cover is very similar size of the cast-iron pipe but with ~30 years of hard water there is scale in the cast iron that makes it hard to pass an item this large through.Izzie spent a good deal of time pushing this cap through my pipes to the city drainage. If he hadn’t done this it could have required a repair as much as $100 per foot, and around 40 feet to descale. I really appreciated this service and think Mr Rooter is an honest, upfront, ,and fast company. Would hire again.

Mr Ray Bazer came out to my property and did a visual inspection of all my issues. He not only quoted me the lowest price but he also completed the work all on the same day. WOW! Here’s what’s extra special, He not only completed the work I needed but when he noticed other random issues unrelated to the contract work, like a toilet shut off valve that was leaking, he just fixed it. He quoted us the worst case and the best case scenario, and said it could be fixed today. He bought a better part than we even asked for and installation was quick and clean. The price was fair. Mr. Rooter was a great experience. The main water drain in my basement backed-up and caused some water issues. I called two companies in the area and Mr. Rooter was able to get out to my house within 2 hours of my call. The plumber, called 20 minutes ahead of time to give a heads up he was on the way. When he arrived, Alex shook my hand introduced himself with a smile and quickly got to work. He identified the main issue and what it was stemming from in a matter of minutes. He fixed the issue, gave me a bit of a tutorial on why it happened, what steps I can do to remedy in the future, and what he was going to do to fix it today. Only took a matter of 30-45 minutes to do all of this. Fantastic experience, awesome service, will make me call Mr.Rooter anytime for any future drainage issues. Well done.

Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve while in the process of cooking for Christmas dinner. My husband worked steadily for 6 hours trying to clear the drain. We have been having problems with our plumbing since we moved in. Had used another plumber who kept uncloging our floor drain but no explanation of what was happening. We called Mr. Rooter and Ron came out. Within 30 minutes. He showed us how the sumpump was incorrectly installed and not working, and found that our waters line to the fridgerator w a set up to code. He we was honest with us on what we needed and didnt need. He was professional and explained everything so we could understand what we was happening. Not what you want but definitely needed to be resolved. Adrian was able to replace some piping ( thats a simple description but you get it) and fix the leak. Overall, I think most people are looking for value when they hire someone to work on their home and we certainly received it with the job that Adrian performed!
