    I had a great experience with everyone today. I called and within 1 hour Mr. Tony was at my house. He was super nice, very professional and worked very hard to make sure my drainage issues were fixed before he left. I have always felt like I got good service from the folks @ Royo Rooter. This is why I continue to useEric W and Tony G came back to my house today to redo my drain lines and install a new toilet. They did a very good job of keeping me informed of the work they were doing. Both of these guys was very knowledgeable and professional in all that they did. They were able to complete the job and saved me a great deal of money as well. I am very happy with the service I have received from them and all the staff and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services. Again a big thank you to Eric and Tony for everything, you guys are awesome 👏

    I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were able to send somebody out the same day based on a yelp inquiry, and the young gentleman they sent out , Jack, was very personable and very capable and installed A new garbage disposal Quickly and efficiently plus he left the area, neat and tidy.     Jack and team were amazing! Very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable young men. We had water leaking from our kitchen ceiling in multiple spots. They arrived quickly, diligently worked to find the source of the leak and repaired the pipe. I will definitely use Devin Plumbing again in the future.

    Update:Jordan, the Branch Manager turned this situation around for me by reversing this unauthorized charge.I would consider using them again.BEWAREthey told me they provide a FREE estimate and told me I had to secure an appointment with a credit card in case I decided to have any work done.I explicitly asked, “so you won’t charge anything to my card unless I authorize it, right?” And she said that was correct.Jordan came to my home and didnt find any issues to repair.At the end of the day, there was a $232.25 charge to my account.I am LIVID! This is a total scam.I feel taken advantage of and lied to.Now I have to spend time disputing the charge.

    I called Roto-Rooter because I had a leak at my backflow preventer. Turns out the pipe going to the preventer was leaking, but also the preventer was cracked. The guys at Roto-Rooter were quick to respond and provided me with a quote upon assessing the damage. I didnt shop around for cheaper quotes, I just wanted it fixed right and in a timely manner. I did have some water pressure issues whilst running the sprinklers which did cause me some anxiety, but after running the water for a while things were back to normal. I would suggest that the technicians tell the customer that water pressure may change temporarily and not to be alarmed as I was. Other than that minor temporary issue, I am completely happy with the job performed and would certainly use them again.

    This has been a great experience from the start, from making the appointment for the tech to come to my house to determine what needs to be done.To the great young man, Chris, who trouble shooted and determined the problem and the fix. Both representatives were great, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Cant wait to have my New Rinnai tankless water heater installed. Got 18 years of great use out of the old one.     I am very happy with the service received from Roto Rooter today. I had a clogged drain and water backing up from the laundry and the bathrooms. Jason was very prompt, kind, and professional. He was very efficient, found the problem and corrected it in no time. He also did not leave a mess behind. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

    Jordan was very professional and did an outstanding job. I recently was in New York and my wife had to call plumber (ARS) in Myrtle Beach. ARS wanted $800 to fix the leak. My best guess is because she was woman alone. Jordan fixed the leak in 20 minutes and only charged standard service call rate. Nice to find a reliable company and excellent employee. Well done. I will let you make the decision who to call if you need a plumber in Myrtle Beach.

    Jordan was fantastic! He was prompt, professional and kind. On Saturday I had a new washing machine installed (another vendor) and while installing the new unit the tech accidentally damaged the pipes causing a slow but very problematic leak. I called Roto-Rooter of MB to get an estimate and repair. Start to finish everything was smooth and professional. Jordan diagnosed the issue and after explaining what needed to be done, he gave me a fair estimate to repair the damaged plumbing.     I love Roto Rooter in Myrtle Beach! They are very accommodating and I get an appointment in a day ot two. They have installed filtered water, toilets, and a hot water heater for us.     My showers and toilets were backing up and over flowing. After much research, i found out that my sewer line was clogged, more than likely due to my yard being resodded. I called Roto-Rooter as I like to keep my business local and they arrived very quickly and on time. Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me easy layman descriptions on what he was doing and why. Easily explained the painless process and the task was completed in a very timely manner. I would recommend to anyone that has sewer needs to call them and use them. Price was VERY reasonable! I hope I dont ever have to call someone again, but if I do, it will be Roto-Rooter.

    Amazing service and attention to detail. Needed emergency help on a Sunday and was getting nowhere with another service company to whom I was referred. I called Roto Rooter and got a LIVE person on the other end who was polite, friendly and professional. This was followed up by email & phone with an onsite visit within an hour of my call. The technician was amazing, very knowledgeable, able to assess the situation and offer a solution without overselling. We had a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours.     Austin Perry has a new fan! We had a somewhat emergent situation and Austin arrived for an evening service call calm, cool, and collected. At no time did he make it seem like it was a bother to be at work after 5 PM. He was very professional, demonstrated good problem-solving skills and when the problem was worse than expected he had a plan in place to continue the next day. We had water far sooner than we expected and at a fair price. Based on this experience we would not hesitate to use Roto Rooter again or recommend them.

When my garbage disposal started leaking, I did knew which company I was calling. The technician (Ellis) arrived, checked out the issue, & gave me the price for the repair. The repair was pricey for me, but it had to get done.     I called Roto-Rooter for an animal rescue emergency while I was on vacation in South Carolina, and all I can say is wow, I am amazed and blown away by the exceptional service.I called Roto-Rooter emergency service line at 6:30pm on a Thursday for a baby kitten stuck in a sewer drain. I was told that one of their on-call plumbers in the area would call me for additional details and to determine if they could assist with this emergency. A half hour later I received a cal from Travis at Roto-Rooter: Travis was professional, timely and honest about the situation. I told him I’m on vacation and was riding my bike earlier in the day when I heard a “meow” from a sewer drain- I already sought the help of local Fire Department who came out earlier in the day to rescue the kitten but unfortunately were unsuccessful in their attempt. I explained that the kitten did not belong to me, but I would not stop trying until it was out of the drain and safe. Travis told me he would notify his on-call partner, Michael, pickup some supplies from the office and they’d be there as soon as possible- they were on site at the emergency location within an hour, arriving in the dark of night at 9:00pm.I met Travis and Michael at the sewer drain location at 9pm and explained the kitten did not belong to me and due to me being on vacation, was unable to take the kitten home if we did successfully rescue it. They opened the sewer cover which lead to a 4-foot deep manhole with 6+ inches of water at the bottom, and a pipeline that ran the width of the street which the kitten was inside of. The kitten was meowing constantly and immediately came to the opening 4ft down upon opening the sewer drain. Michael ran to the van to get some gloves, leaned down into the dark and wet sewer drain, and successfully scooped up the soaking wet kitten. The kitten looked to be about 3-5 weeks old and most likely would not have survived another night in that sewer drain.I explained to Travis and Michael that unfortunately I could not take the kitten into my home as I was long ways from home (I am from Boston, MA and this rescue was in South Carolina), but I’d bring it to a safe place. To my surprise and without hesitation, Travis assured me that since he lived in the area, he and Michael would see that the kitty made it out of that at area, far from sewer drains and to a safe place.I cannot thank Michael and Travis enough. They saved an innocent kitten life and absolutely made my vacation. THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!!
