We have an old beast of a furnace no one wants to work on, but when it wasn’t heating we needed help. We called on a Friday morning and Russ arrived that afternoon. He was awesome and explained everything, and got us back up and running. Everyone from our initial call to the service technician was great. Highly recommend Frazier!

We received an email notice that the furnace had a fault and was not operating. Thats a feature of our fancy smart thermostat. Interesting that the notice was even before we noticed the house getting cooler. It was 20 degrees outside. It was Sunday and we were on our way to church so we called the Frazier Company and left a message with the after hours telephone assistant - a live person not a recording. We got a return call from Russ at Frazier before wed sat down and arranged for him to meet us at home at 1:00 after the service.At exactly 1:00, Russ knocked on the door, entered and put on his booties. It didnt take long to diagnose the issue and fix it. While he was here, Russ checked the filters, checked the settings and made sure all the fittings were tight.While no one is eager to have a furnace problem in the winter and on a Sunday, we are grateful to be able to rely on the Frazier Company to be on our side. Capable, honest and nice people are the words Id use to describe them. We highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning went out and it was heating up in the house! I called Frazier Cos emergency line and they had a tech out to my house in less than 35 minutes. Russ was our service tech and I gotta say he is probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Courteous, Super-Friendly, Funny and knows his stuff. He had us fixed up in about 45 minutes. Russ should be the poster guy for Customer Service because he is the real deal! Thank you Russ! I will recommend your company to anyone that is looking for heating and air service! 5 stars!

Had a new AC unit installed by The Frazier Co. Jason came out and was very courteous, professional, honest & answered all my questions. Additionally, he went above and beyond by lining up the install while he was on vacation. Heath and Zach were courteous and professional as well and was willing to answer any questions. They did a great job on the install. The electrician that came out was respectful. Shelly was very prompt and courteous on having the service tech come out to inspect the work, I really appreciated the call from Shelly letting me know that James was on the way. The courteousness and respectfulness followed with James as well. Overall this was a great experience and I really do appreciate how The Frazier Co handled the whole process. This is definitely a top notch company and I recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.

After our old heating and air conditioning units needed to be replaced, a representative from the sales department came and went over our options for new units. They installed quality replacements and have been servicing the systems since that time. Russ is our technician and he is dependable, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The Frazier Company has been my service provider for years, and last year installed my new furnace / AC. Russ has always been my residential HVAC service technician, and I wouldnt request anyone else. Always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt! Came out to diagnose high humidity in my house and within 30 minutes my humidity dropped by twenty and I was looking for a sweatshirt! Andrew came to our house today to service our AC. He was courteous and professional and worked efficiently to service our equipment inside and outside.When Andrew arrived my wife asked if he would wear a mask inside the house. He agreed without hesitation and only asked that we also wear one which we did.We have used The Frazier Company for many years now under a service maintenance agreement. Their workmanship has always been excellent. I continue to believe that annual service of our AC and Heating units prolongs their life and with that said I will continue to use and recommend The Frazier Company.I can’t ask for more, quality work at a fair price.

We just built our second home with The Frazier Company doing the HVAC and plumbing on both homes. We have also held a maintenance agreement with them for almost 12 years and have nothing but positive experiences. If you are looking for an honest company that operates with integrity and is committed to doing the right thing, then look no further! The technicians are wonderful to work with- always explaining things thoroughly to ensure we understand and taking as much time as needed to answer any questions. We love when Russ comes to service our equipment! We spent a good amount of time with a number of individuals during our home builds, and all of them were professional, courteous, and worked hard to make sure the jobs were done right. I am a firm believer that if you get quality equipment installed well and serviced appropriately, it will preform well for many years. We experienced that with our previous home (no issues) and look forward to many more years with The Frazier Company taking care of us in our current home!

My wife signed up for the maintenance program and to be honest, I was concerned that we paid for service, but would be sold something additional on each visit. We had our AC checked yesterday by Myron and it was exactly the opposite. He was very experienced, listened to our concerns and the system is working much smoother and quieter. He took time to explain how we can maintain our AC and answered all of our questions. I am very glad we purchased this program and my first impression is that we can trust Frazier to provide quality and not sell us something we dont need. We have used Frazier for our HVAC System Maintenance for over six years so it wasnt a hard decision to have them install our new furnance and A/C. Jason the Sales Manager was very helpful in answering all of our questions before making a final decision. Zach and Cody did a professional install of our unit and were very courteous with our concerns of the new unit. The electrician that came out was very respectful and courteous. Andrew who did the start up was knowledgeable and helpful explaining our new HVAC system and answering our remaining questions. The Frazier Co handled the whole process seamlessly. Their communication and knowledge was incredible. Overall this was a great experience. I would highly recommend Frazier for anyone needing HVAC services.

We had previously had out a local company and they were telling us we needed to replace items that were going to cost us over $2,000 after a routine maintenance cleaning.We got a second opinion from Frasier and were told that the cleaning was not done properly and that the replacement parts recommended were not necessary.That technician talk to me through everything he did and showed me what wasnt done properly and was very professional and courteous.Would highly recommend them!!!

Beyond impressed with the service we received. Came home last night to find that our AC was leaking inside the house. I called Frazier Co at 8 AM this morning and they had someone out here by 9:30 AM (The high for today was 100). The issue turned out to be minor and something that I probably could have done myself but I have very little experience with AC units. Russ took the time to show me the problem and show me how to fix it in the future. I will certainly be a return customer should we have any problems with our AC.

I have used Frazier company for two separate issues. 1st one was a plumbing issue on a spigot outside. Under a crawl area. Tech that came out was great. Professional work. No issues. It was three days to get him out. But they were one of the few companies to actually return my call with a plumbing issue. 2nd instance was with my AC that wasnt cooling on a 101 day in Omaha. I called in the morning, dispatch said it would be next morning. I understand. Sometimes we get spoiled with same day service. 3pm I get a call they can be there same day. Tech shows up. Diagnoses the issue. A couple hundred dollar service call. Im happy. Ill be a customer again.

With the recent hot weather, our air conditioning didnt seem to be working as well as it should. On Monday, I called The Frazier Company to have them check out the system. The next day, James arrived at the scheduled time and began the diagnostics of your A/C system, looking at the thermostat, furnace filter and the a-coil. He then hooked up his gauges to unit outside and determined that it was low on Freon, which took about 3 pounds to fill the system. It had been about 6 years since the unit was new so over time it apparently leaked out. James looked for leaks which was unable to find any obvious ones. Overall, James and The Frazier Company did a great job restoring the A/C system to our home in a quick and efficient manner. Thanks!

I simply love this company. I sent them an email about an issue I was having with our AC. I was contacted in less than 24 by a very friendly lady on the phone. She scheduled a technician for the same day! It was a gentleman named Russ who showed up for the appointment to look at our AC. He is an incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy. He not only finds the issues really quickly, but also explains what went wrong, what can go wrong in the future, what we can do to prevent related issues etc. He is simply a great guy. Russ came to our home today and serviced the furnace, the erv air filtration system and cleaned the air conditioner compressor. He arrived on time, asked us for our input on the service call and explained what he was doing every step of the way. This was our first experience with the Frazier Company, but we will definitely use them again based on the high quality service Russ provided.
