I have used Futuramic since approximately 1978 in every home I have owned, the last home now 20 years, same unit. I have never had to call for any issues ever. I like having my softener salt delivered also. Great company!!! I cannot imagine using anyone else’s service or salt. Futuramic is the best.

We have done business with Futuramics Clean Water Center for years!! We have their water softner that is amazing for our hard water issue and they deliver our salt. Great service and great product! We live in the country and had high nitrates in our well. Phil designed a whole house water filtration system for us. He even helped me with the paperwork to get a rebate from the state. We have lived in our new house a couple of months and everything is working great. Phil walked us through how everything works, the app, maintenance, etc. I would highly recommend Futuramic!

Futuramic’s did an amazing job from start to finish. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. The install was smooth and the plumbing work was very impressive. The installer went out of his way to not only make it as functional as possible, but it really looks as aesthetically pleasing as well. The results have been fantastic and we have and would recommend their services to everyone.We shopped around a little bit and for the system we chose the pricing was very comparable and even competitive. However, for the quality of workmanship and service we received, I would say we got an amazing deal. Too often today, service and quality come second to price, but with Futuramic’s it was a total package. I can’t say enough nice things and hope this review helps you at least give them a good look when you are ready for a soft water system for your home. You won’t be disappointed!

I hired Aksarben to install my water softener and the bypass was leaking within a month. I didnt trust them to repair it since they also installed my tankless water heater incorrectly. Futuramic took care of the bypass leaking. I guess Aksarben are not professionals.

I have had a Futuramic Clean Water system for many years and at some point we all know things can wear out and unfortunately it was ours that did. I decided to check into other water softeners and costs and I was totally surprised how much these costs went up. Even with Futuramic the cost of inflation had it over the years. After checking other companies out, I went back to Futuramic. They could replace what you might call the brains of the system for half the cost a new system would cost, plus I decided to go with adding the Reverse Osmosis which they gave me a good deal with being a long term customer with them. I appreciate the work they did, and also having an updated system with again soft water for our hard well water that we have. Thanks!

We have received water softener salt delivery from Futuramics Clean Water Center since they installed the softener in our new home about 10 years ago. We have always been 100% satisfied. We are an older couple so it is important that they not only deliver the salt to our home, but the driver carries it to the lower level and adds it to the softener. When the salt runs low, we just call the office and have them put us on the delivery schedule. We pay using a credit card so its very convenient. We have had different drivers but they are all courteous, friendly and trustworthy.

We talked to a Futuramic owner at the Lincoln Home show this year. They quoted a home show price, and months later they honored that price, no questions asked. The water softener we purchased is so much more efficient that our old one. No more hauling heavy bags of salt to the basement constantly. The installation was quickly accomplished, even though they had to redo piping. We are really pleased with the whole experience. And , yes! we now have lovely soft water.

Alright, bear with me. Moved back to Omaha about 15 months ago. Included in the town home was a softener system that the seller said she didnt use...I dont believe in them. Dont like soft water? Dont like cleaner clothes? Dont like softer skin that doesnt dry out? OK. Whatever. It was obvious the system in place was old, maybe it didnt work. Before we moved in, we did some renovating, which included calling a well known, well advertised company for an estimate for a softener. You know the one...no softening if you dont use water, no electricity. The owner came, saw what we had, announced that he had no idea what it was, but would throw it away for you. We gave it some thought, but because I wasnt sure about spending over $1000 at that moment, I blew it off - didnt do anything. This year I decided to look into it again. I went and looked at the system and saw a sticker for Futuramic on the system. Never heard of them. Googled it, and found the phone number. They looked up our address, had records for it having been installed over 15 years ago. They offered to take a look, suggesting that it may just take a few replacement O-Rings to operate again. Which is exactly what happened. Less than $200 later, we have a perfectly functioning softening system that reminds us how much we like soft water. No trying to up sell, no offering to replace with a newer, more expensive system, and no offering to throw it away. Just an honest service guy who spent an hour checking it out, doing a modest repair, and moving on. We love it. And, it only softens when we use water - saving both salt and water. These guys were honest, efficient, quick, accommodating, and thorough. We couldnt ask for anything more. 5-Stars, because we cant give six. Highly recommend.

