Steven with Omaha Drain has taken good care of us and provides great service making sure were informed and asking if we have any questions or concerns. He dispatched Jack and Jake out who did a wonderful job installing the new Flow Tech device, fixing the leak on the Halo filtration system, and installing a new toilet. Theyre all good guys. I hope I dont have to call them back soon, but if I do, I know they provide excellent service and do great work.

We had Omaha drain out to take a look at the main drain in our basement. The technician Steve was on time and incredibly professional. He took extra care to keep our house clean with protective plastic and shoe covers. He found damage in our main sewer lines that we didn’t know we had, but he had it draining in less than an hour. We went ahead with their estimate for the repairs, and their team came and repaired the sewer line under our basement floor in less than a day! I had an awesome experience with Omaha Drain, and I’d highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues

Justice defined the scope of work, explained the process in detail, and established the timeline for the project.The work was completed within the established time frame and cost. Justice provided status reports on the progress of the project almost on a daily basis and made himself available for any questions. Wow! Omaha drain really came through for us. We had our basement drain backing up for two days while we waited for Roto Rooter to come. They kept rescheduling us and we couldn’t get ANYONE on the phone. We called Omaha Drain, and a plumber was at our house within 45 minutes. They had our basement pipes replaced within the same day. The amount of work that they are able to do in a day is incredible

Here’s the thing. This could have been a disaster, company coming to stay for the holiday and we can’t use showers, dishwasher, bathrooms. Gaje and Steven got the work done without scare tactics or ridiculous add on frees. No price jabbing on a Holiday Eve.So it’s the day before Thanksgiving and the main drain is backing up into the basement. I really didn’t expect Omaha Drain to have availability, but Barb worked to find technician with time to help us. Gaje was there at the time quoted, very polite and worked quickly.He tried clearing the drain, but the camera showed a blockage that wouldn’t budge. He then arranged for another technician, Steven, to bring hydro jet equipment. Success!! Price was what I was quoted and Steven walked us thru the cause of the blockage with practical, advice and recommendations for future repair or replacement of aging equipment. Friendly, knowledgeable help - no drama!

Justice at Omaha Drain is a pleasure to work with. He came out and did not BS us about anything. We have to have all of our plumbing ripped up under the foundation and replaced, which is a big job. We realized we couldnt wait to have the work done. We called Justice and he came out on his day off (Sunday) to help get us set up for the workers to start within a day or two. Every single person from the initial tech that found our issue, to Aaron who explained our very extensive sewer and pipe issue, to the evacuation crew lead by Isaiah and Marzee, have been amazing.The communication and professionalism has been more than we ever expected. I cannot stress how important it is to find a company that not only cares about their job but also their clients. The folks at Omaha Drain embody this and so much more.I recently got a patch job done for my standing shower along with new hardware installation. This was not an easy job, the shower is old and required cutting into dry wall to get to the interior plumbing. Dylan came out and was not only honest with his work but realistic with the results. Unfortunately, due to the age of the shower the patch did not set properly. This wasnt an issue for Dylan though, as he showed up again just a few days later and redid the whole project FREE OF CHARGE! Needless to say, this was a stellar service that went far beyond what I was expecting.So, if youre in the market for a plumbing service I highly recommend these folks. You wont be disappointed.

The first time I had them come out, it was to hydro jet my sewer line, the most recent time was to install a new faucet & garbage disposal. From the beginning of the interaction with the dispatcher to getting the quote to the service appointment, all interactions were kind and professional, which I really appreciated. The price Izzy quoted me was reasonable and he was honest with me about how I could get the best price from them based on my needs. The job was done right, done quick and left clean. I’m definitely glad I called them and plan to use them again in the future.

You never know when something in your house is going to fail. Recently, we had Omaha Drain out after a floor drain backed up. Aaron came out immediately despite having a booked schedule and that it was late in the day. His inspection was thorough and unfortunately he had to deliver bad news that the cast iron under our house needed to be replaced and needed emergent attention.The Omaha Drain excavation team (Isaiah, Luis, David) was out 3 days later to start work. They made quick work exposing the old pipe. Given the nature of the work, they still kept the site relatively clean. The plumbing crew (Raad, Joe, Gage) started replacing pipe on day 3. After inspection, the team was able to backfill and place concrete on day 4-5.Overall, we were very happy with the entire Omaha Drain team. While no one wants to have to replace their entire drain system, the Omaha Drain team made the process effortless through efficient communication and full transparency. They went above and beyond by tunneling underneath my shower to save me from retiling it!Would highly recommend. Everyone did an excellent job and cleaned up fairly well with removing concrete and installing new drain system in basement foundation. My only complaint I have is that the garage disposal installed was either defective or installed improperly. After filling up my sink the pressure from a full basin of water caused water to dump under my sink. When plumber came to fix they tried to down sell me in my opinion a lesser brand of garbage disposal. I would like the exact model that was installed originally. I’ve since talked to someone to rectify hopefully it will be fixed shortly. Everyone did a great job with everything else.Update* As soon as I wrote the review I received a call and within a hour it was installed and fixed. Turns out it was a defective unit. Without a 4.5 choice, I put 4. The 0.5 reduction in satisfaction arose at the end of the project. One, the clean-up was not pristine. The new cement doesnt mesh smoothly with the old. Will carpet installers insist on applying a levelling product? Thats probably not inexpensive. Also, there was much dirt left to sweep up. It included dried mud and tiny cement pieces. Cement was left on a baseboard and a wall. Two, when moving a dresser back into the bedroom, one leg was rubbed against a door frame--Kathy saw it happen--which left paint residue on the leg, and some also on the skirt. I was unable to wipe all of it off. Its expensive furniture. These two irks caused the 4.5. Otherwise, we thought the work was great. Aaron was outstanding in his care and effort to do the best for us. All were friendly and polite and understanding. I do recommend them.

