We just moved into a new house and after a day we noticed that the hot water pressure started to drop. The water heater was working fine during our final walk through of the house as I ensured to check it. Just a very untimely issue of it going bad, specially when we had people staying with us as they were helping us move. Needing this to be resolved quickly, I called multiple plumbers in the area and could not get anyone in to replace the water heater within the day. I stumbled across Fernando on google search and I am so happen I did. I gave him a call and left a voicemail: within the hour he returned my call. He then was able to come over to check out the issue I was having, and was able to confirm the issue as just needing to replace the water heater. He directed me to pick one up at a local big box store and that he could install it later that afternoon. I was able to get the water heater he recommended, plus I purchased a water softener since we had buildup issues as well. Once again the water softener was a recommendation of his, but he was not pushing me into buying it.Once I got home with the items, Fernando was able to come over and complete the install of both the water heater and water softener within only a couple of hours. By the end of the night, we were all able to enjoy a much needed hot shower. From first communication to completed install was only 1 day. I cannot thank Fernando more for the above and beyond customer service, professionalism, and skill of his craft. I highly recommend him and I will continue to use him going forward for any of our major plumbing issues or remodeling!

Oh my goodness! I cannot explain how much I appreciate and very happy with the service I received from Fernando! He was quick and on time!I was trying myself, to change my faucet, and it went haywire! Water going down into my basement, and it just was not pretty! Since we have an unusual size valve in our toilet they had to order it online but that arrived quickly and the next morning they returned to fix the toilet. We hired 402Plumbing (Fernando) to install a new water heater for us. Fernando was able to install a new water heater the same day ours went on the fritz. He also picked up the new water heater and made arrangements to have the old one picked up for us the following day. Very professional, knowledgeable and eager to satisfy our needs. The cost was more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. Give this man a call whenever you have plumbing needs. You wont be disappointed.

Tub faucet wouldn’t turn off at 8:45 PM. We had to shut off our water. Called Roto Rooter and the wait was 3 days long. Well, we can’t go without water for 3 days. Tried at least 2 other large well established companies that had 24 hour services. No one could come that night. Kept searching google and decided to try 402 Plumbing Services even if they closed at 9:30 PM. Fernando answered right away and came to our place in under an hour. He was nice and very professional. Fixed our faucet so we could have running water then came back the next day to finish the job (he needed some parts) Very reasonably priced. Really appreciate him coming out knowing that the job would take him past the usual business hours. Highly recommend this business!

Water heater went out on Friday. Searched around and found one company that seemed awful expensive and couldnt get anything done until at least Monday. Saw their company on Google listings and had good reviews. Fernando said they could get it done on Saturday, it would take about an hour and they would pick up the Water Heater from where I ordered it-Home Depot. They would also of course haul away the old one. The price was very reasonable and they were even able to get here earlier-had it done in no time and take payment via CC reader. Super nice and made this process very easy. Nice to have hot water again thanks guys!

Our toilet valve broke and my husband and I attempted to fix it ourselves. We had no idea what we were doing.Once we had installed the new parts, we realized we made some mistakes and there was a leak. We called 402 Plumbing around 6 p.m. on a Friday. Fernando was very kind and professional. He came within the hour and replaced the leaking pipe, fixed some of the issues we made when replacing the valve, and also helped answer some of our other plumping-related questions for future fixes.We will definitely be reaching out to Fernando again.

Fernando installed our water heater about a year ago, and recently the drain valve on it failed (manufacturer issue, no issue with the installation of the water heater). He replaced the plastic valve with a brass drain valve, and since it was under warranty, he did the work at no charge to us. Thanks, Fernando!