I have a Water Softener that was not a product from Futuramic Clean Water Center Omaha, NE. I emailed the MFG of the unit. He explained to me that they were only a MFG and did not do service. But they would send my service request to the dealer in my area. That was on 8/18/2016. I checked my email on 8/19/2016 and i had received an email from Phil from Futuramic Clean Water Omaha, NE, at 9:30 pm. And Phil and I emailed a few times back and forth and set up an appointment to service the unit. Phil showed up on time and did his magic, Completely checked the unit. Did a water test, Said unit was working fine but still delivering hard water. Upon his further inspection he found a plumbing issue. A bad valve. Valve has been changed and now we have soft water. I called Futuramics after my second Reverse Osmosis system died leaving a mess in my kitchen. The old systems were the typical big box store Whirlpool model. Each lasting about 5 years before leaking in the cabinet and onto our kitchen floor. At least I had put in a water alarm the last time so we caught it before the flood got to big.So I called Futuramics after a pleasant experience with my water softener install a few years back. They told us we could get their system installed and they would also hook in our fridge ice and water too. They offered a rent to own plan and their filters run about half the cost of my old system. I was sold and scheduled the install.Rick came out at planned time, removed our old system and ran the new lines, new tank, and new fridge line connected to their RO and filter system. I was pleased with the install and he cleaned up everything before leaving. We only had to pay for installation, less than my plumber would have charged and a pro-rated rent amount.We have a great working flow now and can fill a gallon jug quickly without stopping. Also our ice and fridge water are clear and clean-tasting. And they installed an automatic cutoff that will detect a leak AND cut off the water flow to prevent another flood.They really listened to our concerns and met our needs.I recommend Futuramics now for water softeners and Reverse Osmosis systems, they listen, and the systems save money every month. We are very pleased with our systems.

Hi there everyone at THE BEST water center ANYWHERE !Beverly & I came up to the Futuramic Clean Water Center right there in Omaha from Smithville Mo. back in July of 2017. In Dec. of 1990 we had bought a Rainsoft AQ24CT soft water system brand new here in KC and used it for 12 years. With instructions from the Rainsoft factory on the proper storage procedures it sat for13 years when we sold our house in 2002.We bought my uncles 1954 ranch home at that time. It had been added on to twice. Its crawl spaces had part galvanized & part copper and a little plastic plumbing with no practical way to place & get hooked up to the softner.In 2015 we did a COMPLETE remodeling and incorporated ADA standards thru out the house. Now we have all copper plumbing with a Echo Smart 27 electric tankless water heater, a utility sink and the water softner with 6 stage RO water organized right in the attached garage.Believe me, I asked a LOT of questions directed to both Phil & Phil Jr. They deserve a yeomans award for having MUCHO patience with all my questions. Seriously, they are BOTH great teachers (about more things that water systems too). Man, was I ever the sponge on that particular day. You know it gets harder & harder to find people with the REAL expertise on equipment that goes back for many years. Especially those whom will share their knowledge with you, and SO GLADLY TOO!I can remember that I bought a NOS control panel/computer board, a good used head, o-rings, a pick up tube, all the parts they know that will show extra wear over time, all the ones you should have on hand for future repairs. They also told me how to fix a constant water flow out of the waste line that just had started on my RO unit with a $8.00 backflow valve. Other places had told me that I needed a new RO unit.After we got home I came to realize that from my time visiting with the Rhodes I could upgrade my original RO unit with an extra 10 filter and a triple canister holder. Also I can have a much faster gallon per hour recovery rate by adding a double stacked membrane unit and the backflow valve I needed to stop the leak. All the fittings are Guest & Murdock quick connects. I built this new unit using a lot of my original equipment for less that a new unit AND I have a much better, more efficient system too!!!I ll never forget about having a GREAT disicussion with Phil about Alex Gordon, Omahas home town, gold glove, all star AL outfielder. We both agreed that he hit the most important home run in Royals history - that bottom of the nineth inning shot, with 2 out AND 2 strikes (ALWAYS look for the GREAT 2 strike Hitters - they will kill you) - to dead center - well over the fence, in game one of the 2015 World Series. What a back breaker!!! (For the Mets - you know - it was in the bag, eh?) Alex stepped right up to the pit, reached out & into those red hot coals and calmly set them right on the Mets plate - and they had to sit there, and just watch them burn right on thru their shiny armor. It is not JUST doing it that counts-- its WHEN you do it that REALLY MATTERS!From that point on, believe me, the Mets knew there wasnt a thing they could do about it, meaning it was up to US to loose it. It set the stage for what came to pass as so many opponents had learned that season (and this year with the Chiefs in the NFL, too). As that ol saying goes, at the right time, with certain teams, its so true - It REALLY aint over TIL it,s over. PAY ATTENTION my dad would say, RELAX - BE READY!!!Well I am sorry because I have been WAY TOO LONG in the tooth & worse, WAY PAST DUE with this comment. The truth must be told.