Since I am unable to review Omaha Drain twice, I will combine two different service calls into one review.We live in an older home (1977) and the bathtub, main bathroom, kitchen sink and clothes washer all utilize the same small drain pipe that leads to the main line.After all those years, we were experiencing periodic slow draining that would back up into the basement sink. I would run a snake down the line and it would be good for about 6 months before I had to do it again.Bart and Aaron came out and we went over all the options and ended up having that smaller line and then the larger lines cleaned out with two different power washer devices. The guys worked extensively to first get rid of the tree roots near the city line (recurring issue) and then go back and clean out the smaller line into the larger line and then clean out the main line to the street. Seeing how it went, I am confident I wont be needing to snake that line out anymore and we can get back to tree root purging every so often. They stuck to their estimate despite what surely seemed like more work than we had figured. We were able to replace our basement carpet with confidence not long after they were done.Bart and Aaron once again did a great job of taking care of our plumbing needs when a few months later, we had a hose bibb that was original to the house fail and was in a very difficult place to reach.Bart and Aaron took great care to replace the unit and reroute it so if it ever was a problem again down the road, it would be a lot easier to deal with.Their planning and care for my house was as if it were working on their own home.Thanks again and we will only call Omaha Drain again in the future if the need arises.Jim

Had to break up concrete in garage floor to get to pipe that we were afraid was cracked and going to have to replace a lot of pipe. Ended up only needing to replaced a foot or so of pipe but found the problem in that piece of pipe. Somehow a squirrel got in there and was stuck. Could have been worse. Aaron and Bart were amazing and did a great job. They also made the long day not feel so stressful, which help me not be so stressed out too. Izzy and Aaron were the first two contact team members onsite, their professional knowledge of the problems we were facing with our sewer line was invaluable in helping me understand the serious problem of our decayed out of date sewer line. Watching them navigate the camera pointing out the cracks, broken areas of the line, standing water from being bellowed in different areas and seeing active sewer mites/flies was overwhelming to say the least. Problems that Roto Rooter failed to reveal to me when they initially inspected the line. The excavation team members; Saul, Steven, Jaris and Bob worked like a well oiled machine in keeping me informed every step of the way. Their care for our home when I had to leave them there alone because of my away from home work demands, was invaluable. Property was always locked up and secured upon their departure (Thank you Saul for overseeing that part of the job). Steven your excavation skills are amazing, a truly confident professional. Jaris I know you arrived later due to out of state work but your expertise onsite did not go unnoticed, great job! And Bob, the two days I got to speak with you was truly meaningful in knowing a true patriot worked inside our our home. And to top it all off, half the crew was prior active military (Aaron/Saul), cant recall who else served but overall everyone was team oriented. I was desperate to get a plumber out to replace valves to keep my frozen food from thawing out. Ron came after receiving a call from my wife late in the afternoon. He didn’t have the parts needed to fix the problem but came back early the next day. He was very courteous and professional, and fixed everything I needed. He even took the time to hook up the water line to the new refrigerator. I’m not going to say it was cheap, but considering my circumstances I’m glad I got a plumber that was experienced and knew what he was doing!

Today, Omaha Drain came out to install about 25 ft of pipe from my house, halfway out to the street. I was highly impressed by Jaris Genhardt’s excavations skills. He dug the hole down to the pipe very quickly, and was able to fill the hole even quicker. He was meticulous about making sure everything was covered up correctly, and the extra dirt cleared from my yard. I highly recommend (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) Omaha Drain; Jaris, Aaron and Bart. My grandma had some work done back in September. During that time we had a family tragedy. My grandma wasn’t able to get some of the paperwork in on time regarding the loan. The owner, my grandmother, and I sat down and got it all figured out. The owner was very kind, patient, and professional. Called a plumber on Monday morning to see if someone could help us with some clogged drains. They referred me to Omaha Drain and we were able to get someone to come right away. Jesse was our person for Monday, he was very friendly and professional , was upfront with recommendations and what the cost would be. He spent awhile trying to unblock our sink drain all the while with a smile on his face. We had to schedule someone to come the next day to hydro jet our lines and Collin and Paul were the two that did this. They were also very professional and courteous and finished the job for us . I wouldn’t hesitate to call Omaha Drain in the future. Very happy with results.

Thomas K was professional, friendly and thorough from the minute he walked in my home. Didn’t seem annoyed by my 20 million questions and was ready with an answer every time. Got my drain unblocked and cleaned and even helped me clean the floor of as much of the sludge as he could. Thomas, as long as you are my plumber, I’ll continue to use Omaha Drain! The first guy, Thomas, showed up and had a bit of a challenge locating the clog in my drain, after about 5 hours, he asked if they could come back the next day to continue. Bill showed up the next day and was able to locate and clear the clog in about an hour. This review is 5 stars only because Bill was able to get it taken care of. Thomas was fairly new to the company and may need more experience under his belt, but I feel like maybe he should not have been expected to do this on his own. In my opinion, shame on management for expecting him to come by himself to do a job that he was not properly ready to complete.
