Victor was referred to me by the Pro Desk at my local Home Depot. I was going to have the existing shower replaced in the home I had just moved into, with a shower surround, basin, and glass doors. Victor contacted me and told me he could do that for a price that was about 1/3 of what ReBath told me their STARTING price was. But he also suggested I consider a much nicer approach, with tiled walls and floor, and he sent me some pictures of other projects he had done. I picked the tile I wanted, and then he suggested the floor tiles for me, and they look great. Ripping out the old shower was no picnic for his crew and it involved more work than they anticipated, including re-routing some pipes. But the work is just about complete today and I am thrilled with the appearance of the new shower. In addition his people are replacing my exhaust fans, light fixtures, and mirrors in both bathrooms. He suggested the (lighted & anti-fog) mirrors for me as well and they are much nicer than what I was looking at originally. Thanks to his suggestions I will end up with a much nicer bathroom than I would have if I had gone with my first plans. The mirrors and lights are going in today so I cant include pictures of them (yet...if I can edit this review later Ill include those as well). I highly recommend Victor, Roberto, and Miguel. Their commitment to excellence and making sure I was happy with the results were very welcome.

I was in need for a plumber and I called Master Plumbing on Saturday at 12:30 pm and in 2 hours Victor Colon (owner) sent 2 workers very knowledgeable and they did an excellent job installing a smart bidet toilet. I highly recommend Master Plumbing. Great service ! Definitely I will use their service again.

One of my house bathroom has been troubled with tree roots zip in to the sewer pipes n I have to call the plumber to remove it every year. Up to the points, the toilets doesnt flush well anymore, so I called Master Plumber, Victor n Rob was a wonderful help to resolved my problem. They removed the bath tub n dig out from the tile floor, cut the big barks of tree trunks, n all the trees roots has blocked/broke some of the sewer pipes underneath. They quickly removed n put back my bathroom back to same n better looking tiles. The whole job done in 3 days. It was an amazing n professional work. Highly recommend!

These guys are extremely kind and helpful! I thought that I had a leak in my shower but it turned out my drain was actually not installed properly so it was just leaking everywhere they found the source of the issue and solved it quickly and gave me a stellar deal on it! I would highly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs.

Experienced, caring, explains well in lay person’s terms, reasonable; Victor is the plumber to call. We had broken sewer pipes and he knew before putting the camera in what was wrong from over 25 years of experience. He and his crew worked tirelessly to be sure we could have commodes that flushed once again and worked efficiently and effectively giving us peace of mind through the whole process. We will always recommend Victor to anybody who needs a plumber!

Vi have used Victors services on several occasions for plumbing work necessitated from bathroom remodelling. Victor works very efficiently and with the confidence derived from a great deal pf experience. He recently helped with a leak that developed on Christmas day. He identified and fixed the problem really quickly. He has integrity in his business dealings. Ive come to rely on him for plumbing related issues. I recommend him highly.

So I woke up on a Saturday morning to my garbage disposal not turning on. Called a few companies and no one to come out until Tuesday. Called Victor at Masters Plumbing and he didn’t answer the phone right away but I got a text message while I was leaving a voicemail, and he asked what was wrong. I told him the issue and he immediately called me and helped walk me through a few steps. I quickly discovered the issue and was able to fix it on my own. Not many people genuinely care enough nowadays to call you for a quick fix if you’re not actually paying them. You can tell Victor really loves his job and I am making sure that the next time I need a plumber I have his phone number in my phone and I’ll call him first. The world needs more good people like Victor.

These guys are awesome! I have had three plumbers come to my house and charge me for services that never fixed the problem. This company came out on a Saturday afternoon and stayed for hours, located the actual problem and fixed it. I would have rather paid for them to come out once and get the job done right rather than waste all of the money I spent before them. They were professional and courteous, all around great job.

Máster Plumbing just completed a partial remodel of our guest bath. What we liked is that Victor sat down with us after looking at what we needed help with and gave us a quote immediately. I provided him with a list to be sure he understood what we wanted. They came in the following Saturday and work was completed within a week and half (due to delay in material delivery). Victor has a hard working crew that hustles. We are pleased with the work and wonder why we waited so long to do it.

**Update: Job #2 with this crew just finished, complete master bath renovation. One word: OUTSTANDING!!We thought there was no hope for the 80’s bath but they astounded us with their creativity, it’s now beautifully modern & bright.They also removed, replaced & painted drywall with upgraded new lighting in our foyer.Victor and his team came out in an emergency situation, fixed that issue and then designed a master en suite with excellent craftsmanship!They were so dedicated they even worked thru Christmas Eve! True professionals thru and thru, dependable and courteous.Give them a call, they do it ALL!
